Netflix netflix

I have had this service for several years. The quality of the movies are horrible, and many of the different types of genres only offer duplicates of the same thing. Many of us are considering deleting and cancelling our service because of the fact that a number of months go by before you offer new movies which are also horrible, or update seasons. When there is a series we enjoy, you remove it from our selection and we have to resort to either going to the library and continuing to watch it or watching Hulu. Quite often I spent two to three hours trying to find a movie to watch, and end up rewatching old series as a result. You basically are not concerned about the quality of the product as long as you can rip us off and waste our nights thinking that somehow we may have missed a good movie because we didn't look hard enough. You lack the decency and imagination to keep us entertained, while you think that we will just idly sit by and tolerate this lack of concern for quality programming . The majority of the good movies are in a foreign language that one must either become distracted by reading the captioning or take a crash course in the language. On top of it, you add insult to injury by thinking that your company is entitled to an increase in rates as if you have given us something phenomenal? Believe me when I say, your customer loyalty will decline and your stock will bottom out if you don't resolve this and treat us with decency as a paying customer.

Netflix quality of movies and consumer satisfaction

Greetings .
I'm a Netflix registered user with over 3 accounts, and I don't mind paying as long as I get good movies including older ones . Yet, I am not satisfied with the movies that are already on Netflix . Every time I try to search for a movie that isn't found on Netflix, I send feedback with the names of the movies that I need to see, but not one of them since 3 months I have seen .
So without making this longer, I would say please include more nicer and better movies than the ones that are being brought . No need to subscribe and be a user here if I only browse movies that I don't want to watch . Please seek our satisfaction or I will have to cancle my 4 accounts on here .

In light of Netflix' resent announcement of intent to raise their monthly rates and the fact that I can't determine which is worse, Netflix or CumCast with their exorbitant fees and increasingly poor service, I'll happily be dropping my Netflix subscription and most of CumCast. In fact, I doubt they could pay 'me' enough to trouble myself with watching this garbage tripe.

Cumcast, with their constant (in all to high a percentage of literally years of the same old 2nd and 3rd class 'B' movies in most cases). And Netflix with their amazingly huge mountain of crap programming ever so slightly peppered with not quite enough quality movies and/or outdated documentaries to maintain interest over cost.

Between that and Netflix' attempt at pushing their thinly veiled and utterly sickening ultra liberal agenda coupled with so damned many foreign crap movies that no one in the western world is interested in and can't be watched for having to read their subtitles...

Are you BLITHERING IMBECILES actually trying to put yourselves out of business?

I already pay thru the nose for internet service. I think it's about time I drop the bunch of you jerks and start streaming or even pirating what programming that might be out there worth the watch. You jerk-offs certainly aren't providing any.

Netflix dvd availability

We are on the $11.00 month (2 disc) plan with 22 discs in our queue. Some new and some older. Every single one is on a short wait. The solution from your manager aaron (agent 42) was to just add more movies. Why should I have to add movies I don't want to watch just to get something shipped. That's bs. I was told that a short wait could be as long as a week or 2. Totally unacceptable. When asked for a refund of this month charge so I could close my account, I was told no. So basically you are getting paid for a service I am not getting... Stealing money from me. This seems to be a consistent complaint from many subscribers.

Netflix sex education

What are you doing? Who approved this stupid-insulting program? I have children and family that watch netflix all the time and I cant believe that you're airing pornographic/underage garbage like this. Showing pictures of kids putting on a condom on a plastic cock and then running this show for all to see your ugly, sick mind? You should all be ashamed of yourselves. Do you have any children? Are you that arrogant to believe this is what we want? Im pushing this complaint up to the fcc and putting it on twitter to boycott you. Get this off the air before you ruin your base.

Netflix billing

I'm a very busy person so I don't check my bank account very often...lesson learned! So to my surprise when I opened my account this month I realized my bank account was charged $13.99 and as I looked closer I found that netflix had charged me for 4 month for netflix when I never signed up for it and I didn't do the free trial either. About 6 months before this all started I had an account through Netflix using a different credit card to a different account and I cancelled Netflix because I was never watching it. So you can see my surprise when my other account started getting charged. My husband called them and they said they would reimburse us for this months but they would have to look in to the other months to make sure we didn't use Netflix. We haven't heard anything back from them since. I have no idea how they got my other account number to be able to charge it!? It upsets me that they are scamming me and I'm also upset that I most like won't get my money back for 3 months and I never even watched 1 movie. Horrible way to do business!

Netflix sex education

I have been a subscriber for many years, but have never been so offended by - not just the image featured to lure me into watching this trash- when I accidentally selected "play", the opening scene was these two teenagers having sex- nothing discreet or simply implied or suggestive- just plain pornography! I am so thankful no one was home at the time. I immediately called to cancel my membership. The service rep did her best to advise me how to opt out by going to parental settings. Are you kidding? People who want that stuff should have to opt in-- and maybe pay an extra fee- not the other way around. I'm sorry for our culture that thinks this is what passes for "normal" entertainment. Shame on Netflix for financing this disgusting program. And it's a series! And it's called "education!" Trust: gone. Integrity: gone. Respect: gone.

I agree with you! Netflix should be ashamed of themselves showing this trashy, pornographic garbage. I couldn’t believe the picture on my screen of a couple of kids putting a condom on a plastic penis and then showing children having sex. Are they that stupid? And who on their board authorized this vulgar crap to air? Idiots! Ohh I see, it’s cool to exploit kids to make money. To use young girls as sex objects for hornball sick boys to abuse. This stuff is insulting and I’m going to complain to the FCC.

Netflix trailers & customer service

My 14 year old sons profile is set to view children & teen programmes & I have a pin set up to restrict him watching any content that is 15 or over but yet he goes to his profile it is blaring a trailer for the program ‘Sex Education' which is full of the most disgusting language, which is totally inappropriate. I called customer service to voice my concerns & was told that it was tough & my only option is to put his account onto a children's account which he is able to turn off himself. It's absolutely ridiculous & when I asked for a way to complain I was told that I could only complain to him & that it was tougher didn't warrant my complaint as important & then the phone slammed down on me.
I have been a Netflix customer for more than 7 years & im disgusted at their lack of protection & options for early teens & their customer service is awful.

Netflix dr who

For some reason, Netflix has decided to leave out the series final for Season 10 of Doctor Who after adding the season to its platform. I cannot for the life of me work out why they would do this as it was part of the season with no delays and a direct continuation from the last episode the week earlier. Instead it leave the season on a cliffhanger on "World Enough and Time" which for some reason also reads the wrong time as well, saying it's 60 minutes when its actually only 45 minutes long.

Netflix everything

I can't for the love of God understand why the programming is different depending on where the customer lives, netflix in the states is way better than netflix in latin america. Why the discrimination, I have as much right to the same shows aa the customer living in the states. Latin America's programming is way more limited.
There has to be a way to be able to watch the same shows otherwise its discrimination I pay for the service as much as a person in the states I should have the right to watch all the shows!

Netflix poor choices

I have had Netflix for a number of years. Why? Because there are a few shows I like. I see you canceled Murder in Paradise. I don't care if it is not getting the viewing numbers you have set. You bring in thousands of shows in a year.Thousands these movies are filthy, full of sex and extreme violence. Now you have raised the price. You are overrating your company. Netflix USA is carrying Murder in Paradise. I know you have a response to that too. I don't care. Every month I wait to see if something decent comes on. Every month I worry you are going to remove what I do like. I am not canceling yet, but I am so unhappy. I will be if you don't change. You are not worth it.

Netflix bird box

I have a couple of questions about bird box. One is do you know if they are making a second one? If so i'd like to be updated about it. I just don't understand how they can end a movie like that. Do they ever solve the problem or not? Why couldn't jesus fix the problem? Do they just go on the rest of their lives not ever being able to go outside or do anything normal? Please convince the creator to create a second one or tell us what happens after.

Netflix travelers

With a lot of shows and movies, the language is getting worse and out of control. Especially with this show using God's name in vain with swear-words. Even the usage of Jesus Christ's name in an unworthy matter is getting tiresome and insulting [Exod. 22:28, Deut. 20:7]. Such shows are insulting millions of viewership of Christians. Good writing is the lack of such words so the show is lacking Good writing and acting. Apparently the writers (and actors) don't care of what they say or have any kind of dignity or honor in their performance or the writers in their writings. It shows their un-professionalism. I'm sure they don't care and this will be ignored so I hope the show becomes accursed if they continue doing it...

Netflix product availability

Netflix charges $11 per month of which I use it maybe quarterly. I do it in case I want to have my young grandchildren over and they are ready for a nap. Netflix childrens section helps them fall asleep. Otherwise, I only have it to watch movies. 90+% of the time the movie I want isn't available or you have to rent or buy it. I'm talking about 10 year old movies and older. I"m not trying to watch what was released 6 months ago and yet they charge you a rental fee. Netflix is a conglomerate taking advantage of the everyday American. As soon as I can I am discontinuing my subscription.

Netflix global accessibility of content.

I am paying the same amount as others but because of my location, I cannot watch the same movies they do. I find that to be a disgusting practice and Netflix should be ashamed of themselves. I should not have to pay thrice as much (relatively speaking) to get a selection of Movies.
My solution to this problem would be to push for global licensing of content, which in my view is how the Internet should be operated. A free society, where you actually pay to get content and don't have to stream it from some sketchy site because you cannot acquire access to it just for your place of residence.
Kindly, Go [censored] yourselves.
Simon.
