Netflights.com Booking long-haul flights

I tried to buy a ticket to South-America today, 13th November, but after providing all my card details and was about to make the payment I discovered they were charging me more than double the price I was originally going to pay. They was no warning and there was no link to cancel the whole payment. Hiding information from customer is illegal. I can't believe this is the same company I used to employ in the past here in the UK. Shame! shame! Disgusting!

Claimed loss: I wasted a great deal of my time,not to mention I needed to book this flight asap to visit an ill relative back home. I feel very unhappy that I have provided my personal details to this company and the staff working there.

Desired outcome: Clear and concise information to the customers. If we can't trust this company they will certainly lose more customers as poor rating will certainly impact this company negatively.

Netflights.com refund

I booked flights to Thailand in March 2020, which were cancelled due to covid
I am still awaiting the refund which is nearly £1000.
They do not respond to emails and it is impossible to contact them by telephone

Netflights.com Lack of response to voucher request for cancelled flight

Hello

I booked a flight through your Company to Dubai in January this year. However, due to Covid 19 my flight was cancelled. (Flight on 27th March, returning on 31st March. Heathrow to Dubai. British Airways). I contacted you in May, advising that when I had managed to make alternative arrangements I would notify you. You acknowledged receipt and said to let you know when I had made revised plans. I subsequently notified you of my intention to travel in March 2021, and gave details of the flight I would like from Heathrow on 17th March 2021 to Dubai, returning on 23rd March 2021. Could you please advise me the latest situation regarding my request submitted to you by email on about 21st or 22nd September. I look forward to hearing from you.

Netflights.com Payment not received

I purchased a flight ticket from Netflights last year (2019) March. Due to some technical issues the airlines I was supposed to travel with cancel the service. Netflights promise me to refund the ticket price. I have waited for almost 18 months and sent several remainders, but they never responded to a single email nor to my call. I called customer care several times after waited for 10 mins on call never get a chance to speak with the Agent. I will never ever buy a ticket from Netflights.

Netflights.com Worst customer service... Never again.

I have spent the last 3 days trying to add my infant son to my ticket. The first day i had no call back. I called on the second day to be told my request was in their "inbox" and had not been assigned to anyone. At the very end of day 2 I get a call back saying they have been trying all day to contact the airline with no luck and that again my request would be put back in inbox for someone the next day. Day 3 I call first thing in morning, to be put on hold at 10p a minute for 45min. I was spoken to once in 45min. I asked if I could get a call back when they found more information and was told it was a call IN center and they could not call out. Obviously that's a lie because I received a call back the previous day. After 45 min no one was even coming back online so I ended up having to call the airline directly to get an answer. Strange enough I got through in first couple of minutes! After spending 700 pounds you would think I could get a call back, an answer and not be put on hold while they make more money. I will never again use this service. Because of the days I spent trying to get help it's now too late for me to change my ticket without showing up at airport and hoping for the best.

Netflights.com Irresponsible Service

I booked a ticket with Netflights on 20th of Feb. After all the bank details submission, I was led to a page which said if they don't give me confirmation email within 72 hours then call them or email them with the quote number they gave. I DID NOT GET CONFIRMATION. So, I called them, met voicemail box, I left a voice mail with my phone number hoping that they would call back . I sent them an email as well asking where is my confirmation. Yet, both no reply.
I waited for another 48 hours, then I called back, a man picked up after long hours of calling then suddenly he hanged up the call. I emailed with the complaints. Only then they replied asking me about my quote number.
the only answer they gave me back was the booking I made was a failed booking and asked me to rebook if I want the ticket.
Yes, the ticket price has increased for about 50 pounds with transit time from 3 hours to 8 hours.
This is just how responsible they are. They don't even apologize me properly. Such an irresponsible and rude service. NOT RECOMMENDED !

I booked a flight for my sister from London to Nigeria. I don't know what happened during the process, I ended up paying for a flight going from London to New York. I called these idiots immediately after I paid . I was told that their customer service was closed for the day and that I should call at 0900 the next morning. The next morning, I called and only the taxes were refunded. I lost three hundred and eighty eight pound sterling for nothing. This is the worst online travel agent I've ever dealt with in my entire life. The manager was rude as hell. PLEEEEEEEASE, LOG OFF the entire computer if you find yourself on NETFLIGHTS.COM site. If there is anything worse than a star, I would have given them.

Netflights have been terrible. I booked a car in Dusseldorf and was told I could pick it up at the Holiday Autos desk in the arrivals hall. After searching for nearly two hours, having asked all the other rental companies to check whether I was in their systems. I had to hire another car at a much higher rate. Because of all of this I was also late for a friend’s wedding!

Having asked for a refund a number of times they now no longer respond to my emails. I'm still trying to get it back through my bank. I am REALLY disappointed in their service.

If your thinking of using them… DON’T!

Net flights had a really poor customer service (amendment team) .I had just rang them n the lady was really impatient n rude while in the process of asking my details . I was just trying to amend my ticket for date of departure but she sounded she is the boss n I was like begging her to change. It really annoy me! Is it not her job to do this?

This is actually the second time I rang them n the previous operator promised to call me back in regards to the changes of the ticket but he did't! I had been awaiting for more than 3 days. That's why I rang them back today.

I will never use them again! disappoint with such Gold medal staff co.!

I have used them twice, the first time i thought, my flight being cancelled is not their fault. The second time, the booking was processed wrong displaying the correct dates but showing me the wrong dates on my e-ticket. I will not be using them again as I have had to wait so far more than 45 minutes on hold, I am livid! They are saying in a previous call it will cost me £340 to reorganise and that my refund if I want one will only be £68 on a £349 flight. I hate them and will be contacting the ombudsman!

Awfull! After checkout they declined to make a resevation, but HELD whole amount on my card. Calls and e-mails don''t help. Two weeks passed and still no sign of progress. Avoid this company.

Stay away from this company. Their prices may look low but you can get them on other sites as well with much better after sales service. So far I have been promised three calls back on a problem that I have because they sent me the wrong ticket (wrong date). So far, you've guessed it, no return call and each time tell me that they will phone back. I think that they have found out that they are wrong and hope I will go away quietly. No such luck! Just don't use them. You'll be sorry if you did.

Having booked a ticket ten days in advance of departure, the e-ticket has still not arrived with four days to go. I have emailed twice and phoned twice - only to be told the same thing that the dispatch department has to deal with it. Finally the operator agreed to ring me back in two hours to let me know if it has been dealt with. Each time I've phoned I've had to hold about 5 mins before getting a reply. I will not be using this company again.

After writing a letter to netflights explaining what had happened to me and after they had checked their webpage they have informed me that they will give me a full refund. They were prompt and polite. I am very pleased with this.

I am having a problem with them too. I am in the process of getting the money back. Their website told me to phone one of their advisors to complete the transaction but they charged me anyway. I thought the transaction had failed to go through so I booked another flight with a different airline. Now I have two flights on the same day. I'm going through the ABTA.
