In your "troy original, I am appalled, offended, angry you missed the part where this is a greek myth, and cast an african american actor as zeus!

Netflix the new show "lost in space"

First I want to say that I love NETFLIX your shows are outstanding, as a new customer I was pleasantly surprised to see that season one of the new revised 'Lost in Space' show. The old one was ok but, I was expecting a high standard from this new version. I got to episode 4 and was so disappointed the following explains my reasons and the reason that I would ask you to reconsider spending your budget on season two.
1. while all of the actors are outstanding how can one of the family be Afro-American? Genetics just will not allow for this and, it spoils the flow of the story as its obviously cant be.
2. Its a show that celebrates women as the leaders, Engineers and doctors and the men as complete fools, why do this? why use this platform that could be so entertaining to be used by someone that has a problem with a family as being a man and a woman both equal partners in life. The man is shown as knowing nothing, has no role to play and is constantly out of the blue put down by the Alpha woman?
3. The Afro-American actor (great actor) is supposed to be 18 years old and a fully qualified doctor, she doesnt look like her supposed sister or brother and her role does not fit into the story?
4. Doctor Smith as a woman, well, that's ok if the story were to flow, the story about Dr Smith is really all over the place.

Netflix movies being taken off

I have recently found out that a bunch of disney movies are being taken off of netflix including wizards of waverly place, all the cheetah girls, sharpays fabulous adventure, geek charming, princess protection program, cyber bully, cow bells, high school musicals, camp rocks, starstruck, lemonade mouth, frenemies, read and weep, and cadet kelly. I watch these movies all the time and I and deeply upset and even thinking about canceling our subscribtion and switching to hulu. I and many other people are very appauled by this decision!
Please answer my complaint on why you are taking theses movies off. Thanks for your time.

Netflix netflix

So I was watching "72 dangerous animals; Latin America" GREAT PROGRAM. And then due to my high liking of this program; I decided to watch "72 dangerous animals; AUSTRALIA" you'd think wow another one can't wait. But no. Several of the animals are the same ones from the previous show... I feel devastated, ripped off, betrayed, everything in between. So I am filing a complaint. Thank you.

Netflix streaming service & customer service

On 4/11/18, access to my Netflix account was lost which was posting an error upon attempted log in. I waited until the next morning & finding the issue still not resolved, I followed all the troubleshooting advice the NF Help site provided. My son, who lives in a different city & has a different wifi, modem, etc. also was not able to access. When all troubleshooting failed, I called Netflix customer service. I was walked through the trouble shooting again. After the troubleshooting failed again, I called customer service a second time & re-explained my issue. I again I was told to perform the troubleshooting.I explained I had performed the trouble shooting multiple times without result, and I believed the problem was with Netflix since my son, on a separate computer in different town on a different modem & wifi, was experiencing the same problem with the account. The CS representative again repeated to perform the troubleshooting (which I again did with no results) and then made excuses of why this was not a problem on their end. We then got into a cyclical conversation over the issue, with myself explaining repeatedly that the problem was not isolated to my wifi/modem service. He then admitted he had no other options to help me & I should just "wait it out" or cancel my service. I became irate at this point and was referred to a supervisor, John. John had me repeat the entire issue again. Again, I was directed to the trouble shooting procedures. Again, I explained the issue was not my wifi/modem or computers since my son was experiencing the same issue in a different town, different wifi/modem, etc. He the told me that he did not have "concrete evidence" of that. In other words, he believed I was lying. He also repeatedly told me the only way for him to help me was for me to attempt to log in with an iphone, which I explained I do not have an iphone. He stated then there was nothing he could do to help me and nothing I could do to prove I was having a problem. He told me repeatedly to feel free to cancel my account. Already, tested beyond my patience, I lost it. I told him to hold while I texted my son to see if he could log in on his iphone (he has one, but I do not). He refused to hold & told me I would have to call back. I was incredibly irate at this point. I told him I wanted a refund for the time my account was not working and for all time it continued not to work. He said he would "take it under advisement", as they had no proof. Yes, I was very irate at this point, and he hung up on me. I have been a customer for over 10 years & this was my first experience with customer service and it was horrible. I was led around in a circle by people who clearly were doing nothing to help me other than reading from scripted information. Instead of being honest and admitting they didn't know what the problem was & would look into it for me and try to solve the problem, they treated me like I was I was making my problem up and literally accused me of lying. I was told to go ahead and cancel my account at least three times, which I very well may do. There are plenty of other streaming sites. I was even told to have my son call back since they didn't believe he existed, which I did & they email him the same troubleshooting steps we had both already tried repeatedly. I want a refund for my service from 4/11/18 until I have full access & service restored to my account and a letter/email of apology for the dreadful customer service I received.

A follow up to the above: On 4/13/18, without anymore troubleshooting on my end because I had simply given up, my Netflix streaming service has somehow fixed itself. I believe this is proof that the access issue was with Netflix itself and not an issue on my end. I am requesting reimbursement for the two days the service was down, and an apology for the ill treatment I received from customer service.

Netflix netflix suits

Quite simply I can't support a company that supports crooked politicians like Susan Rice. We know she was the biggest mouthpiece for four Americans killed in Benghazi when she came out and said it was a video on YouTube. Now she's caught up in the fisa warrants issued to take down our president. I guess Netflix is like all other tech companies. Liberal, and don't give a damn about their customers and that there lied to by politicians.

Netflix cancelled tv show

I'm very disappointed they canceled "everything sucks" after just one season
It was a great show!
Good cast and writers coming of age series
Please bring it back!
Filmed in oregon made it unique.
Themes of outsiders and cool groups coming together and coming awareness of gay tendencies and mixed race dating that were unique in tv at high school age.

Netflix movies being taken off of netflix

Good morning,
My name is Naomi Dixon. I currently have a Netflix account and I absolutely love it. My favorite feature is being able to download movies and watch them without using my data.
I am, however, a little disappointed.
Last night I was watching a great movie called "The Ugly Truth". During my relaxing time watching the movie after a long stressful day, I fell asleep. I woke up this morning to turn it on and finish the ending but to my surprise, it had already been taken off of Netflix. I would greatly appreciate if you can please put it back and stop taking great movies off. Thank you for your time.

Netflix the disgusting appointment of treasonous susan rice to the board of directors

Netflix, I am writing this in reference to your poor decision in the appointment of Susan Rice to the Board of Directors. I am a long time customer over 10 years I am disgusted by this appointment and I will be cancelling my service.
I cannot believe that you find this corrupt treasonous individual worthy of such a post. Doubling down in support of the Obama corruption machine and a compromised Susan Rice, who lied repeatedly on both Benghazi and the unmasking of US citizens and highly classified individual is sad to say the least .
If your 'goal' was to 'polarize' the country even further...then you've succeeded! Goodbye Netflix hello HULU, Amazon Prime, free streaming.

Netflix unauthorized credit card charges

I have been a customer of Netflix for years and i just saw that i have been getting ripped off for DVD rental for two or more years. And i was just told that it is my responsibility to make sure Netflix doesn't rip me off. Autopay is the only way to get Netflix but i have to make sure you don't steal form me. (what a joke) I'm on Disability and i can't afford to just give money away like that.

Netflix unethical content

I have been a long term customer and have never been disappointed with the content released to watch. Unfortunately that cannot be said as of today 03/31/2018. I do not want a sexist inhuman openly racist garbage Trump An American Dream as content to be displayed. This is incredibly insensitive to myself and others. I would appreciate it if you removed this immediately.

I just canceled my Netflix and my mom and brother and it's gonna be many more to cancel. How can Netflix a company that is paid by viewers for programs hire a liar political hack spying on folk on your director board. This is for diverse group of viewers and Netflix is only catering to one political base. I'm a black female who was once voting democrat most of my voting years (and my husband did not tell me who to vote for either), until Susan Rice lied on national television numerous times as an ambassador to the American people about a so call video, arrested the man and never apologize. Netflix is gonna suffer for catering to political liars to make their decisions. Also, you should not have a previous POTUS pushing any type of agenda platform. Netflix is for entertainment not for political votes. Period.

Netflix I would like to buy a netflix series

Hello Mr. Netflix,

I recently just binged watched the Netflix series, A Series of Unfortunate Evnets, and LOVED IT! But, I was horrendously saddened to realize that I have never heard of anyone purchasing Netflix made dramas.
However I am sure it can be done.
And so I was hoping you would be able to shed some light on this heinous crime, One so Unfortunate it makes my heart break.
Even Count Olaf would think you to be terrifyingly evil, by keeping your customers from purchasing the shows they love.
Lemony Snicket would have the terrible and, gastly responsibility, to recover, and recount, the reasons that led you to these unfortunate circumstances.

Netflix "continue playing"

Submit another complaint about the constant overly frequent, usually randomly timed "continue playing?" obscure interruption. Why the [censor] are people paying for a steaming service that is just going to auto pause on them every 10 minutes? Hulu does do that [censor], never. Going to hulu, oh and when I go to submit this [censor] complaint to you [censor], it tells me "your submit is too small to be taken care of"? Wtf? Want a langer [censor]ing complanit do yah? Doooo yah? Happy [censor]ing scooby doo day [censor] because we are on a [censor]ing mystery, who is the murderer? Netflix is the murderer, netflix.

Netflix service

After viewing a couple of shows consecutively Netflix won't load the selected show and displays an error code, "call customer service and mention this code". Techs walk me through everything I've said I've already tried to resolve the issue. Results are the same. Can't use the service. To many others to choose from, time to move on. Especially after price increases and the service becomes worse afterwards ? Not a good move Netflix.

Netflix several

After the price of Netflix increased we have had the following issues

1. DVD's have a much longer turn around time then they used too (AND we are paying more). Why? This does not make sense.

2. DVD's are not of the same quality. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't work at all, and sometimes part of the disc works but not the other part.

Random questions?

1. If Netflix can get a season of a show (for example cold justice sex crimes), why can it not get all the seasons?

2. Why can we not add an unlimited number of movies to our queue?

3. You do have reality shows but not the ones I want such as My Big Fat American Gypsy Wedding, Gypsy Sisters, Snapped, Deadly Women, etc. Why can't you get content such as that?

I just want this to go directly to Netflix and get a return email answering my questions.

Netflix programs

Dear Netflix, my husband and I are very upset about the removal of all of the awesome shows you are taking away and have taken away. Since the removal of Family Guy, American Dad, Cleveland Show, Futurama and the future removal of Archer we are going to switch to Hulu if they aren't put back on Netflix. We will tell our friends to switch as well. Please put them back on in order to keep us and our friends and family as Netflix members

I am very offended that you would give the Criminal Obamas a platform to spread more of their lies. Obama is a TREASONOUS Ex-President. Conservatives are already calling for a boycott of Netflix and the sponsors. Please tell me that this isn't true! You will lose the majority of America. They militarized the government to his own purposes. The sold uranium to Russia for personal profit. Multiple indictments are coming for many members of his administration. He new that Hillary Clinton was using an unauthorized server and used this server with Hillary.

I'm disgusted and alarmed that you are allowing Obama to use Netflix as a platform to release biased material to your audience. This is unacceptable and will cancel my subscription if this moves forward. I know of hundreds if not thousands of other subscribers that will cancel their subscriptions too if you close a deal with the obamas. His anti-American rhetoric is unacceptable and appalling to most Americans.
