Netflix netflix

I have 3 different comcast infinity boxes in my house: then smaller 2 tv's can receive all netflix movies, except the main tv which is a much larger tv on the vcr main unit. — most other films are received there, however slowly, except for a number of large content movies eg, eyes wide shut, basic instinct, etc.. I had them check the system a& they said the problem was with netflicks. — i'd like this fixed.

Netflix downloading to ipad

I am unable to download TV series to my iPad Pro. These are shows that are Netflix produced, or by others, and are included in the Available to Download list. I can download movies (when I can find them; no way to sort to just movies in ATD.)

My iOS and Netflix app are up to date.

I called Netflix 2X (on 11/20 and 12/01). The issue remains unresolved. Today, the tech acknowledged there is a known issue concerning downloading TV shows to iPads, but there is no solution in sight. I told the tech that I will cancel Netflix if it is not resolved by December 27, the date their new price increase takes effect. Why should I pay more for a service that is not fully functional?

After the 12/01 call, the tech sent an email with a link for additional information. His email arrived, but the link does not work. Here it is: https://help.netflix.com/support/48697. "Page Not Found." OMG.

Netflix user interface

There is currently no way to prevent the autoplaying of clips from shows highlighted on the main menu / home screen. These clips are typically loud and annoying, and sometimes have inappropriate content for some family members.

Personally, I think this feature has the potential to waste a lot of bandwidth given the number of users that might be scrolling around looking for a show at any given time, and it definitely needs to be optional.

My entire family hates this feature, and with so many streaming services now available, many of which are free (ad supported), we've begun to seriously consider cancelling. We cannot justify paying for a service that annoys us to this extent.

Netflix dvd rentals

I was recently made aware that Netflix intends to raise the rates of service 10%, which is understandable, but not if I continue to receive my DVD rentals a day later than scheduled!

For the past couple years I have sent and received DVD's and they have been received at home or by Netflix by the next business day. Lately (the last 3-4 weeks), they have been received a day or two later than expected/scheduled.

Also, Netflix used to send and receive DVD's on Saturdays... This was a very convenient feature and made the price/service worthwhile. If Netflix intends to raise the rates, I strongly suggest that these 2 features (i.e. next day receipt of DVD rentals and Saturday receivables and shipments).

Thank you for your consideration and allowing me to voice my concerns.

Netflix auto playing clips of show at the home screen or when looking at a series.

When I go to Netflix on a computer or Roku, whatever movie or series is being featured starts playing a short clip or trailer. If you go to a series page, it automatically starts play a clip/trailer about the series. I initiated a chat with support from my computer and they said this "feature" was implemented on their web site and Roku devices. I asked how to turn it off and was told I can't. I would like to know what [censor] decided it's a good idea to annoy their customers. Don't they know people don't like video and audio automatically playing when they go to a web site? Pretty stupid Netflix - you jack up the price - again - then annoy people with this "feature" that can't be turned off.

Netflix service breakdown

More and more just recently my viewing is interrupted by Netflix having problems -and it will stop in the middle of watching a film or scene in a series. Then it takes a while for Netflix to get up and running again. I appreciate that this can happen from time to time but it is getting a more regular occurrence. Whilst I may not be paying top whack for this service I am still paying for it and am getting a little fed up with having my viewing interrupted like this on a regular basis. More and more I can't even access any of the titles displayed and have to turn Netflix off and leave a while before being able to resume viewing of choosing another title

I have been having constant issues with Netflix freezing up in the middle of the show and I have to actually give up and logout. Now I have issues with it loading on my laptop and getting messages like " Netflix.com is taking too long to load". They are going to be increasing the fees next week and I don't even use it that much anymore because of the frustration. I first checked all the usual network or server problems but is is not any of those. I think their reputation will go down if longtime clients start abandoning their services. I am considering cutting off my membership and staying with Amazon Prime.

Netflix movie selections

I've been a customer of Netflix for over 4 years and I'm getting to a point where im ready to cancel my account. There are too many movies that are not that long. I love 2 hour movies and majority of the 2hr movies are not in English. Now i know Netflix is not just for people in America but the head quarters for Netflix is in California, which mean every movie should be in english or at least have the option to change it English. It makes no since that all the good and new movies are not in english. The selection is already getting old, i watch netflix everyday i would know.

Netflix the new update

Last night I went onto my Netflix account like I usually do to continue watching a series called the vampire diaries, so I go onto the account and I see that there's a new update I'm like okay this is new? Which for the record I'm not a big fan of but anyway so I go onto it and the TV show that I was watching has been taken off which isn't the first time this has happened which I just find quite frustrating because I am always on Netflix

Netflix vulgar trailers

It's very offensive that Netflix now plays trailers automatically after returning to the home screen that swear using the F-word. I don't feel comfortable having Netflix open with my kids around because I don't know if a tv trailer will start to play that swears. The Disjointed ad (or any other trailer) shouldn't just play automatically, especially with sound.

Netflix no rewind capability

About two weeks ago I suddenly lost the ability to rewind all content and replay portions that I may have missed while out of the room. This is a major problem. Often audio is not clear and needs to be replayed. There are other reasons to rewind also, such as trying to read those lengthy letters that are flashed in front of you and you have 2 seconds to read it.

This problem needs to be fixed or I am done with Netflix. If this becomes widespread, you can count on many folks leaving Netflix. They told me it was my problem not there's.

Netflix audio

No me preocupa que aumenten la tarifa pero lo que si quisiera saber es porque no agregan el archivo de audio en español a todas las películas y series aquí en USA ya que hay muchas que no puedo verla con familiares que no hablan español…………….

Quisiera saber si hay algun motivo comercial o es solo ineficiencia de su parte.

Netflix stop charging me!

I have nothing positive to say. For an unknown reason, they disabled my account but didn't stop charging me every month. I opened a dispute with my bank, but it takes them too long to resolve this issue (I really don't understand why). You better stay away from paid services on Netflix and never tell anyone your credit card information, even if a company looks trustful.

Netflix taking down himym on netflix

Dear Netflix,
You were so in the wrong of taking How I Met Your Mother down recently. You should be ashamed of such a decision. This show was my comic relief while I am dealing with a concussion. So thanks for kicking me while I am already down. This is a very popular series with many college students like myself. If you want to keep gaining customers I suggest you stop taking joy away from the generation you are trying to appeal to.

Netflix i’m disappointed in the very low quality of standup comedian shows!

Your service is good and you have some good movies. I just wish you had a better reliable rating system than the thumbs-up or thumbs-down symbols! Many of your movies must be screened prior to them being viewed. Sadly, I've had to give a thumbs-down to many because of sordid, vulgar content and or language.
I really enjoy funny stand-up comics when they can be viewed by any age. However, most of your recommended comics are far from funny when they begin their programs with perverted, trashy, vulgar, potty-mouthed words that they think are funny. It's an insult to humanity to continually drag people's minds into the gutter. I've searched and searched for clean-mouthed and decent comedy and they are mostly non-existent.
A really good example would be "Red Skelton"! He is hilariously funnier than all the comedians that Netflix has recommended to me. At least, I can give his programs a thumbs-up!

Netflix taking off how I met your mother

Please do not take off How I met your mother. Its one of the greatest shows you have had on Netflix. Netflix has had some great shows such as the office or family guy, and I think that How I met your mother is definitely one of the greatest shows. I guarantee that taking off how I met your mother will make many people very angry and sad. Please keep it.

Netflix series interruption

I have watched the "Zoo" series by James Patterson from the first season on through season 3. I was on episode 13 and eagerly awaiting episode 14 when I discovered, to my chagrin, there was no episode 14 available. The series is far from being over, so I was mortified by the sudden end, which left me (and other viewers) in limbo. It is my opinion that if a complete series is unavailable, Netflix should not make it available until it is. Netflix should avoid frustrating their customers...not good business practice.

Many times seasons will be divided with mid-season brakes. When they do, they'll make part of a season available for those who wish to view it.

Netflix netflix video stream

Today is 11-10-17 and I just saw that we have been charged twice a month (on two different days) for Netflix since April 2017. In April I got a message when I tried to log in to Netflix that the account was expired and I needed to set up a new account. My husband wasn't home ( the old account was in his name), so I set up a new account in my name and thought all was well. Not so. After contacting Netflix Customer Service, we are told that we will only get 3 of the 8 months refunded because there was "some activity" on the old account at some point in the past. Then we got the "too bad, so sad", but that is our policy and there is nothing more we can do. I also got a lecture on how I should have done things differently back in April, should have caught the mistaken charges earlier, how the message I got from Netflix was probably due to a mistake on my part because Netflix doesn't send those kind of messages unless it is user error, etc. So we are out the $50.

The message you received is a common internet scam that has been circulating for a while. You may wish to contact your bank to dispute the charges, and then have your card canceled and re-issued.

Netflix delayed disc delivery

I've been a Netflix customer for well over a decade and for a long time the service was wonderful. Now it's a ghost of it's former self, with the turn-around slowed way down. They don't account for returned discs promptly and then take extra days to send the replacements. It was bad enough when they stopped Saturday service, but now Monday service functions only half the time. when a disc is cracked of won't play properly they used to send a new one immediately. Now they wait until they've received the unplayable disc. what a mess. I'm very unsatisfied. I hope some viable competition shows up soon.

It's really unlikely that new competition in the DVD mail subscription service will be introduced to the market. Almost all subscription services are becoming (or always were) streaming only.

Netflix sound quality

I've been an active streamer of netflix shows for years, but often have a hard time understanding the dialog. I thought it was just me until I recently subscribed to Showtime and HBO streaming. The sound quality for both showtime and HBO are SO much better than anything I stream on netflix. Same Roku stick and same external speakers for everything. Does Netflix send less audio bandwidth and/or dynamic range than these other streaming channels? I hope this can be improved.
