Worst company ever. I ordered a package on 12/13 and it was received 2/22. I called at least 15 times and emailed at least 5 times and never got a response. The product was food and was to be delivered within 2 days of shipping, it took 5 and the food was rotten.

    I am experiencing the same problem with New Mexico Catalog. After two months they shipped one part of my order, and the food was rotten. Prior to that, I asked them to cancel my order and reimburse my money which they refused to do! I am now reporting them not only to the BBB but also the the NM Attorney General's Office. They need to be put out of business and now!!!
