I too got BURNED by Nelson Diaz. We are very sad to have lost everything.

I wish I would have did my research on Nelson Diaz First before using his services. We have lost everything and we are going day by day wondering what we are going to do. We are broke and are very depressed.

In time, you will learn to spend your days in more productive ways. And, no, your U-tube profile lists you as 17, joining in 06, add 4 and I came to 21. Yeah genius, that's kinda the way these things work. You have a complaint (and by the look at all 58 of your comments, you have alot of complaints) and I have a praise. Congratulations for cracking the code on this website. It's obvious that you make poor decisions because SCAMMER seems to be a common term that you tend to use. There is one constant in all of your complaints...you! You obviously spend a lot of time on complaint sites and that's another issue in and of itself. Generally angry people love these types of sites. Obviously, since you commented on my response within minutes of my post.

Neslon Diaz did right by our family and the other families that referred us. Upon a google check to find his address for our Christmas Card, we found your complaint. I had to step up and take time (one time as you put it) in support of him. These are tough times and angry people like yourself tend to bring on difficulty. Stop blaming others for your poor decisions.

I totally disagree, Nelson Diaz stuck by my wife and I through the agonizing process of selling our home that we lost money on. In the end, it was our fault for the loss, not Nelsons'. He as extremely up front and honest about the process. He eventually got us into the home we are in now and we could not be happier. Nelson Diaz is professional and is a man of integrity.

Anyone who holds a Realtor responsible for the loss in their investment is just looking for someone to blame. Look in the mirror.
