Is charging $200 for repairs that should have been under Kia warranty. This is for work my private mechanic had quoted $120 for. Replacing a tie rod on a 2012 Kia with 24K miles. Either pay them to fix it for $200 or pay them $120 diagnostic fee for "diagnosing" a problem I already told them about. What a rip off. The manager does not even reply to email. Don't bother going there.
