I parched a prepaid visa card when I only had it for only 2-3 days and only used it 2-3 times when I discovered that had a freeze on it. Upon calling the company about this they told me that I had to freeze my drivers license and social security card then the lift would be taken off with in 24-48 hours after about 48 hours I tried my card only to discovered that the freeze was still there. I called back and they tell me that they now need proof of my address. So I fax them proof of my address not once not twice but about 8 times they kept telling me that they never received it. When they did received it they tell me that the print out of my address from the library is not good enough. So I faxed then s copy of my phone bill not once not twice but at least 5 times. After going though this for 2 1/2 weeks they finally told me that they received me fax on thursday oct 19.2006 and thaw freeze would be lifted by tomorrow [friday] on friday morning I called and I was informed that the freeze was off. Upon trying my card I discovered that the lift was still on. This company has caused me nothing but embarrassment and severe inconvenience when I had asked then on one of many many phone call I had asked then to either fix third or refund my money back they refused to do either one.

i purchased a netspend card before leaving on vacation at walmart. which i loaded with $100.00 for emergency funds. now i find out that they charged $5.95 a month fees for not using the card. i simply thought that i was purchasing a prepaid visa card, So they just stole my money. Very deceptive

I purchased 200 netspend card 10 mins ago at 7-11 tired to activate it and he saying he has to mail me a check cuz of my ssn I’ve never had a netspend account there hold my money hostage now he has me on hold for 30 mins trying to get my money you shouldn’t sell your cards if u can’t honor the people who buy them
I have the pathward savings account and Im satisfied with it I ordered a new card to get Pathward checking and register it to a checking account because I need the checking service? satisfied card 1890 and new card 4822 that I have not used yet. how do I get the checking because I want one card for savings and one card for checking. I have reported that the few payments which I didn't made. Also, I have spoken to the customer service about the issues and also my banking online account was stolen and changed everything by the hacker. The banking online app was on my phone and hacker broken in my phone. The problem is I couldn't login and still struck.

Net spend notice somebody spending money on account and did lock my card so the person took all my money, and I haven't gotten my money back yet. i needed that money for my children but net spend doesnt care! i gonna to file a lawsuit with them because I AM SICK AND TIRED!
It's unbelievable that no one is helping me getting my money back that was taken and my card was scammed for unauthorized withdrawal without my consent while I was away on vacation with family I want results this is very bad business this card is doing to hardworking people like myself and others damn shame not good
SSA and NYS have been depositing my checks using the same aba and account number since 2017. All of the sudden my numbers changed and my payment is missing. Their arrogant cs reps are of no help , us address are false offices to soley have an address . They are holding my money and I’m sure others
I accidentally had my job deposit my check in an account in which I don't have the card to it although I have a Netspend card I have been using and the agent om 04/14/23 was disrespectful and kept interrupting me. All I wanted is access to my paycheck and I was told it would be another 6 days before they would send it back to my employer.
Excessive overdraft fees overdraft protection taken without warning do not use this service they take advantage of those on SSI/sdi with no regard for individuals

I went to use my card and they would not work and I called he was transfering me hung up than repeated calls on hold 25 min and it dissconnects 3 times it has done that nobody answers i am traveling international and no money nothing happened to account no fraudulant activity but nobody will pick up
I filed my taxes through NetSpend and never recieved it.and I got it's paper.and I got proof irs didn't take the whole 3000$.and when I called they said they didn't received it but I had got notifications said it popped up on my account
I purchased a NetSpend card at dollar general a few weeks ago can't activate the card and customer service will not provide me with a refund. The same customer service representative answers the phone every single time is there anyone else that can help me with this situation. The customer service is horrible with NetSpend
My card was blocked because they said they could now anyone who answers the phone puts me on hold and never comes back I have asked two day to close the account anyone wh answers try’s to find a pro they created and never msail my money
These cards are horrendous. We had to pay cash so no recourse. It took months to activate and once it was there was no longer a balance because they charge $5 a month for inactivity, so our $75 amongst three cards is gone. Please don't ever buy these.
My card keeps getting declined when making a purchase online. There is plenty of money and it should not be declined. I called Netspend and the automated service said to attempt making the purchase through a live agent, but it still did not work. I want to make my purchase, it is important and needs to happen ASAP

Sept 19,2022 I noticed my balance was down, I contacted customer service with various different workers, supervisor and even skylight (I was transferred there more then 3 times). Let alone I was on the phone on hold for more then 2hours. NETSPEND recovery transfer account to account to pay off a negative balance without my permission or knowledge.

Netspend shouldnt put the card holders last 4 numbers anywhere else in there letters but only on the card it self. website say M - F but the Netspend number is T-T its different
I received gift card from my father-in-law and told me that it has $100 balance BUT when I activated the card asking too much information, the customer service told me that the card has $75. balance then after few months without using it, I checked the balance again and it became $65?! Never used the card but the balance keep going down!

I just spoke to customer service around 5 they said everything was fine I go to the store I get declined account locked. I can't get into my online account to contact anybody it keeps saying account locked contact customer service I call the number and their closed
