The shoes that I ordered did not fit my feet. In other cases of online shopping, one would just simply return for an exchange. But due to THEIR protocol, I ended up having a 1hr 50 min (ALMOST 2 HOURS!) conversation with a representative over Live Chat to get 'permission' to send them back.

In the chat, she required me to take photos of my feet with measurements to show my size. I didn't have anyone around to help me so I had to haphazardly take my measurements with a tape measure. At times, I had to sit down (If anyone knows about measuring for foot size, you have to do it standing up!). Needless to say, she argued that I ordered the wrong size and insisted that according to my photos I should've ordered 3 sizes smaller. However, in one photo I provided, I held the shoe up to my foot---clearly 3 size smaller would not have even FIT my foot, let alone my toes. She was basically telling me that I did not order the right size. I do believe I know my feet the best and know what sizes typically work for me. That was very unnecessary for her to say anything of the sort.

The solution came down to her sending another pair of shoes (one size up). But I was required to pay for half the price of the shoe. I compared the price of shipping for the ill-fit shoes to be returned (because at this point I wanted them gone). It turned out to be cheaper to pay the half price. BuT then she tacked on the shipping. fees! I said NO. She obliged by taking the shipping fees off. After paying for half of the price of the new shoes, I expect them to fit. And now I have these useless pair of shoes sitting in my home. And an experience to remember of someone telling me that I don't know my own feet.

UGH. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I purchased a shirt from Newchic Co. Limited on July 7th, 2018. Purchase price, $23.60 which was charged to my credit card on that day. To date (Aug.17, 2018) no shirt. The order # is: [protected]. I had reached out around the beginning of August, and was told to give it 2 more weeks. Well 2 weeks+ have passed and NO SHIRT. If I can't expect my shirt, I DO EXPECT a refund of my money. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I ordered from New Chic, Money was taken, I was informed that one idem was on back order, I waited 6 weeks and went and changed my order for something else. I was informed that the first idem was in stock and I asked why was it not shipped to me? I have talked to 5 different people on there chat line and all I have gotten is nothing, no one seems able to answer a simple question and when they do it is not the truth. I have been told twice that my order will be shipped in 3 to 4 days twice. I will never order form this company again. Just a rip off I cant even get my money back.

I ordered a pair of pants from Newchic in early June. According to your tracking information, this order has been sitting in China since June 9. What's the holdup? I've ordered quite a few things from Newchic, but I haven't had any problems like this before. Please prove to me that you are a responsible business.

I ordered 2 pair of shoes, size US size 10. The order form didn't state that they were sized for euro sizing. I received the shoes and cute but wrong size. They didn't fit my daughter who was a size 8. Remember I am a size 10. I called about returning and received information very timely. I did what they said and took the shoes to UPS and was told it would cost $200.00 dollars to return. RIPOFF...… At no point in the ordering process was I informed that the product would be coming from CHINA. I would not have ordered from then and suggest no one else order from them. If they are going to sell on line then they should have a return area in the United States so cost would be affordable. $200.0 RIPOFF...

Needless to say I am telling everyone I know not to order from NEW CHIC as they are a RIPOFF...

I was charged twice for the same product item # [protected]

when i first placed my order i realized the address was incorrect, so i opened a chat line
and when i told the person on the chatline my problem i was told to cancel my order
and to place a new order and that my money will be refunded to my account, so i placed a new order. Now my account shows that two charges was made for my order

When will my money be put back in my account?

I placed these orders june the 11th. Last email from them last week told me they would be here by july 20th. Well they still not have arrived and none of the delivery services here including the us post office can find any information on this order being shipped.

I want a full refund and do not order from this company. They are a fraudlent company.

I ordered two bras from you which appear to be very nice bras, I ordered my correct size which is a 38DD . They arrived yesterday and were very nicely made and very pretty and the fit around was right BUT the cup size maybe was a B. How do you adjust my size to fit your sizes? I really would like to reorder these but just don't know how to adjust the size. Also, can you tell me how to return these for a refund?

I placed an order 6 weeks ago, still not arrived, I have heard nothing from Newchic about my order, when I try to send an email you make impossible, I have tried livechat which does not work, I will log a complaint with paypal to see if they can get it sorted.
Surprise Surpise, I have just gone to send this complaint and a pop up appears to say its to short and will probably not get resolved, well let paypal sort it out then and then I will be leaving FEEDBACK.

Trying to order water shoes using my discover card, but this card is not listed as one of the card I can use for payment. Could not reach customer service personnel with the number listed. You carry at least one pair of water shoes that I really like. Actually, there are about 4/5 pairs which are very appealing to me. I ordered a pair of sandals, yellow/brown in color, for $34.96, the catalog stated that shipping was free. I was charged $7.40 for shipping. I tried numerous times to send a message to no avail. Respectfully Submitted, Richard McIntyre My message is clear and concise. The invoice has already been paid to Pay- Pal in the amount of $42.36. I am due a credit of $7.40.

My order number is [protected] and [protected]. Up to date I have not received my goods. Your online consultants are useless. They do not have a clue what to tell your clients.
My local post office does not know anything about the order.

I would like to find out where exactly my order is, when I will receive it.

I ordered a product on the 24 mar18 & the order has yet to arrive.
Through the chat option reported this thrice but all 03 executive asked to wait again & again for 03 weeks.
I have transcripts to prove this .. my order is still not delivered and they have refused to process my refund and per Timeline stated by them.
This is a complete scam and would like to report this to everybody.
I am going to file a chargeback with my creditcard company .

5/31/18 - BUYER BEWARE! I ordered five items over TWO WEEKS AGO... I inquired about my orders via online chat, and was told there are NO TRACKING NUMBERS available, and it could take a month for my items to arrive from CHINA (I didn't know this when I ordered.) And then the rep made it sound like it was all MY FAULT because I didn't select premium shipping and I should have "bought" a tracking number. What a crock of BS... Even when I select free shipping on Amazon I always get tracking information and almost always get my orders within a week.

THIS IS THE FIRST AND LAST TIME I EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM NEWCHIC.

Haven't hear from you. I order two bras I order big still didn't fix .I want a refund. Order [protected]. $26.85.I need your address. Can I send to California. Diana bruynell. I don't think you give back anything. Never Order again. Not happy with your company.your company is a no good. I try for five days. It's going to be to late soon I have only 14 days. Take some of your advertising dollars and spend it on shipping.

I liked the look of some of the items online and thought I'd TEST THEIR SERVICE.
I guess NEWCHIC will steal into the night.

On 4/30/2018, I ordered and paid for in full three items from New Chic. As of 5/18/2018, I'd received nothing and heard nothing from them. Come to find out two of the items were "out of stock" and one item was noted just as "back ordered" with no indication of when, if ever, it might be available. It appears New Chic is based in Hong Kong (wish I'd realized that before I ordered) and their customer service telephone number is an international number... no customer friendly 800 number here! Also, my order had been split into two orders. I was able to access the shirts order, I think, as they were still under the original order number - and I think I was able to cancel these. I could not cancel the pants because since they'd been put these under a different order number I could not find them in New Chic's system - and when I did try to cancel them, either their system did not recognize the order and/or kept telling me to enter a valid telephone number to process my request. Maybe I have to enter my telephone number in international format? No thank you.
New Chic should not be sitting on someone's payment for over two weeks with no notice to the customer that the items paid for are not (and probably will not be) available. Also, if you do run into a problem - it looks problematic to try to get in touch with them. I finally just disputed the entire charge with my credit card company. I will not order from New Chic again.
