In Nov 2009 I ordered a tool on line. I was told the tool was in stock, but some accessories that I had ordered were back ordered. They said they could only ship the complete shipment at once since the order was from Canada (what a bunch of bull). At any rate, after a long wait, the tool was eventually shipped to me on Feb 16/2010 - 3 months later.

When I opened the box, I discovered they had shipped me the wrong tool. I contacted the company by phone and after 3 phone calls, they told me they had confirmed that their inventory was correct at the time of shipping, and that it still was - so in otherwords, they were saying I was lying to them, and that I had not received the wrong item.

I emailed a photo of the still unopened package to them. The boss man, was supposed to check it out and phone me back. That was 2 weeks ago and he still has not called back.

All I had asked for was a replacement for what I had ordered, or a refund of my money - from last November.

At this point, I have received no solution to the problem. I strong advise everyone DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY unless you enjoy getting butt raped. You are only asking to be RIPPED OFF.

This company also goes by the name of USA Tool Warehouse, SPX Tools, NXT Tools and Network Tool Warehouse.

This is certainly one of the least reputable companies I have delt with on the internet - they should be put out of business. I have attached a photo of the incorrect item.

I can only assume that they have people in the shipping and ordering departments that cannot read. There is only 1 number different from the part I ordered and the part I received. I ordered the 8500A, and I received the 8800 - now how hard is that?

I'm having the similar issue here. I ordered 8 special tools from them but received only 7 tools and missing a Toyota oil filter wrench ASM-TOY640 on invoice #: [protected]. I contacted them 3 times, talked to Greg Brown on June 4, 15, 29 2012 and each times I had to call and remind them because they wouldn't contact me or ignored my email. Until now, I still not getting my missing tool. This is really a bad business practice, this might be my last time to do business with this company.
