Bought the Barista machine, couldn't get past the rinsing process, call customer service and verified with the person that the product is faulty and she promises that a technician will contact us and come to our premise to fix it in 3-4 days. After 1 week, no calls from anyone, called again for 2nd time, and they say they will send someone over asap, after 10 days still no calls for follow-up. Call again today for 3 rd time, they promise us the same thing, can't do anything about it... super pissed !
