I am inclined to agree with those who feel they have been scammed. I purchased their program on June 6th, after having been promised that it would arrive in two to three days. It arrived on the nineteenth. It contained a binder which I opened. I found the receipt for the material which had been poorly printed. It was not the original. There was a number but no name. I called and was told that no coach had been assigned to me. I set up an appointment to have someone call me at 5:00 pm the same evening. No one called. Today at about 10:30am I began calling the number. I kept getting an automated operator stating that the number had been temporarily disconnected. This is the same number that is posted on their website. I called the operator to find out why the number I was calling was not the number the automatron kept giving me. She had no answer. I had her give me the number listed in Dracut Ma. It was the same but no one was answering.
This stinks to high heaven.

They are a big scam. It took over a month for them to put up my website and it had words spelled wrong and there was no adsense. I contacted them and they told me that I 'm wrong. I think I know how to spell. I disputed the charges and I got a call from them the other day saying that they are fighting the charge. We'll see what comes next.

Your options include contacting the Arizona State Attorney General (consumer complaint): http://www.azag.gov/consumer/

Also you may want to contact the Federal Trade Commission and report the offenses committed by this company: http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/index.shtml

These services are best suited to deal with consumer fraud related issues. It appears that this company has taken advantage of many people.

I think that I am in the process of being screwed by them as well. Does anyone have the corporate phone number? Any help I can get will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Paula Foster.

I'm sorry to hear this! I was just talking to one of their representatives yesterday about my advertising, so maybe you should try again or send them an email. I send them my emails to: support@newagemarketingsolutions.com.. Oh yeah, also! When I first got started I forgot to send back the work/order paper inside the packet confirming my purchase and they never called me about it. But when I sent it back they got everything started for me in about 2 days. Again, I wanted to buy advertising but just can't afford it, so I'm not totally sure, but If you want a suggestion, double check to make sure you have the papers sent back. If you have a question, i've been a member for about 2 months now and i'd be glad to answer any.
