misguiding and giving wrong information about the postpaid connection
I sk.arifuddin form hyderabad (a.p) my problem is the service at vodafone care abids branch has very poor service executives specially Mr. SUDHEER and his contact number is [protected] my problem is he has misguided me and telling wrong information about my sevice he dont know how to solve the problem and he is very irresponsible plz i sincerly request the concern officer to plzzzzzzzzzz look after him thanks for the vodacare vijawada manager he has helped me a lot and inspite of telling him plz solve my prob as early as possible also he has not look my problem

    i totally agree with Mr.Arifuddin...the vodafone customer care and all other services completely sucks...i have bitter experiences with these bunch of idiots and stupids who don't even know how to handle the customers and don't even know the meaning of customer care service...it is of no use providing the customer care service without actually providing any service to the customers...i have porblems since more than year with this stupid post paid connection, but only becoz of few sentiments attached to the number which i hold with this connection that am not able to move away from vodafone...aprat from that vodafone completely sucks...i have never seen such a poor customer care service in this world..they would not send the bills since more than year and expectme to pay the bills without that and inspite of so many calls to the customer care and to the vodafone stores kukatpally...the issue has not been taken care ..i guess year is not a joke...it is only becoz of my sentiment with the number that am still jolding the number...god knows how many people might have disowned vodafone due to this pathetic service...am really falling short of words on how to discribe their poor and idiotic services...if i had authorities to complaint against them to police or if i can put them in jail for the inconvenience and lose i have gone thru i would have put them in jail long time back...and they even disconnect the call while talking to them and when ask them to transfer to the call to their managers or higher officials..they don't even have the numbers for the higher officials and always want to escape from the issues we come thru, they never want to own the responsibility for the issues we have...i am sick and tired of talking to so many vodafone executives even from vijayawada or vizag...they of no use either...they cannot even provide me the direct corporate number for me to raise any complaints...if vodafone really wants to give good quality serivce...plz provide some good services to your customers...or possible somebody provide me the direct number of the vodafone corporate office number..i have many more complaints abt these sickening services...they provide all wrong information...my number is 9966999841...
