Net Detective Plus / ripped me off of nearly $60.00

I called Net Detective Plus to cancel my service on December 18, 3008. They offered me 3 months free, so I took it. I marked on my calendar to cancel on March 16, 2009, which I did. They didn't send me a confirmation email, but I was unable to log in to my account, so I assumed my cancellation was complete. I saw on my credit card a charge that I did not authorize, and I learned it was Net Detective Plus. When I contacted them about the charge, they informed me I was charged for April as well, and that I didn't cancel until I complained about the May charge. When I asked for a refund, they said they did not give refunds. Apparently even if it was their mistake!
