NetFlorist incorrect product delivered: request for full refund

I had arranged the delivery of a craft beer and biltong box intended as a Birthday present for my partner - order number [protected] on the 18th July 2019, Fourways Cedar Lofts. As my partner was opening the box, he noticed that the box had a customized sign 'For our superhero Dad from KG and Hlale...'. the content of the box didn't match my order either. We clearly had someone else's order. At which point, less than 30 min after delivery, I contacted Netflorist Customer service and was put through to a consultant, Keanu. I communicated to him that this was a birthday present and birthday's only last a few hours. After a few hours he contacted me saying that I needed to send pictures of the item . I did so. I heard nothing. I called again the following day to find out what was happening and if they were planning to pick the item up at any point. I was told it was too late to send out the delivery and I should call them again on Monday. This really upset me. Since I was a customer who had paid for a service/product - a service/product that was not delivered. Not to mention the poor kids who didn't get the gift they ordered their father. The onus of your mistake was somehow on me?! I told the new consultant that I had no interest in doing a swap or replacement and that I wanted a full refund. She then said that refunds could only be processed once items were returned. She assured me that Monday morning someone was sure to pick up the incorrect item. I waited and waited...then emailed Keanu once again. I communicated my frustration with their lack in sense of urgency or customer priority. You mean to tell me you can't resolve this over 3 full working days? I want a refund immediately. It's really such a shame since I've been using Netflorist for over 3 years now. I've recommended it to so many people. But you really shouldn't treat paying customers like this. I doubt that I'll use this service again. Regards.

NetFlorist Not delivering Items on time

Today is my boyfriends birthday, I ordered a Item and the delivery date said today and I was happy, then at half past 2 in the afternoon with no time to be able to buy anything else for my boyfriend on his Birthday I get a call saying it wont be delivered today, now my problem is that its his birthday, I don't have time to buy another gift because you let me know 2 late and he has no gift. and although you apologized for it, I am sorry is just not cutting it as my boyfriend is going to be extremely disappointed his girlfriend can't even get him a gift on his birthday.

NetFlorist orders

I tried to order 2 products online for Mothers Day, but the website kept showing errors for my images uploaded. I decided to place my order via orders@netflorist.co.za on the 9th of May 2019. By 10 May, 24 hours later, I had no response from them, so I forwarded the email to the same address again. I called the call centre and was advised the order will be processed soon and that the order will be delivered on the Saturday now due to the delay. Still, nothing. I called the call centre again on the 13th of May, and Bohang at the call centre advised that I send the lieziej@gmail.com with my order to her and she will process my order. Now, 24 hours later, I still have had no response from Bohang or anyone at Netflorist. What was meant to be a Mothers Day gift on the 12th of May, is now an absolute let down! Netflorist won't see me ordering ever again.

NetFlorist anniversary gift

My husband made a huge effort to surprise me and send me a lovely anniversary gift but it did not arrive the way it should. It arrived in a box - the teddy and chocs and just a ribbon tied around the box saying happy anniversary. Neflorist, people pay for the presentation of the gift, needless to say is this not your product? Is this not what Netflorist is supposed to be all about? Surprising the people you love?

Nobody called to say that the balloon was not available or to offer an alternative.

I wanted to ask you what makes you think that it is acceptable to do such things? We are paying customers for a service you portray on your site but it does not turn out that way.

I mailed Netlorist 3 times complaining about this and nobody has even bothered to respond.

Reading some of the other complaints on here, I am not surprised.

Disgustingly shocking!

NetFlorist netflorist

I ordered a product to be delivered on my boyfriend's birthday on the 25th of April. It did not arrive on that date. I phoned them the next day and the promised me it would be delivered the next day and we're sorry. However it STILL was not delivered a day late. The product is not 3 days overdue and it is no longer my boyfriend's birthday which defeats the purpose of ordering this gift if it arrives late. I am also disappointed by their customer care line. I phoned and phoned and only on the 10th try did someone even pick up and lied to me about when my product will be delivered. I do not recommend using Netflorist they are overpriced and do not deliver on promises whatsoever.

NetFlorist service and product

I ordered a product yesterday (no:[protected]) to be delivered today, just to open my email this morning and saw the date was changed. I made sure that I made the payment to ensure my product is delivered today, 21 February. Now, they want to say they can't always deliver products on the date chosen?

I contact the customer line (Harold Helper 10) was so unhelpful and didn't even try to help me or see if there is something they can do, as I expect delivery on the date of my choosing! What is advertised is not really what this customer gets! Rather update the website and take off same-day delivery if it doesn't apply to all products.
This is the first time I had problems with Netflorist and I am really disappointed as I really made sure everything was ordered and paid before today.

NetFlorist delivery late and flowers wilted

My husband, Mr Craig Thornton, placed an order from the UK for a Valentines Day delivery to myself in SA. Order nr [protected]. Item nrs [protected], [protected] and [protected].

My husband expected the delivery to occur on the morning of the 14th. When he had not heard from me by 15:00 on the 14th he enquired whether I had received my `surprise`yet.

When I confirmed that I had not, he forwarded me his order nr as well as the confirmation he had received just after 11AM that the order was out on delivery.

As it was already after 15:00, I then tried to contact NetFlorist to enquire. At one time I had been on hold for 20 minutes with still no consultant on the phone, just a constant ringing in my ear and the vary annoying voice telling me stay on the line, which only happened about every 5 minutes. My other attempts to call each lasted about 5 - 10 minutes each with the same result.

My delivery was eventually received at 16:20 that afternoon, only 10 minutes before our office closes. There was no excuse or apology for being late, no apology for the state of the flowers, just a `sign here` and off they went.

The flowers were in a terrible state. The roses were already wilted, the brown paper they were wrapped in was dry and warm. It is two days later and after trying all I could I have been unable to save the roses in any way or form.

I truly understand that Netflorist had a tremendous amount of deliveries and the Western Cape has been very warm, but it is not as if Netflorist had no opportunity to put something in place beforehand to assist with these circumstances and ensure good service to their paying customers.

I feel that the service received was extremely poor and my husband definitely did not pay the price he did for me to receive wilted flowers, not to mention the completely ruined surprise.

I request my husband be refunded for the roses as your service was incredibly poor and I received flowers that were basically already dying.
I also request an apology to my husband, your paying customer.

I request feedback to my complaint as soon as possible.

NetFlorist Flowers and Chocolates

Netflorist SA shoudn't take on more than they can handle.

I placed my order on the 11th February 2019 and only delivered on the 15th February.
I tried emailing and calling with no reply. They didnt even update me that the order will be delivered on the 15th Feb. This was my 1st Valentine day with this lady and this wasn't a good impression on me

You guys should refund everyone!

NetFlorist late delivery

A very special day is ruined because of Netflorist, extremely disappointed that I can clearly see that making money is more important than good service. I understand that it was a very busy time with Valentines day, but a successful business should know their limit on orders, work, whatever it is they do, not push to make money and fail in the most important factor anyway.

I've requested a refund but doubt that I'll see my money again. Order number [protected]

I requested so many times as to the status of my order, hardly any response except they've lost track of their drivers.

NetFlorist delivery

Thank you netflorist for ruining my valentines day with my fiance.

I placed an order and paid for it on the 5 february 2019and requested it to be delivered on the 14 february 2019 (valentine's day)
And everything was handled of perfectly online, only to receive an email on the morning of 14 february 2019 (delivery day) that the item is lost... How do you lose an item that was ordered and paid more than a week ago?
I tried phoning all 3 numbers on the website with no luck as the phone just rings for more than 3 minutes.
I emailed my dissatisfaction to customer care and a auto reply was sent back that I will be contacted within 9 business hours, which I am still waiting for from this morning 8h00.
I am really unpleased with netflorist and would not recommend there services to anyone and tell everyone I know who uses netflorist to stop using their services as well.
I would like to hear from netflorist directly very soon as the whole day of romance was ruined.

NetFlorist valentine's delivery

I placed an order to be delivered on Valentine's day, no delivery was made, call centre number was unavailable on one case and the other number just rang and rang, I received no correspondence from netflorist . The work day is over, so the call centre is closed and the delivery has still not reached the intended recipient who has already left work. Pathetic service. Totally unacceptable! How can netflorist even make this right when valentine's Day is over? you

NetFlorist a valentine's day parcel

I placed an order on the 8th of February for a Valentines parcel to be delivered to my husbands workplace today, the 14th of Feb. He has left work for the day without his gift and it has still not been delivered to the office. I have been calling the offices all day with no assistance! I will never order from Netflorist again! Terrible Terrible Terrible.

NetFlorist failure to deliver product & no valid explanation

Order [protected] : order was placed for same day delivery on 13 February 2019- 2 bouquets paid for including delivery. a day later & still waiting for the order to be delivered. No way to call the company as their lines aren't working. No explanation given & email responses to my complaint are not actioned favorably. Valentine's Day spoilt by useless organization that I will never use again. Utterly disappointed.

NetFlorist valentines delivery

This is so unacceptable. I am unable to get through to anyone on the phone plus they are unable to tell me when my gift will be delivered. Even when I try to call they give me such vague and limited information! Such a big industry but unable to keep track of deliveries! Ridiculous! Why are they unable to give me details of the person that is doing the delivery or at the very least track the delivery and give me a reasonable time. The recipient is going to leave work soon and there is still no darn delivery done!

NetFlorist bad bad bad service

Placed an order for a anniversary gift. 1order. 1st you deliver an almost flat baloon and gift card to my husband at work and then a few hours later the gift. I feel like an idiot. And you netflorist spoiled the surprise thank you. Never again. Commen sense to add the baloon with the gift. Maybe you dont have it...

NetFlorist underlined

I placed an order on the 12th to be delivered on the 13th of February 2019 it was not delivered.
I have send the proof of payment multiple times and received an email that said my order will be delivered on the 15th of February this is unacceptable.

I've tried phoning and emailing netfloria multiple times and still haven't received an answer or a email back.

What a bad service to experience by a international company.

NetFlorist pathetic service received and no apology

I am utterly disgusted with the service from Netflorist. An order was placed on Friday 1 February 2019 and payment was made. Before close of business a return email received from netflorist stipulating all is in order. Delivery date ordered was for 1 February. After 2 pm I received an email stating that the delivery would be done on that day. The occasion was for That day and because of netflorist incompetence, the delivery will not take place. That is pathetic service, could this not have been ascertained on Friday to ensure all would be in order for delivery date. The date stipulates on my request was 1st February and netflorist has broken the agreed date contract. Again on the 2nd February 2019, I was told that the flowers would be delivered as the person to received it cancelled her flight due to myself that told her that she will receive a package from Netflorist and she should expect it before 12 noon, but to her disappointment was never delivered. I will log a complaint on hello peter and social media about the pathetic service received. This is the second time that netflorist has done this with my orders and the previous time netflorist did not have the decency to respond or apologize for their omission. You do not know the meaning of customer service. I demand an apology letter and some form of complimentary compensation for the inconvenience caused. This is disgusting service.

NetFlorist no exchange for clothing items.

I placed an order for a top on NetFlorist. Since they do not have any size charts, I had to guess a size with the hope that I would be lucky enough to get it right. I did not.

When I received my package, the top was too big. I contacted them immediately to ask for an exchange and received the reply, 'there is nothing we can do about it you have to place an whole new order'. How is this even a thing?

It's not my fault they don't have a size chart on their website but they make me feel that way. I have never received such bad service and an email response so unprofessional and callous. I'm never doing business with this company again and will not recommend them to anybody.

Whoever managers the Netflorist social media accounts went out of their way to help me out. My item is being exchanged for a better size without extra costs. Big thanks to them, I appreciate the effort.

NetFlorist refund not received, unethical behaviour

I purchased an item on the 8th January 2019.

Receipt number: [protected]; Item No: [protected] (PER3198 - Personalised Supermom Shirt) and Item No: [protected] (LBL791 - AR Initial Label). The total amounted to R379.90.

A day later they said the item is no longer available, therefore I requested for a refund. I still haven't received my refund nor can I get hold of them after several attempts. I've tried to phone them, email them and email the direct individuals in charge.

NetFlorist order not delivered when confirmation received all is in order

I am utterly disgusted with the service from Netflorist. An order was placed on Thursday 24th January and payment was made. Before close of business a return email received from netflorist stipulating all is in order. No further correspondence received. Delivery date ordered was today 28th January . After 2pm I received a call stipulating that my image cannot be opened, but the image was attached as I spoke to Tershan who helped me with the order. The occasion was for today and because of netflorist incompetence the delivery will not take place. That is pathetic service, could this not have been ascertained on Friday to ensure all would be in order for delivery date. The date stipulates on my request was 28th January and netflorist has broken the agreed date contract. What type of Nicky mouse company does that. I will log a complaint on hello peter and social media about the pathetic service received.
