NetFlorist valentine gift

I have never in my life expierenced such poor services. I ordered a gift box of chocolates for my partner for Valentine's Day, I put the order in 4 days before the delivery date and I specifically asked the consultant are you sure you guys would deliver on time as I am aware that there could be an excessive amount of deliveries on the 14 February 2018. I was assured no that I shouldn't worry my order will be delivered on the occasional date being valentines . On the day the delivery hadn't taken place I called the offices just before the closing time and I waited for 1 hour before getting through to a consultant. Finally getting through I spoke to a colored lady I just cannot remember her name right now, she said that my delivery order time would be at 21:00pm in the evening they failed to tell me that to start with, but either way I kept my calm and said okay. After putting the call down I realized but the address provided for delivery was a work address and I would need to change the address if the order is taking place in the evening. I then called again waited and finally got through to an agent who took my order number and said sorry man your delivery is said to only arrive at the provided address in 2 days time. So I was angry and proceeded to cancel the order as it would be worthless having a valentines gift promised to be delivered on the day delivered 3 days later. The refund has been a distraught thus far and continuous to be the worst ever. Iv called multiple times spoke to multiple agents and all have a different story . I have provided my banking details together with proof of payment a month ago and I have still received nothing. Yesterday I get an email after calling the morning saying that they need proof of payment and banking details again yet iv received an email saying the refund is in process. I have mailed a man by the name of Yanga my documents and he assured me all is in place . Now it is a month later and I am still sitting without a refund no communication from them and still incompetent useless staff.

NetFlorist waiting for refund

Hi there

Order number [protected].
I had a 10percent voucher which I used with my purchase. The system instead of giving me 10% discount, gave me 10cents! I have since the 26 of Jan waiting for the Netflorist consultant Portia Sibanda to get back to me on my refund. But she is extremely unprofessional and is ignoring my emails. People like that shouldn't be working in a call center!
I refuse to accept a voucher as this forces you to place an order. I spend a lot of money at Netflorist and extremely disappointed at the service. This is not the first time that I experienced bad service.

NetFlorist incorrect delivery date and address

I am a very dissatisfied and unhappy customer based on the below.

- Order placed 8 Feb for scheduled delivery on 14th Feb to work address: Value Logistics
- Email sent evening 12th Feb requesting delivery date to be changed to 13th Feb to deliver at residential address: Lotus Park. Email response attached.
- Call made on morning of 13th Feb requesting for same which was sent on the email below and I was advised that the date cannot be changed, only the address
- The new address was given over the telephone as I simply requested the address be changed to residential, for the scheduled and unchanged delivery date (14th Feb) . This was well recorded and advised in order.
- 15th Feb, after calling the call centre to ask why no delivery was received yesterday, I come to know that delivery was actually made to the work address (which was incorrect) and on 13th Feb (which was also incorrect)
- Over and above the whole delivery being messed up, you advertise that 12th and 13th deliveries would get free lindt chocs, this didn't happen either

It is rather disappointing and more especially embarrassing to have gone through this, as my fiancé received his Valentine's Day gift, A DAY BEFORE VALETINE'S DAY, at HIS WORK PLACE, when he wasn't even present at work that day!

I have sent emails to them, which no responses.

NetFlorist service

Has been ordered on the same day to be delivered today .

Order number [protected] has been delivered.

The other hasnt and I recieved an email 1 minute after the one that has been delivered to say the second has not been delivered due to no one being home.

They would have been delivered together or even if one minute apart still there were the recipient at home.

a consultant at netflorist call center tried to make the undelivered item not being delivered my fault.

Firstly the product did not get delivered at all to the address.

Netflorist then sent me a mis leading email saying no one was home . Which is false.

The consultant Tshabala said i ordered it to go out today 15th february, which after investigating came to his conclusion that the driver went to a wrong address on the 14th and they are short of drivers.

The whole conversation was recorded by me and i have no time to stipulate everything however i was provided wrong information trying to cover up what ever happened to the item.

The item was for valentine and no other day.

i ordered it almost a month in advance to make sure this is the case.

Today the 15th of February it still is not delivered.

This pathetic service should be made known to other customers and i am not going to other sources and the public as yet.

Hello peter and many other complaints sites should know my frustration.

On valentine a domestic worker had to be paid to be home in Durban to receive this gift.

Many inconveniences have been caused and mis leading information thinking i am a customer thats gulable to any lie sent out to me.

I now phoned again the 16th of february and the consultant Moloko Hlapi cannot assist me as the manager and supervisor are in a meeting

NetFlorist non delivery of an order

I placed an order on monday the 12 February 2018, which was supposed to have been delivered on valintines day 14 February 2018 to my Fiance business address.

He never recieved the order, and I have tried in vain to contact Netflorist.
I eventually got hold of the this morning 15 February 2018, and have now been on hold for 1hour and 35minutes and am still holding.
the call agend Mr Ronaldo Feldman, has become very arogant and continues to place me hold for half an hour at a time saying he needs to speak to his manager, then comes back and puts the supervisor Shaun on the phone who was a bit more polite however wa unable to attend to any of ny questions with satisfaction, ronaldo came back to the phone and refused to put his manager Taryn Pocubos on the phone.

all in all it was an extreamly frustrating experience

NetFlorist no delivery

Good day.

I would like to find out if my husband who paid for flowers to be delivered to me today can get a full refund. I don't want to lay any complaints just a refund please as there were no delivery of flowers delivered. Please contact him on [protected]. Please just a refund nothing more please. We do not want a voucher just a refund back for money he transferred.

NetFlorist delivery

I ordered a gift on the 12th of February 2018 to be delivered on the 14th February 2018 in Pinelands. I provided accurate delivery address and instructions to deliver before 12 noon. On the website Order Tracking states that it is 'In Transit' and I received a notification to say it is being delivered. At the time I am writing this complaint it is 4pm and the gift has not arrived. They are unreachable over the phones and have provided no communication at all.
This is a disgusting example of service and what happens when you over extend yourself. Netflorist has literally ruined the spirit of Valentines day for many customers and their significant others.

NetFlorist netflorist are thieves and will ruin your special days.

I placed an order on 8 feb for delivery on 14 feb. I paid on 8 feb r300 by bank transfer and corresponded by email on the same day of my payment.
Come the 14th feb, upon tracking the delivery, I was informed that it was an incorrect order no. I called into netflorist 6 times trying to find out about my order. Eventually I was told that the items are out of stock and that was it... End of story...
I was not asked if I wanted to have the delivery changed or if I wanted a refund... Nothing. It was just sorry and bye.
I am left with no time to get a gift, and r300 out of pocket for the trouble. Netflorist are a bunch of thieves and will ruin any special day you may have. Do not trust them

NetFlorist delivery

I've ordered a gift yesterday and made the payment immediately.
When I phoned them now, they said they sorry but it can't be delivered today and they should've emailed me yesterday which they didn't. I've been on the line for 45min and demanded to speak to the manager. No one has contacted me yet.
I said it is unacceptable and I will name and shame them on social media platforms if they do not deliver TODAY.
This is the second time I am having problems with service delivery.

Attached is the proof of payment I send yesterday and I asked them to get back to me.

NetFlorist terrible service

NetFlorist must close down due to the fact that they can not do what they say they can do. This is my second time that I am having a problem with them. They don't even return your calls they are good for nothing. I placed my order on the 5th of February to deliver on the 14 of Feb, they delivered they flowers but forgot to deliver the rest of the stuff. This will be the last that I will do business with them. Disguised at this service

NetFlorist debited my account but failed to process order

I had placed an order the 12.02.2018 and I was debited and I had received a receipt with no information at all and it said there is an error in my order I have tried to track my order but it said invalid I had called and spoke to a consultant which had assured me the order will be process when I had called on the 14.02.2018 to track my order I was told the order failed and will have to rebook. I need a refund as my partner will not be able to receive his gift due to the lack of your service.

NetFlorist unauthorised credit card charge

on the 29th November 2017 I used a corporate credit card (Mr BM Pietersen c/o Stallion Security Property Services) to purchase an online gift for a client.
the receipt amount came to R789.80 which is correct, however the amount charged to the card by Netflorist came to R811.52
I called and spoke to Dalisizwe on the 7th Feb and logged the query with him. he suggested I email the query to him: [protected]@netflorist.co.za on the same day. Yesterday, the 13th Feb, I sent him another email stating I have received no feedback, nor any confirmation that anyone is actually attending to the query. When I call the [protected] number, it is unobtainable and there is no alternative number to call. The MD of Stallion is refusing to sign off the credit card recon because of the difference in the 2 amounts. I insist that this matter is addressed and resolved ASAP. it leaves a bad taste in my mouth and in future I will think twice before I order a gift for a client.

NetFlorist incorrect order delivered

On 13/02/2018 I ordered a box with red roses (My sexy rose vase) for R399.95 without delivery cost. What was delivered was 6 roses in a glass vase that looked like it was pushed into the vase in a hurry. I looked on the website and this arrangement costs R329.95. The call centre is obviously inundated with calls and there is no answer.

I would like to return this order and have the correct item that was paid for delivered. The chances of this happening now before Valentine's day is zero, so I am really unhappy about this.

NetFlorist double debit for payment

I ordered a gift online yesterday and Netflorist double debited my account, I have been calling and emailing them since I got the payment confirmation sms - and I have been transferred to all the departments with no help - then im told to send emails to which I dont get any replies, I dont know what to do anymore.
I called again this morning and they just asked me to email again, I called my bank who said only netflorist can do the refund.
What should I do

Exactly the same happened to me! My account was charged twice but no order was delivered. I've been fighting since February but nothing gets done. Not even one order was delivered. Worst company ever. A bunch of thief's

NetFlorist unable to deliver/liars/pathetic service

To have the slogan "Same day delivery" and you are unable to even deliver 2days after the due date. it is calles fals advertisement.

I placed an order for a very simple gift delivery to be delivered on the 30th.
After I made the payment early the morning of the 29th - I sent thru the pop - thru Standard bank - the account provided was for Standard Bank

I received no response - I contacted them late the afternoon of the 30th - enquiring about my delivery. I was told that it is in "Pending" status - and that I shouldn't send proof of payment thru the bank - I need to send it directly from my email. Which I did - and was assured my delivery (Already a day late) will be delivered first thing in the morning on the 31st.

I contacted them again, waiting for someone to answer for at least 10 minutes. I was assisted by a lady - She had then placed me on hold for another 13:46min.

Eventually she confirmed that payment was received and they will release my delivery.
Needless to say - I requested a refund.

To pay what they charge and receive this type of service - I will never use them again, I will also not recommend them to anyone.
Netflorist can delete my account.

I am still waiting for someone to respond.

NetFlorist tomato watch out of stock [protected] / [protected]

I ordered a tomato watch only to be told it is out of stock the next day after payment was made. I have to date had no proof of payment of the refund and keep receiving advertising emails. I am not interested in these. Kindly resolve this matter urgently. I do not want to place further orders with yourselves. I suggest mary
proceeds to resolve the matter otherwise a further complaint has to be lodged

NetFlorist netflorist - absolute disgrace

I am disgusted by Netflorist's absolute failure to deliver a product ordered for my fathers 70th birthday. I ordered wines etc that were meant to be delivered on Friday - it's Wednesday today, his birthday has come and gone and no delivery. I have contacted the call centre multiple times and have simply had NO help - NO answers - just false promises to come back to me via phone and email and ZERO delivery on any of these promises. You are a disgraceful company and I will NEVER EVER utilise your services. Shocking customer service is putting it mildly.

NetFlorist birthday gift for a little child

Last week Friday I made a order on the phone and was given banking details. And I did the payment. Which was direct deposit through the bank. They told me it will be delivered yesterday which was Monday and sadly nothing was delivered. Today is the child's birthday and it's 11 And she hasn't received anything. Horrible horrible service. I can't take it anymore. I m seriously taking this further. I have complained on social media so people will see what they dealing with. I'm so pissed off and angry right now. God help you guys.

NetFlorist delivery not made within business hours when giving a business address

Good day,

I have ordered something for same day delivery and called at 15:00 to hear if it will be delivered by 17:00 due to that being business hours. I was rudley told that it will only be delivered half past 5 but he will speak to his driver and get back to me. He never called back. When I called again 16:10 the excuse was that it is going to be late due to traffic. I fail to understand that if a order is ready for delivery at 15:00 how it takes 2 and a half hours to get delivered within their delivery circle. Netflorist will never have me as a customer again. Worst service, delivery time and most rude customor care people ever.

NetFlorist dissatisfied customer

Good afternoon,

I wish to express my sincere disappointment to the quality of service and commitment we received from NetFlorist.

On Wednesday 29 November my daughter contacted the Netflorist Customer Service line as my husband wanted to surprise me with a bunch of flowers at work for my birthday Thursday 30th November.

My daughter made the payment as direct by Kayle Lackay (Service Consultant) and asked him to please conform once payment has been received. By Thursday morning she had no confirmation from Kayle and when she called back - Kayle advised her that on his side it shows "Payment failed" she asked him why he did not call her back and told her as they want the flowers delivered today. He then advised her to send him proof of payment and he will get it sorted. By 14h00 the afternoon she had no reply from Kayle. Much to her and my husband's despair as like a previously said this was going to be a surprise gift from my birthday!

When she called back again - Kayle advised her that delivery would not be possible on that day as he needs to escalate this matte to IT Personnel. With no apology or remorse he again said he would come back to her. Needless to say that the call AGAIN never happened.

In tears on Thursday afternoon she tells me about the dilemma and says she does not know what to do.

I then contact the Netflorist number on Friday 1 DECEMBER at around 12h00 (A DAY LATER AFTER MY SURPRISE GIFT WAS SUPPOSE TO ARRIVE!) then had the pleasure to speak to Lerato Tshwaela who advised me she was the Team Leader. With a bit of hope I gathered that this would be sorted with no despair as in a Supervisory position she would and should sort the matter in no time. Lerato too advised that she would investigate the matter and come back to me within 5 minutes. Needless to say that by 15h00 that afternoon I had to call Lerato back again only to be told that she too has now escalated the matter to the IT Department and that delivery again would not take place as there were no driver's available!

Furthermore, Lerato assured me that delivery would take place at my home the Saturday morning and that she would contact me for the delivery details.

Today is Monday 4 December, NO FLOWERS, NO CALLS AND NO REFUND!

I am so disappointed in the services we have received - or rather say the service my daughter and husband received after trying out of good will to send me a SPECIAL BIRTHDAY GIFT!

Netflorist has ruined this for them and to date has no one called us to tell us the solution in CLEARLY the HUGE ERROR from NetFlorist staff!

The company I represent funds a sum of money to NetFlorist for their floral arrangements and gift! However I have made my experience known to my peers and Management as this is totally unacceptable service.
I will also make our experience know on Hello Peter - cause clearly there was no aim to please in this instance!
