New England Appliances / Shameful and Untolerable Customer Service
We have purchased a dryer at NE Appliances. My husband had picked it up and installed at our new home. The next day I've learnt that we were given the wrong unit, cheaper and with fewer futures. We contacted the store to make an exchange and we were told they can only do it if we, ourselves, bring the wrong unit back. My husband's working hours overlap store hours and we did not get a chance to tbring the dryer back. We finally decided to use it, and we contacted the store for a refund of the price difference and we were told basically told that it is our problem since we have use the dryer already and we were asked not to waste their time!!
