consistently damaged discs!

I have been a Netflix customer for about 2 years and have finally canceled my membership after receiving 3 damaged discs in a row and one of them was a replacement disc for one I had returned for damage! I would say that about 70% of the time, any disc we get is not watchable! After repeated calls concerning damaged I have given up! It's aggravating to be in the middle of a movie and have it be so pixilated that you can't finish watching it! I have wasted too many evenings with this issue and Netflix does not care! Don't waste your money or your time with Netflix!

i am sorry to learn that such bad service did happen from a company like netflix.

if they do not change its attittude.
soon there will flourish a black market of dvds for sale as little as 75 cents
per disc to satisfy the demand
naturally the goverment will have to take responsibility for not watching out for the customer rights!

For this complaint, I suggest all users who have the same complaint contact the U. S. Postal Service. They run the movies through their machines, which have tight turns in some areas. This bends, and occasionally breaks the DVDs. So in this one instance, this is the fault of the Post Office, not Netflix.
