Neil Flit was suspended from the practice of law by the State of TN! I am writing this Neil Flit review because I received awful service. I was shocked to read that he was suspended from the practice of law by the state of Tennessee. i would have never hired him if I knew that. check it out yourself at http://avvo.com. secondly, this guy is not too sharp- I later discovered that a number of things he told me were wrong. I also found him and his staff unprofessional and unresponsive on my case. I took my business elsewhere thankfully, and the lawyer I hired got me a lot more money than flit said my case was worth. He also told me that Flit isn't very well thought of among other lawyers. Stay away- this guy is bad news.
WOW, he is horrible from settling cases and the money disappearing to telling blatant lies, trying to get your insurance to cover the bills behind your back, to not paying the Doctors and things popping up on your credit. The Doctors offices that still provide for him will let you know "you might want to go with another Attorney, the sad part is they know they are not going to get paid either. He keeps his office doors locked where you cant just show up and ask questions you will have to be turned around at the door once they look at the camera. BAD business go to the Georgia state Bar if you are a current client and report, report, report. You will be told we settled for 50 thousand and your bills are 14 thousand and he will take the rest. The sad part is the settlement might have been as much as 75 thousand or better and your money went to him, your credit will be ruined in return because he did not pay the providers...….
I totally agree with how awful Mr Neil Flit is . My Husband & I used him in a child custody case in Tn . He drug out the case for 3 years & NEVER returned calls. He up & moved to Ga & I had to get a new lawyer & only was able to recieve my paperwork from Mr Flit after Him telling Me I had to pay him $450 to release my paperwork . which was bull crap . He did not even have all the paperwork I originally gave him & I had to meet him at a grocery store in Nashville to get what paperwork he did have. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL LAW PRACTICE
I absolutely AGREE. I tried to deal with his office and had a case going, but had to go somewhere else. They would not return calls or emails. Their people were rude. There was no compassion. Mostly, I don't need to have someone representing me that his license was suspended. Don't waste your time here. Scam.
