BEWARE - DO NOT PART WITH YOUR MONEY

New ID claim to be a national reputable company who do makeover and photoshoots. I have to say the initial experience was ok at the studio, but then once you have parted with your money (and lots of it) for the photos they are awful. My photos were delivered, they hadn't been retouched as agreed. You cant get an answer at all on the customer services help line, but amazingly if you phone the booking line they answer immediately!. Some 3 months on they have still not resolved the complaint, but I am paying for the product and they take up to 25 days to reply to emails, if at all, they refuse to corresponde by letter with you - they are a joke!!. I even wrote to the managing directors home address (details on company house) and they cant be bother to reply

DON'T spend your money!!

    hope that the Glasgow branch is not in liquidation as was reported two weeks ago but on phoning the IDstudio line was told it was still open...better be or I will be marching to my solicitors.
