NetShops / No customer service
Ordered a Futon from these people and it didn't fit so they are making me ship it back. It is going to cost twice as much to ship it as to buy it. Apparently there are a billion different size fulls. They told me I should have read the website better. They also have warehouses all over the usa and are making me ship from NY to Cali. So, I have to pay more money. Customer service is terrible you call a call center that puts you on hold and say's they can help you for FOREVER then.
After they try to get you so frustrated that you give up they then transfer you to their main center that can actually be of assistance. Once you're their they make a case for themselves as to why you don't get free shipping or that the mattress isn't busted. They say it's normal that there are a billion different full sizes. They are just plain and simple so unhelpful and really don't care about the customer.
