NetFlorist birthday gift for a little child

Last week Friday I made a order on the phone and was given banking details. And I did the payment. Which was direct deposit through the bank. They told me it will be delivered yesterday which was Monday and sadly nothing was delivered. Today is the child's birthday and it's 11 And she hasn't received anything. Horrible horrible service. I can't take it anymore. I m seriously taking this further. I have complained on social media so people will see what they dealing with. I'm so pissed off and angry right now. God help you guys.

NetFlorist delivery not made within business hours when giving a business address

Good day,

I have ordered something for same day delivery and called at 15:00 to hear if it will be delivered by 17:00 due to that being business hours. I was rudley told that it will only be delivered half past 5 but he will speak to his driver and get back to me. He never called back. When I called again 16:10 the excuse was that it is going to be late due to traffic. I fail to understand that if a order is ready for delivery at 15:00 how it takes 2 and a half hours to get delivered within their delivery circle. Netflorist will never have me as a customer again. Worst service, delivery time and most rude customor care people ever.

NetFlorist dissatisfied customer

Good afternoon,

I wish to express my sincere disappointment to the quality of service and commitment we received from NetFlorist.

On Wednesday 29 November my daughter contacted the Netflorist Customer Service line as my husband wanted to surprise me with a bunch of flowers at work for my birthday Thursday 30th November.

My daughter made the payment as direct by Kayle Lackay (Service Consultant) and asked him to please conform once payment has been received. By Thursday morning she had no confirmation from Kayle and when she called back - Kayle advised her that on his side it shows "Payment failed" she asked him why he did not call her back and told her as they want the flowers delivered today. He then advised her to send him proof of payment and he will get it sorted. By 14h00 the afternoon she had no reply from Kayle. Much to her and my husband's despair as like a previously said this was going to be a surprise gift from my birthday!

When she called back again - Kayle advised her that delivery would not be possible on that day as he needs to escalate this matte to IT Personnel. With no apology or remorse he again said he would come back to her. Needless to say that the call AGAIN never happened.

In tears on Thursday afternoon she tells me about the dilemma and says she does not know what to do.

I then contact the Netflorist number on Friday 1 DECEMBER at around 12h00 (A DAY LATER AFTER MY SURPRISE GIFT WAS SUPPOSE TO ARRIVE!) then had the pleasure to speak to Lerato Tshwaela who advised me she was the Team Leader. With a bit of hope I gathered that this would be sorted with no despair as in a Supervisory position she would and should sort the matter in no time. Lerato too advised that she would investigate the matter and come back to me within 5 minutes. Needless to say that by 15h00 that afternoon I had to call Lerato back again only to be told that she too has now escalated the matter to the IT Department and that delivery again would not take place as there were no driver's available!

Furthermore, Lerato assured me that delivery would take place at my home the Saturday morning and that she would contact me for the delivery details.

Today is Monday 4 December, NO FLOWERS, NO CALLS AND NO REFUND!

I am so disappointed in the services we have received - or rather say the service my daughter and husband received after trying out of good will to send me a SPECIAL BIRTHDAY GIFT!

Netflorist has ruined this for them and to date has no one called us to tell us the solution in CLEARLY the HUGE ERROR from NetFlorist staff!

The company I represent funds a sum of money to NetFlorist for their floral arrangements and gift! However I have made my experience known to my peers and Management as this is totally unacceptable service.
I will also make our experience know on Hello Peter - cause clearly there was no aim to please in this instance!

NetFlorist flowers

Good day

I had flowers sent to me from your company which came with a vase and chocolates. The state the flowers arrived in was absolutely horrendous. They were so dry and wiltering almost. Very disappointing. To think I use your service myself to send flowers, it had never dawned on me to ask recipients if the flowers were in a good condition when they received them, had I known then what I know now - I would have.

NetFlorist mangwanani full day african spa weekend

i had bought a Voucher online at netflorist on 23 May 2017 for my husband as a birthday gift, for a full day african spa at mangwanani sibaya.
the price i paid was 1499.95 for weekend and the deliver cost of this voucher 69.00

the voucher was delivered as promised .

the official voucher from the spa with the spa emblem, central reservations number of mangwanini and the web address of mangwanani and the reference number, validity date as well as expiry date..
this was in orange was delivered with just minimal details of this specific full day spa...

so i assumed OK when booking at mangwanini spa i will get them to give details of the spa as it compromised of 7 treatments and a gift as well as drinks and snacks.

at the time of booking it gave me an option of weekday and weekend which was of course price than weekday, and i opted for the weekend.

the spa treatment which i booked consist of ...
and no information was given to my husband who received the gift... nor the times of spa nor any other info that was on the web site regarding this treatment...
before purchasing i checked on the original mangwanini website to see teh price and compare and found that NETFLORIST was about 200 or 250 cheaper than the spa itself so i bought he voucher and paid for delivery

the treatments that were promised include...

The problem i am experiencing since 10 days 1 november 2017 i have contacted netflorist as the information and voucher reference does not exist at the spa and they have told me to make a booking through Netflorist..

but it is stated on the voucher make a booking online or through central reservations and fax them your voucher.

1.why was i charged delivery fee for a non existent voucher that has no bearing but was delivered to me.

2, why does netflorist till now 4.49 on 10 of November 2017 not honour my booking and why do i have to make several calls as they have hassled my husband with this voucher and have made this voucher non existent he has called both the spa and netflorist many times over the past 10 days as well as i have contacted them and they take my email and numbers and say that the will contact me back, , ,
spoke to the managers as well and the same..

i would like a refund on compensation and i know this is unacceptable...
demand answers on both my issue.

NetFlorist complaint

9-11-17 - cell-[protected]

My husband's company sent me flowers and this is not the first time that they have sent flowers. I have to add that on 2 occassions the quality of flowers were unacceptable and that is why I have decided to complain about it. My daughter has been receiving flowers a few times in the past few months that has passed but also not of good quality. It always looks withered and not fresh and does not even last long. Very disappointing to say the least.

NetFlorist website order errors / discount voucher forfeit

Good day

I am not completely happy with regards to using your services for the first time as I was hoping to actually place the order today for my partner but as per call centre and per website all morning long I have been struggling to place an order after registering on the website.

- I tried on numerous occasions to place the order including call centre now im in a situation whereby the GIFT I was hoping to send on this specific day will not be possible as your terms and conditions require orders to be placed before 12:00 mid day

- After reading your terms and conditions on the discount voucher I discovered that the voucher expires today also. I phoned call centre and the lady who assisted me also advised me that they are having technical difficulties thus will not be able to assist me and their technical team is busy with it however in this case I will forfeit the voucher I received (this is the register and get R100.00 off "LTR1M ")

I do not feel that the way I am or was assisted today can impact future involvement with your company as all channels I seem to use is not having any positive outcome and surely will be sharing my experience with the public. How can your client be on the problem area without any resolutions to accommodate the service you promise to give towards your clients

NetFlorist product availability and lack of communication

Last Friday I placed an order for a personalized tray to be delivered for my friend's birthday on Tuesday (10 October). As an additional note I requested that the gift be delivered by 10am (aware that that request was not guaranteed)

Tuesday morning (around 11am), I went on the NetFlorist site to track my order to find it saying "Oder being processed". Confused, I called to speak to a consulted who politely informed me that the machine used for personalization is broken therefore my order is now scheduled for delivery Thursday the 12 October 2017. Confused and frustrated at why I had not been informed, she mentioned that there was a note next to my order that said I was emailed...not true!

I neither received an email nor a call from NetFlorist to inform me of this delay and my deepest frustration lies in the missed opportunity. My friend's birthday was Tuesday, not Thursday and additionally as a company who's delay was on their end, they should've called me to inform me of this and allow me an opportunity to either change my order or cancel it all together.

I am extremely unhappy with the service received and even more angry at that I paid for a gift that didn't arrive on the required date. At this stage, I cannot confidently recommend their services.

NetFlorist late delivery and bad product

I must say I have never had such bad service from a service provider in a very long time!

The delivery date was missed by 3 days, and after about 10 calls to get someone to actually do something, the flowers is deliverd 7pm at night. The issue I had with this was the fact that the flowers was halfway dead already, absolutely pathetic, 3 days late and then they give me old and dead flowers. R 739.90 for a half [censor], old bunch of flowers! Worst service and product ever!
All this after I was promised that each day the flowers will be re-arraged, fresh flowers will be deliverd, and on top of that, that my order will be prioritised because the delivery date was missed. There was a reason for the chosen delivery date!

I will never ever make use of their services ever again!
They say word of mouth is the best form of advertising... So I will be spreading the word!

NetFlorist wrong package delivered

Netflorist is by far the most horrible and rubbish place I've ever shopped on. Their call center agents are pathetic, their drivers are pathetic since they deliver the wrong parcels to people! Today I sent a parcel to a friend, and she returned home to find that she has someone else's parcel, as the persons name was on it. I called netflorist several times and they assured me it'll be sorted out. Yet, nothing happened and she is sitting with someone else's parcel. Obviously the one I ordered for her is in someone else's hands! I demand a refund at once!

NetFlorist non-delivery and very poor service!!

I have placed an order on 13 Sept 2017 to be delivered as a gift for my son on his birthday. At 17:05 I received an email confirming that my delivery has just left the building and is on its way. As it was a surprise for my son, we have decided to eat in an wait for the gift. At 22:00 he fell asleep and I also went to bed, after waiting at home for the delivery. Next morning I received an email stating that the delivery was unfortunately unsuccessful because no one was at home to receive the gift. However, it is not my first time ordering from them and I know that the normally call you if they believe you are not home. No one called me. On the email they specifically said that "the order will be marked for priority and a new gift will go out as soon as possible". I went online and the operator assured me that my delivery is scheduled for the 14th. At 12:00 I called them just to confirm delivery and the operator re-assured me of delivery. After 15:00 I called again, and then the operator informed me that there is no delivery scheduled for today. I explained to her that it is one day after my son's birthday now, and he is going to be so disappointed. She just apologized and said that there will be no delivery for this item. I thought I misunderstood and asked again and again she said no delivery will be scheduled and no one was home the previous night. I asked to speak to a Supervisor. After holding for about 8 min, she come back and said her Supervisor is unavailable and will call me back. After an hour, I called again and guess what .. now the Supervisor just went out. I was so upset and said to her that I give them till 6 to call me back. She never even mentioned that they are closing at 17:30. Needless to say .. nobody called me back. I have send numerous emails ... still nothing. Online they advertise 100% satisfaction guaranteed ... Funny way of showing it ...

NetFlorist poor service

Flowers were ordered as a gift for a special occasion and an email was received to say the flowers had been delivered and signed for by 'Chris'. This raised suspicion as there was no Chris at the address to which the flowers were to be delivered. I replied to the mail querying the delivery and I phoned the intended recipient to see if they had received the flowers and they confirmed that no flowers had been delivered. Netflorist were completely disinterested. According to their system the flowers had been delivered so all was fine. They ignored the fact that they had delivered them to the wrong address. In the meantime I had the family canvasing the neghbourhood to establish if there was a "Chris" and if he had taken delivery of the flowers. We did eventually find him and had to make our our arrangements to go and collect the flowers from him and deliver them to the correct address. Netflorist did not once accept responsibility for the incorrect delivery nor did they offer to rectify the situation. They claimed that the recipients had arranged for Chris to take delivery of the flowers which was completely not true because not only did the intended recipients not know this Chris, the gift was not expected therefore they could not possibly have made any sort of arrangement. Apart from all of this the gift was not received on the day of special occasion The only communication I have received form Netflorist is that the recipient has received the flowers.

Yesterday i purchased a birthday gift and paid r70 delivery fee tobe delivered yesterday, 11.39 the next day it is still not delivered. I want delivery fee reversed. This is not acceptable. Birthday was yesterday. I got an email at 16.02 advising client left work she only left 16.30. The driver did not go the destination required at all. Netflorist is not taking it serious untill i go to hello peter.

NetFlorist flowers

I placed an order for same day delivery early on the morning of 4 september 2017. At 13:40 I phoned to try and confirm if they would make it in time (Receiver of the flowers leaves at 15:00). Was informed that the driver would do his best. I phoned again at 14:40 getting nervous. Was assured that the driver would make it in time. Nonetheless I ask to please be contacted if he would maybe not make it, so that I could give a different address for delivery that day (2km away). At 15:01 driver phones me to say he is there to deliver the flowers. I asked him to please go to a different gate, as the school was now closed, but he could maybe catch the lady on the way to her car, but that he must please phone me if he does not get her. I hear nothing, so I phone him again at 15:15 just to be informed he gave the flowers to a colleague, who would leave them in the lady’s office the next morning. Note - these flowers were for an anniversary (On 4 september - not 5!)

If I pay over r500+ for flowers and same day deliver, I expect it to at least be delivered to the right person and same day would be a bonus!

Appalling service!

NetFlorist purchase not delivered

On the 19th July 2017 I payed for my father's birthday gift online at Netflorist. Netflorist indicated that the possible delivery dates were the 21st or 24th of July. My father's birthday is on the Saturday, 22nd. Hence I chose the 21st July. TO DATE his gift has not been delivered to him. And Netflorist has not once kept me informed of why or when it will be delivered. I have had to call to no avail.

NetFlorist disgusting customer service and no delivery

I ordered a personalised gift for my boyfriend for a special occasion on the 29th of June from NETFLORIST. The delivery has still not gone and it’s now the 11th of July.

On the 5th of July I contacted them and they were completely useless and unapologetic. The apparent ‘manger’ then marked the delivery as urgent for my bf to COLLECT from an area close to his house. So much for “nationwide same day delivery”

My bf had to take time of his day to wait from 8am to 1pm at the designated point as PROMISED an early morning delivery! The driver still didn't show up! I sent them numerous emails that they have still have not yet had the decency to return! Neither did they bother to return my calls. This was such an expense on my side.

After 2:30pm I called in and spoke to a sales agent who put me through to the driver who could not even understand what I was saying. This is damn unprofessional. After 26 minutes of holding on and explaining to him, I gave him my bf’s number to call direct and meet.

The driver told him he was on the way to the designated point. My bf drove around the area for 2 hours trying to find the driver but has had no luck as the driver could not even fully communicate his whereabouts! This was a gift meant for him and it was so embarrassing for me to get him to pick it up.

Up till date no one has even contacted me with regards to my delivery. They have turned such a special occasion into a disaster.

My bf and I have both spent so much of time and calls trying to get this parcel. This is absolutely disgusting and unprofessional!

This is the worse service I've ever received. We have spent so much of our time and money trying to do their job.

PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY.

NetFlorist non delivery of products paid for - order [protected]

I ordered 3 items to be delivered to my boyfriend on his birthday, I was told it would be delivered the next day but was in fact a day late (thus after his birthday). To top it off they did not deliver the 3rd item at all and failed to refund or contact me. I called to confirm the payment and order beforehand, so this is purely neglect and ignorance on their part.
Such a shame that a great idea like Netflorist is ruined by this kind of deception.
I'm sure neither my family nor I will use this service again.

NetFlorist customized castle lager

After I a 20 year old student saw the amazing Castle Lager customization special I thought this would be the most amazing gift I could give my dad for Fathers Day, seeing that this would be a gift like no other. I received the order approximately a week later which was great. I did not want to gift this present in the ugly brown box so I opened it, after removing this box it came to my attention that my order was wrong, instead of having my dad's name customized on it, it had someone else's dads name (sorry to them as well). I immediately emailed to NetFlorist only to wait 11 working hours where they state after 9 you will receive a reply I had to call them. After talking to them and the call center representatives talking to their managers they said that they will not be able to fix this error, they would give me a refund, and I can keep the beer. This is great, but not the point, NetFlorist "Guaranteed 100% Satisfaction", what a lie, so now I need to wait for a reply to receive a refund, I am not going to be able to give my dad a present on Fathers Day, I will not receive a new order to fix their mistake. As a student I don't have money to go buy something now, the emotional pain this company has put me through and not even caring seems to be very disappointing. I will not recommend this company to anyone, they blatantly lie on their website, and clearly what you see is definitely not what you get. I really hope that I am the only one who had this bad experience along with the other family who has to give their dad my dad's present and visa versa. Hands down the worst buying experience that I have ever received.

NetFlorist product and customer service

Despite the above 100% guarantee and the fact that I am supposed to feel warm and fuzzy with the service, I am not!
Received goods on 1 June 2017. Wanted to check the chocolate order and opened the cooler box. Had to rewrap gift (for a sympathy gift for that day). As I could not rewrap the Lindt balls, I decided to eat one. They tasted like chemicals (assuming from the packaging). I immediately informed Netflorist and he said he had to look into it. After numerous calls and emails, we are still awaiting collection and a refund (14 June 2017). Each time I call in to follow up I must re-explain my entire story and have left 2 messages for a manager to get back to me.
I do not see the point of this 100% guarantee as this has had to be looked into for 12 days now. If I am not satisfied as a customer, I should not have to explain myself and you should collect the product and look into it in your own time. This has left more than just a bad taste in my mouth.

I am sure Harrold would not be very happy with this!

I ordered the items on Friday the 12th of May and received confirmation that it would delivered the next day.

The item was not delivered and on Monday no one has been able clarify why there is a delay with regards to the payment being confirmed. Every person lve spoken to since Monday has been 'checking with payments' with no resolution. 

Ive been asked to email proof of purchase which lve done and confirmed that my account has been debited. 

Ive been calling since Monday (from the UK l might add) to follow up as no one has confirmed anything even though l was assured that at minimum l would receive and email update.
I called again yesterday only be be told the exact same story with still no progress being made. 

My prompt payment is being reciprocated with with lackluster mediocre service.  
To add insult to injury when l spoke to a female called Nomvelo today advising that l would like to make a complaint she couldnt put me throught to your complaints department as 'they were all busy' then proceeded to give the an email address ([protected]@netflorist.co.za) to send my complaint to. Ive sent and email to this address as well as [protected]@netflorist.co.za.

This response sends two messages to customers, which has exacerbated my already low opinion. 
- youre dealing with a lot of complaints (which at this point does not surprise me)

- youre staff dont know your procedures and or are attempting to prevent your clients from sharing their views (again from my current experience not surprising)

I called again today, was on hold for 21 minutes and was assured that the delivery will go ahead today with no real explanation provided. I dont feel confident that this is likely to happen and dont think l should be paying for this.

I have also received no response to my emails so far. Worst service ever. I will not be using this company again nor will l be recommending them to anyone.
