Netflix removal of incomplete content

The show bleach has only 3 seasons available on Netflix, it has been like that for years. Why is Bleach going to be removed from Netflix in November when only a fraction of the show has been on Netflix. I have waited so long for more of the show to be on Netflix, just to have it removed after all my waiting. I wish for more bleach episodes on Netflix

Netflix movie - the blacksmith and the devil

Our family was exposed to the film, The Blacksmith and the Devil, as we were looking through family viewing to find a movie to watch together. This should not be there. An unsupervised child could have turned the movie on and been exposed to a frightful experience.

If films like this are in family viewing again I will tell everyone I know not to watch Netflix again as it has no respect for family values or the impact on children and religious families.

There is so much racist, abusive content

They call it comedy .. it's not

It's shocking ..

They should now better ..

Just calling something "comedy" is no excuse ..

And the customer service person said .. I don't give a sh** .. just cancel if you don't like it..

My 17 year old daughter is crying.. and her friend is still shaken by what they thought was a new comedy to watch..

There was no warning..
and even the trailers are rude with swear words and worse

It actually said in one blow up the airport, then laughed ..

Truly sad

Netflix billing

I have been double-billed for over two years. Netflix was supposed to change my billing method. Opened a second account, and continued to bill me for both even though they knew they were doing it. Double-billed for two years and they offer me two months refund. $10.99 for over two years - Netflix owes me over $300.00. They are a huge company, I'm a disabled senior on a fixed income. Company policy. They should be ashamed, but greed knows no shame. I'm done. Cancelled my subscription. That money means food on my table and medication to keep my alive. It's just "company policy" to then.

Netflix free trial

Hello, I recently signed my mum up for a months free trial on Netflix .
She had expressed a liking for ‘The Crown'
Mum has been quite poorly recently and has been in an out of hospital .
Last week she had to stay with me and my partner whilst some work was done on her bathroom.
As it stood mum had a free trial on her device at home and any other device up to 4 .
So long as the device hadn't been registered on a free trial . The Trial was 7 days old at this stage .
When she was staying with us we logged into my smart tv on mums account and continued to watch ‘The Crown ‘ and a few other series, when suddenly it came up that there was a problem with the account and to continue watching, she would have to pay as it appeared that the device we were using had had a free trial already . That's true as I had myself had one, but my mum with her card and address had not .
I contacted Netflix to inform then of this and they basically said that there was nothing they could do .
So mum didn't get her free trial as promised because we had inadvertently used a device which had .
So beware of this trial because the device you may use may have been used before .

Netflix another free trial offer

On the 26th September I got an email from you offering me, in a big red box, 'another free trial'. On looking at my paypal account today I noticed that £7.99 had been taken by Netflix. When querying this with customer services they stated that I was not eligible for this offer. I asked then why was I sent it. After quite a while on the phone and upon forwarding the email to them they agreed that I should not have been sent it and that it was an error by the marketing department and they wondered how many more people had been sent this by error. They, however, refused to refund my money even though they admitted that it was a Netflix error. It is only a small amount which in itself does not bother me but if this is multiplied by the hundreds, perhaps thousands of people world wide who fell into the same trap then it is little wonder why Netflix make so much money. I feel that it is bordering on fraud or at the very least dubious practise. I am very IT literate and cannot recall any warning during the sign up process that I was not eligible, if there was it certainly was not as obvious as the red box with white writing offering me another free trial. I will stick with Now TV for my films and will never trust Netflix again!

Netflix netflix supervisor & co workers

tried to update my credit card but it wouldn't let me so I cant use my card for 24hrs. wanted to cancel DVD to address but operator cancelled my acct also wanted to talk with supervisor but he acted like he couldn't hear me on the phone when the other person could! if that's how u train yr people to take care of yr customers then I'll go to hulu instead! Netflix sucks 2 thumbs down!😡🤬

Netflix gavin and stacey boxset

I was recently watching a box set on my Netflix called "Gavin and Stacey" there is 3 seasons to the complete series and was made between [protected]. I really got into and enjoyed the first 2 seasons but to my horror the 3rd season isn't available to watch? Instead you have put a BBC Christmas special under the title season 3 instead of the actual 3rd season, so I never know now how it ends. I am gutted about this and feel let down by Netflix as a paying customer for this service.

Netflix customer service

I contacted customer care on October 4, 2018 at 9:00pm about an issue I was have with my service...you can go to the tape to hear the conversation...the long and short is why would it be at all acceptable for someone at your company to call me "Hun"? Are we familiar? Are we kin, friends, acquaintances? No, we are not. Netflix and I have a professionally al agreement which provides for us to behave toward each other in a professional manner. Netflix hires representatives to do such a thing. When one such representatives crosses the line to unprofessional behavior, well frankly I am apauled. I will not waste any more of my time in explaining what happened next...I'll say that the "representative" of your company then called me by eplitives that I am unaware of. Again, listen to the recording. I finally spoke with Mike the supervisor. He helped me through the problem I was having with my service. The bottom line...this is disgusting behavior! There are 10s of thousands of people out of work. If this extremely rude, obnoxious, unprofessional woman is who Netflix chooses to have represent them I'll have to seek services elsewhere.

Netflix unauthorized pre-approved payment take from paypal.

Most disappointed to find Netflix set up a pre-approved payment from my paypal account on the back of one time payment to watch one movie. I have bee charged
£8.33+166 Tax Total £9.99 ? no idea what for as I have no message from Netflix..

Needless to say I have stopped any further payments from my account and hope for a refund from Netflix of the above

Netflix netflix subscription ip lookup error/cancel account

I talked to a Netflix representative today 9/30/2018 and confirmed that Netflix uses an inaccurate ip location lookup service to validate customer accounts.

I live in upstate NY and due to Netflix ip INCOMPETANCE, my account that I have been using for the last two years is now flagged as being registered in Africa. I have never traveled to or been anywhere near Africa. I have the same internet service provider for the last four years.

The customer representative apologized for the faulty Netflix administration of their customer accounts and cancelled my account for me. Apparently, Netflix flags USA accounts as being foreign based because of the crappy Netflix IP address lookup service and process.

As a suggestion for improvement, Netflix should use a simple IP address lookup service, like https://ipgeolocation.io/ip-location to validate their customer's location.

Netflix is pathetically sad and incompetent in using even a simple IP address lookup service to administer and validate their customer's accounts!

Netflix removal of the dick van [censored] show

I am very sad and disappointed in netflix. Please please please bring back the dick van [censored] show. I don't watch regular tv much if at all. I love the funny feel good shows of the 50' and 60's. No bad language, no sex, etc... Just clean funny shows. I grew up watching shows like the dick van [censored] show and this is just one of the reasons I watched.. To take me back to my childhood and the easier life.

Netflix inappropriate shows

I have been so excited that Netflix has been adding more new shows and movies. I just watched the movie "Set It Up" and am absolutely appalled. The language throughout that movie is horrific. I am extremely disappointed in the direction Netflix's new material is going. I originally had my Netflix account set to the standard settings, but had such a hard time finding shows that weren't TV-MA rated I changed my account settings to exclude TV-MA. Making that change dramatically improved my Netflix experience; however, I can see that this is happening again. The new shows might not quite qualify to be TV-MA, but they are certainly worse than any other TV-14 rated show I've seen. I have never had a problem with TV-14 until now, Netflix took it to a more perverted level. The movie "Set It Up" is laced with several very profane words; I can't believe it wasn't given a more mature rating. If it was rated by MPAA standards it would have absolutely been rated R. I certainly wouldn't allow or feel comfortable with any 15-year-old watching a movie with that kind of language, not to mention I don't feel comfortable watching that myself. I strongly urge Netflix to provide more appropriate shows otherwise I will discourage everyone I know from joining or maintaining their Netflix subscription - not to mention the many, many other people I know that will independently cancel their Netflix subscription because of the lower standards Netflix has adopted.

Netflix has a series called Absurd Animals, - it is for kids, but it is so highly inappropriate. It has many beautiful features, but the narrator crosses many lines. Kids may not pick up on it but it crosses and dances that fine line. I can't believe the garbage Netflix has been putting out lately. Rated PG but the narrator should be rated R.

Netflix home page changes

The major complaint is there is no way to provide Netflix with feedback, something we all need.
Removing the "recently added" category is problematic. Wading through algorithmic presentations, usually wrong by the way, is frustrating, plain and simple. The "recently added" was very efficient.
Similarly, no longer stating the audio language hinders my searches. Some days I do not want to read subtitles. Some days it is fine. It is that simple.
Additionally, eliminating reviews and the option to write them is disappointing.
I realize that my using Youtube when frustrated is no skin off your nose, if you had one, given I pay for the privilege of being more and more frustrated by the formatting. Bear that in mind, though. More and more frustrated often leads to leaving altogether.

Netflix re:reply to questions - naresh

I am naresh and the billing of my netflix has been charged from my bank without my approval. Billing of the month sept 2018 has come 1000 rs one on 12 sept 2018
And one on 14. Sept 2018. I have not given any approval for installing netflix on paid basis. I just wated a trial. It is just a fraud by netflix.

Moreso despite double billing it is not working pl reply or I will move to courtb against fraud.

Netflix netflix childrens movies

We have noticed more than a few favourite childrens movies have been taken off netflix. Alot of episode silly shows have come on that arent good or nice for my kids. My kids love watching these moviesbut after having a break they are not on here. Such as zootopia, tangled, moana, monsters university, pocahontas, pete's dragon, and thats just to name a few. We have spoken to friends and they find this same problem. We are not happy that we are paying for crap!

Netflix auto play netflix original previews

This site feels more like a platform to just piss in the wind. But I am going absolutely insane with the insescent netflix original previews in the middle of me watching a show. Your movies are terrible. If I have already opted out of watching the preview once, why would I want to watch it again? I've seen the "sarah burgess is a loser" preview probably ten times already and no part of me wants to watch it. Also - i'm already watching your service! Why do you need to advertise to me the entire time i'm using it?! Please stop the auto play previews. Give us a choice.

I am very annoyed about this that Netflix has Naruto and the films but no Naruto Shippuden how could you Netflix you are the worst ever why don't you have Naruto Shippuden JUST ADD THE SHOW FOR PETE'S SAKE. So if you don't add this one show its guaranteed that Hulu is better than you. If you don't want that then add Naruto Shipudden and the last two films for Naruto

Netflix autopreview... why why why

Netflix, you are absolutely killing my desire to consume any media whatsoever. I just finished the martian chronicles, and you want to know the best part about that book besides the second to last chapter? It didn't scream the content at me within the first two seconds I picked it up. I could open the book at my leisure, close it at my leisure, and I didn't have to cover my eyes or ears from the sheer quantity of sensory stimulation.

Big data has a real problem, and that problem is that it captures only an end decision and not the thinking time of the person whose data you're using when suggesting, begging, pleading for their attention. You lose the motivation for the choice that the consumer makes. We're clicking on your shows to shut up your autopreview. Please make it stop.

Netflix manic show captions

I just wanted to let you know who ever did the captions for the show, specifically up to episode two I am on, really messed up. They just kinda put what ever they wanted. For example when she snorted a pill it said " [crushes as if it were cocaine]" and when she was eating an Asian noodle soup the captions said " [slerps spaghetti]". So for real who ever did these captions isn't very educated and they need to be redone now sadly because it honestly makes you guys look bad being q Netflic Original. Just thought you should know.
