Extremely poor service:
On the website, it was mentioned to call ahead to get pick up at Baltimore Travel Plaza. I called a week ahead to find out the process. The customer service in D.C. hung up the phone twice while I was asking my first question. Called the Philadelphia office, and was assured that I do not need to worry about it. I called both offices the day before the bus schedule to double-check, I was assured of the service by both offices and the D.C. office told me to call back 30 minutes before the bus schedule. I was assured there would be someone there to answer the phone. I called both offices 30 minutes before the pick-up time, and no one answered the phone. I then called both offices multiple times and no one answered the phone. The voice message system said it was full and I could not leave any message. Called and waited for 2 hours and the bus never showed up. Tried to contact the main office at Philadelphia, the lady just said "need to call ahead, goodbye", and hung up the phone. My traveling companion, who done his work seperately, received the same treatments.
