Netflix no refund after being hacked and charged

I was trying to cancel the next subscription before the trial ended but whenever I logged onto my Netflix it would redirect me to something saying it's unavailable. And so I assumed it tried to charge me but I had not enough money in my bank so it cancelled itself. But then the other day I found Netflix charged me and I was confused bc I hadn't touched the account for a couple of weeks. Then I log back in to find that it had been used by someone with an iPad that day. I asked my friend if she had used the account but she had not bc she was using her friends Netflix. So I called Netflix to explain that it's most likely hacked and they activated the next months so I got charged. And they refused to refund me. It's is totally unfair that a hacker is using my money to watch Netflix for a month even though I don't even want the Netflix.

Netflix content

It has become apparent that you at Netflix are making more foreign films a priority. Eighty percent of the time when I get an update to watch something it's either French or Spanish. The English movies and shows tend to be either repeats of what you shuffle in and out or low quality B rated and barely worry the watch. Since most of your customer base is English you are at risk of losing a lot of revenue. I feel you need to return to what made you what you are and produce QUALITY based English language shows and I dont mean British. You should also update the app to filter out non-English based shows for those of us that dont care to read a movie. If we wanted that we would read a book. At home, it's time to relax and look for less effort. I am sure there are many of us that feel this way.

Netflix movies

How could you possibly take how the grinch stole cChristmas off of Netflix?! That was my go to movie, and my absolute favourite movie. First it was mean girls now its the grinch. You are taking all the real good movies off of Netflix. I just noticed this disappointment right now on, Friday, November 16, 2018, and I would like to see it on Netflix so I can continue to binge watch it.

sometimes they take off shows and movies for a reason one them might be that they need more room for other movies and shows people keep requesting or it could just be not a lot of people watch it so they decided to take it off. You can't be mad about it though because a lot of things constantly go on and off of Netflix.

Netflix 'site cant be reached' since yesterday no connection, internet etc is fine

Since yesterday evening 10/11/18 and all of today 11/11/18 the netflix site has not been working, I can reach any other site (my intrenet connection and settings are fine) but when i try to go on netflix page it says 'This site can't be reached www.netflix.com unexpectedly closed the connection.' This is very annoying, as we pay for our subscription, you should provide a better service, this is not the first time it has happened unexpectedly, either you should let customers know the service will be down or provide a refund...Thanks

Netflix justin time go - episode "let's haka dance / big drum jam"

This episode of Justin Time Go is extremely offensive and Netflix should consider its removal. It is a mockery of the Maori culture and the actions nor words are appropriate or culturally respectful.
The display of "haka chant" and "haka moves" are disrespectful. The haka is a lot more than slapping your chest, stomping your feet and yelling.
This episode is racist and should be removed.

Netflix the ranch

Bring back the Rooster! The charges are contrived and bogus! Just like the Supreme Court Judge! She'll admit she made it all up AFTER she ruins him? To support herself and her out of work boyfriend and some lazy good for nothing girlfriends?!? This is either about money or Scientology or both! But, there is NO evidence linking Danny to any crimes. #BRINGBACKROOSTER

Netflix request a refund

hello, my issue is only that i applied for free trial $18.49 ( premium one) for Netflix yesterday but they charged me during my free trial i don't know why because after completion of my free trial, Netflix charged from my card of $18.49 - same amount i mention above. please team, make me refund of this amount as soon as possible. i am talking about this because in free trial, Netflix won't charge any cost until the trial expires. Also i cancelled the membership after being charged. So, please kindly proceed my request for refund.

Netflix billing

This company change your due date of billing everytime they wanted. If I paid with gift card instead that take the different is own no they decide change your due day without notification. It appears that customer doesn't have no said in the billing like Netflix paid the bill. Netflix have my credit card and they do not paid the bill and without notification they change your billing day. Not to mention that I requested to speak to supervisor and they hang up. I had call several time and did not solve the problem. I will not recommend Netflix to nobody at less you want this company give you grey hair. This is how Netflix operated. They are nightmare and the worst company.

Netflix money taken from my bank

On 6th September you have taken £7.99 from my bank for netflix when I was not subscribed. Please return this money back to me. Also I have now started a subscription tonight 1st November and netflix will not come on. I have done all the checks on Internet excetra and that is all OK. Also a dd has been supplied to my bank for the payment. I would like the service before you take any payment. P swindail.

Netflix sign up services

My bank got hacked. I received a new card. Because I have always prepaid I went 2 months before realizing I hadn't changed card due to family illness. I called lady hooked me into a trial and said I would be auto billed as usual. I received An email that said my services from the trial ended on 31 oct. I don't get paid till 1st. The gentleman I called to get it prorated and changed to 1st employed that he didn't know what was said in previous conversation when I asked why he lady didn't ask or put the payment back on the previous date. It took 1 1/2 hours to get that's done . He implied I was lying about what I had said happened. He explained to me I have to cut off my service on the 31 Halloween where I had planned guests and your service. And that I needed to resign up on the first. I asked for 24 hour pro rate. No can do. I asked to speak to a supervisor after a bit he went to get one. He came back said someone would try to go listen to the previous conversation with me and decide based on what had been said in the recording. Once again I explained I just told him what happened where he AGAIN tonally implied I couldn't be trusted I was lying . I asked him since the lady who originally go be back with your service had not had the automatic bill conversation with me, when whoever whenever heard that conversation when would they be getting back to me as I would NEVER had made a automatic bill payment on the last day of every month . No one would. He said they wouldn't . That someone. Would talk to someone. And if I had not had that conversation with the lady you as a company would handle it. Mean while you can't sign someone up properly. You cannot employ phone workers that will not call your clients implied liars. And I am having guessed that I invited under the pretense of a good evening on Halloween featuring anything we wanted in the genre of horror. Now you have incorrectly signed me up called me a lair stated you have NO transparency and I have to way to have my party.
This is the kind of ineptitude that is loosing your clients .
If you can please rectify this before I have no access to my services on Halloween. Also I have a child who watches Netflix to go to sleep at night . That you have interrupted and I have had to spend all this time speaking to your gentleman and writing this.

Netflix shows targeting children/teens with smoking

PLEASE stop the characters from smoking in shows that are targeted to children and teens. This makes me sick! I will not allow my children to watch shows where the characters are smoking or drinking excessively. I'm referring to shows such as "Stranger Things" and "Sabrina the Teenage Witch". Shame on you for promoting smoking to our young children and teens!

Netflix netflix is a con

Netflix are constantly stating new shows added, yet all they do is change the cover photo and re advertise the exact same thing.there are more foreign crap than English, the general population do not want all this crap on and it should be in a completely different section and not mixed up with the English stuff. They take things down, then re-add them later as new, when they are not new at all. I am not surprised Netflix has gone down hill.It has become a load of crap and a complete waste of money

Netflix sabrina show expresses blatant hate and prejudice against a religious group

I am offended by Sabrina. It is taken directly from the malleus malificorum, and includes cannibalism, the witches' mark, the Dark Lord, that witches serve Satan...and even name a club WICCA. Wicca is a recognized religion in the U.S. There are real witches who live in this country, and they suffer prejudice on a daily basis. This incites more misinformation. You should consider your content better.

Thank you for writing this, I wholeheartedly agree. I looked into submitting a complaint to Netflix, and while there was no exact spot to do so, I ended up talking to someone via the chat. (https://help.netflix.com/en, "Start Live Chat")

They, of course, weren't able to do anything, but since the chats are reviewed and read by others, it might be worth it if more people voiced their complaints.

Netflix money deducted

Hi,

I am karishma... Today 29-oct-2018 around 6.30 in my SC bank account money is deducted by Netflix. I didn't subscribe Netflix not done anything but money is deducted. Why? I have a message and transaction status also for this deduction. After some time it is reversed back money in my account by Netflix but how you can deduct money without user subscribtion and registration. It is not acceptable.

Netflix double charge for the hd plan of two screens

I would like to say that I pretty much annoyed and infuriated that I was charged double for this month on my current account. As I woke up, I found an alert from my bank showing that at 4 am and 5 am I had been charged the same charge twice. I would very much like to be refunded what is rightfully mine. I will provide a screen shot of the charge of which I am referring to.

Netflix sabrina

Most shows are racist or sexist, especially in modern America. I've been watching the Netflix "Original" of Sabrina. So far this show has been pathetically sexist against males and very racist against ONLY WHITES. I didn't realize that Netflix was a company willing to perpetuate such things. I looked into a few other Netflix "Originals" You all truly hate white males don't you? And no, I'm not saying to be racist against blacks what I'm saying is that if IF you NEED TO BE SO RACIST AND SEXIST SO BADLY, do it against all colors and genders, not just white males. I'm not going to pay to hear what a horrible, serial killing rapist monster that the media is trying to turn us in & you are helping. It's the same reason I stopped paying for cable and now it's why you no longer have an account from me or many of my friends.

Netflix background

It is completely inappropriate to have a "spooky" background. I have a kids only profile on here. In order to select the kids only account I am met with a dark "spooky" background in what appears to be a cemetary with bats. Thank you for spooking my young child, she freaked out the second it came up. If there is going to be a background, especially one that could scare a child, it should be an option. On this same topic, the screen saver for the regular account has some content that is quite creepy as well. Again this should be an option. I do not mind the advertisement screen saver, however if there is a kids only profile, the screen saver should not be something that could easily scare them. For that matter, not only children are spooked and have nightmares, anyone should be able to choose to have a kid friendly screen saver or background. Unless this is resolved, I may have to consider removing my Netflix account. Thanks for nothing, as I just spent an extensive amount of time consoling my child before bed. I'm sure we'll be up much of tonight as well.

The response that this person has is not appropriate and is obviously made by a person who does not understand, This has nothing to do with controlling what our kids watch? This is literally the loading Screen as you start up Netflix, I have talked to Netflix and they have informed me that this default setting cannot be changed. This setting should have the option to turn off. My son is autistic and this new loading screen has made it completely impossible to turn on Netflix at our house. For a network that created the Show "Atypical" you think they would understand these types of things.
