Net SPan us postal exam / charged my credit card after i asked to have it post dated 4 days later.then would not cancel the charges

I spoke with a lady and told her to wait 4 days before processing the transaction.I then decided to cancel and they had no record or file of my account of anything. They were very rude we spoke with 3 different people and then tried to speak with a manager and they get all defensive and dont return your phone calls and will not refund the money.my package had not been sent according to the one guy and then the lady i spoke with before him said it had been sent i cant do anything.

    Customer did not order from our company. It was a competitor.
