You can tell this is a scam just by reading it. The word know is used incorrect in a sentence. It should be no. In another sentence the word withing is incorrect. It should be within.

We want to inform you that it is against the British Gaming Board to deduct from winners sum, your winnings has been placed under an Insurance Policy by your name and know one can touched from it.your winnings must get to you in full and untouched because over the years taking from winners sum, to processed their Bank Activation charges has been causing a lot of controversies and a lot of complains from winners that the amount they won is not what they were given which led to the law placed by the British Gaming Board that all winners must processed their winning sum themselves in other not to have further complains because of this situation, a law was enacted by the British Gaming Board that all winners will be responsible for their processing fee of their won sum.
This is in accordance with the section 13 (1) (n) of the National Gambling Act as adopted 1993 and amended on 3rd July 1996 by the constitutional assembly. this is to protect winners and avoid misappropriation of funds.
There is no way we can subtract the Bank Activation charges from your winning amount because your check is sealed with an Insurance Policy bearing your Name on it.
