On the 3rd of October 2014 my purse with cellphone and bank cards was stolen inside Woolworths at Nelspruit Crossings centre. My 5 month old baby was with me when it happened. The reaction from the Woolworths staff, especially the manager Hennie Spies, left me very upset. They didn't take responsibility or show any empathy, like this was an every day ooccurrence and it was somehow my fault. I would like to know what steps they are going to implement to keep this from happening to other customers. At the moment I have no confidence in the staff of this Woolworths branch.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
