I ordered lindt chocolates for my husband on the 12th. They failed to deliver by 2pm and he had already left work. I used up most of my airtime calling them to follow up. I then cancelled the order and to date they have not refunded me my mone R584. I will never order there again as i received no assistance from their call centre. I have emailed them three times last week. Still no response. I still have not received my money back and have lost hope.
