Netcare, Kuilsriver, Cape Town review: poor services - head human resources and general manager of hospital

With reference to an email dated 31 August 2018 to Ms Chamberlain and several other emails from Old Mutual, Ms Zeeman, forwarded to Ms Cleo Clark regarding the permanent disability claim. Further, to my visit at Netcare Hospital, Kuilsriver on 6 September 2018 requesting the completion of the forms and collection on 10 September 2018 we have experience enormes problems which harm the claimant.
For the past week I have experienced such rude treatment from Cleo Clarke and Nohan Daniels that I refuse to tolerate it any longer. Each time I try to assist Ms Chamberlain with her permanent disability claim forms from Old Mutual, she acts as though I were an annoyance. In one instance, she said she has "no patience in dealing with such petty transactions and will not complete the forms requested by Old Mutual Claims Department." I personally feel they have no place interacting with the public when they lacks the most basic sense of propriety and kindness. Whatever action you decide to take, we are certainly willing to act as witnesses and provide all the prove. I doubt that they is typical of Netcare employees; however, I think that someone should talk to them soon before your business suffers. All of us need to learn something new occasionally. I guess it is their turn.
