Neckline Slimmer Excessive unauthorized charges

If you are interested in this item, I suggest you order from Ebay, Amazon, or some other company besides the informercial's website. The company website necklinetrimmer.com tag on additional charges that you won't be aware of until the order is complete! I thought I was only purchasing the neckline slimmer 19.95 + 7.95 shipping, whereas at the end of my order the total price was close to $72.00 (ridiculous) They added the cream which was an extra $7.95 shipping, a foolish carrying bag for $19.99 and a extra $7.95 shipping for that. Not to mention I tried calling their [protected] customer service number to have the additional items removed and it sent me in circles. No one ever picked up only an answering machine that gave me the same message no matter which option I ch0se. This company and service seems suspect and fradulent! They clearly RIPPED ME OFF

Neckline Slimmer sprained neck

I purchased a neckline slimmer product at Bed Bath and Beyond and the product must have strained the muscles in my neck, as I developed horrible neck stiffness and pain, with awful headaches daily from the neck pain. I was unable to sleep because of the severe neck pain and headaches. The company was rude and rufused to do anything but tell me that no one has ever complained except me. I doubt that that is true, but it does matter as I have been in pain for over a month. They refused to give me permission to seek medical advice, and finally sent me a certified letter which cost them over $5.00 informing me that they are not liable and they have done their research on my complaint and in other words, they think they are off the hook When I fist called them, they said they have no liability that Bed bath and Beyond is liable and that is the way their contract with them reads. Bed Bath and Beyond, told me just the opposite. I have been bounced around for over a month and each one is putting the blame on the other, so here I am with a sore neck and no one has done a thing.

For a $44 order, shipping charges should not be $27! This information was not disclosed until it was too late. Also the website does not give the opportunity to email any complaints. You have to call customer service between 9-5 Monday through Friday. I wouldn't have made the purchase if I had known the shipping charges. I feel like I have been ripped off!

I have tried to put my order in, but it will not accept it. No customer service to speak of, I hope I don't have a dozen orders appear on my bank account. Crappy site.

After using this product 3 times (within 4 days) I have a horrible crick in my neck/shoulder area. I can't turn my head in either direction, up or down without pain. I also have been having headaches. I don't know if this product is worth the pain...I don't even know if it works.

I went on the website and it stated the price of the object was 19.95 plus 7.95 for shipping. When I ordered and, not until the order was final, did they add a postage of $15.95. No where in their ad was that mentioned.

I purchased the neckline slimmer and started having neck problems immediately. I have just finished having xrays and and MRI done and have damage which may require surgery.

I purchased the neckline slimmer and immediately notice neck and shoulder pain. I used it a couple of times and was in a lot of pain and took the item back. Now I've got some real neck problems (discovered through x-rays and an MRI). I think this product is the reason my neck is in the shape it is in now. I will probably have to have some type of surgery to fix my neck after using this product.

I too, as the previous customer, tried to place an order online and could not complete the order. I hope I don't have any charges on my credit card as I could not complete the order. I also tried the 800 number and no live customer service to talk to. Later, I could not even connect to the site either. Terrible customer service.

Neckline Slimmer Mail fraud

BEWARE ordering online. This company is perpetrating a fraud along the lines of Enzyte seller Steve Warshak and Berkely Premium Nutraceuticals. Warshak got 25 years in the federal pen, and many of his employees were also put away for multiple years.

The Neckline folks are billing online customers -- and perhaps phone-paying customers, too -- an extra $8 for fake neck cream. By the time customers realize they are facing the extra charge, it's too late. Repeated calls to customer service, even a day after the initial transaction, are met with an agent who claims to be unable to access to the order despite confirmation and "order complete" receipts with an order number. They blame it on a badly engineered computer system that only allows them access to the order after "48 to 72 hours, " when, of course, the customer has moved on and written off the $8 as not worthy of the hassle.

So, like Berkely wasn't, Neckline isn't committing grand larceny. But petty theft on a mass scale is a serious crime, and if prosecuted judiciously will very likely net folks some serious jail time.

Neckline Slimmer Deceptive Hidden Charges

I went online to order a Neckline Simmer after I tried it at a friend's house. I hated the whole ordering process. It kept asking to order more products and I kept declining, I was going to cancel the whole thing but did not have a choice. It never asked me to confirm the order before the deal was closed. It gave me a total of 15.90 for shipping because they charge $7.95 extra for shipping the "free" cream which you cannot decline. SCAM! I was so angry, I called the customer service and she said that it was explained on the home page - never saw that.. and when I asked how long does it take to get the product, she answered 2 to 4 weeks. I was OUTRAGED! I felt totally at their mercy.

Web site where you place your order is deceitful. It asks you if you want additional items and even if you say no, when you check out those additional items are automatically there. You have no option to make changes to items in your cart because there is no cart. They get your credit card info up front so you are already going to pay more than you thought...

Neckline Slimmer fraudulent sales tactics

This was an automated phone system. I gave my order for the Neckline Slimmer @$19.99 plus $7.95 S&H. I was then asked for my credit card info. and thought that I was through. Instead of a confirmation or an opportunity to cancel, I was forced to stay on the phone through a list of products, fearing that if I hung up they would send everything. When I did end the call, I called back to try to cancel the order, because I was angry. I was told that my order was not in the system yet. I tried the following morning, and was told the same thing. I then called every 1 1/2 hours, and on the last call was told that I was too late, the order had been processed. When I received the order, it included other products and shipping charges. The products they sent totaled $44.97 and the shipping charges were $27.79. The $7.95 charge that I had been quoted had been increased to $15.90. This is nothing short of criminal activity.

Neckline Slimmer ID Theft and overcharge

I ordered the Neck Slimmer from the Internet because I had seen it advertised on TV. I believed the charges would be less than twenty dollars, yet they charged me $60.00. I ONLY ordered the Neck Slimmer... not all of the other garbage they were promoting. When I complained to them they refused to refund my money and gave my credit card number to other companies on the Internet and I started seeing charges from those companies on my bank account. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau, the Police in the state that I ordered from and I recently received a letter from the Attorney General of New York saying that they were following up on the Neck Slimmer ID theft. Be careful if you order from these crooks! Buy the Neck Slimmer in a store directly.

Neckline Slimmer Fraudulent

I went online this morning and ordered one neckline slimmer and said no to ALL other offers. I clicked on all the 'No's" for other products. Imagine my surprise when my order indicated I had ordered TWO neckline slimmers. I checked the address and it was totally different from what I had typed. I immediately called the customer service number and the voice said they didn't recognize my phone number...duh, I ordered online.
I called my credit card company and was told the charge had not surfaced yet and to call again later this afternoon. I called the customer service number again and finally talked to Vicky who told me the order had not come in yet, but it would ship VERY QUICKLY, so I needed to call back later today. I got the feeling that this is a done deal and I will be paying $66.78 for two neckline slimmers and who knows what else.
WARNING! DON"T ORDER THIS PRODUCT!

Neckline Slimmer fraud

OK, you have read all of the other complaints about the Neckline Slimmer. I would say the same, but I was not content to just ### about it. I went to the Wisconsin Department of Justice and filed a consumer complaint with the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade & Consumer Protection (DATCP).

SAS Group is a distribution company for a host of products, including the infamous Awesome Auger- check out the list at the Wisconsin Better Business Bureau. The BBB is a wet noodle when it comes to enforcement of anything, so don't waste time filing a complaint with them (even though plenty of people already have).

For what it is worth, here is the physical address of the distribution company.
355 Byrd Ave
(Distribution Company)
Neenah, WI 54956

It seems they are only interested in getting your money, selling you things you did not want and did not approve and then making it impossible to get your money back without going through and extended process. This is the WORST online buying experience I have ever had.

I have had the "same-ol/same-ol experience of the double charge for two orders instead of one, stuff I didn't order, etc., but I just discovered a new wrinkle that I found very interesting. In scrolling through the various complaints I came across a suspicious one that recommended that people who have been scammed report it to "[redacted]. GET THIS; [redacted] IS A SCAME THAT POSTS FRAUDULENT COMPLAINTS ON THE VICTIMS msn WEBSITE AND THEN CHARGES YOU AROUND $1000 to remove it even though they placed it there in the first place. Then a week later, lo' and behold! Another complaint, with the same drill: Pay-to-play. I AM A VICTIM OF BOTH AND NO ONE CAN DO A THING TO THEM BECAUSE THERE ARE NO LAWS TO
PROTECT CONSUMERS THAT i KNOW OF. To learn more about this scame, google edmagedson.com but for God's sake, don't get him mad at you unless you want to be defamed and blackmailed.

Went online to order ONE Neckline Slimmer- no creams, nothing else. The online system offers a string of "extras", all of which I declined. At the end of the process my order was automatically placed without the opportunity to review the pending order for accuracy- and I know why. The order placed was for two slimmers and two "creams' for a total of $60.78. Order should have been about $26 total. No chance to correct at that time.

24 hours later I called to complain and was told that when the products arrive I could call back and get a Return Authorization code, which I did. Problem is, they will only refund cost of goods and NOT the exhorbitant shipping/handling charges (totaling $25) so my net refund ends up being only about $35- not acceptable at all.

I've filed a dispute with my credit card company and thankfully they've removed the charges, at least for now, while the complaint is investigated. I'll also take the advise of the post above and file a formal complaint with the Wisconsin DATCP and see what comes of it.

Neckline Slimmer buying why?

my question is why spend all that money for something you can do yourself using dynamic resistance that you already have your own hand?
you can place you hand or fist under your chin and move you neck downward and get the same results! and adjust the amount yourself just do sets of 10 or 20 with reps of 3 each day.

Neckline Slimmer Unethical practices

I went to order the Neckline Slimmer online. The order process was confusing. After entering my personal information, I got a screen that talked about getting additional sets for $14.95. At the bottom, it asked me how many sets I wanted, not how many additional sets I wanted. So, I entered 1. Then, it kept offering me other items which I didn't want. Then, after all of the questions, my order was processed and was given an order number. The problem was, I never got a review page to make sure my order was placed correctly. My order wasn't correct. It showed I ordered 1 unit at $19.95 and 1 unit at $14.95. After S&H, it was $60 and some change. This is where it gets worst. I tried to see how I could modify my order before it shipped. There's no option on the website to do that. So, I called the 800 number. I was told I had to wait 24 hours before I could cancel my order. The CSR said it was because their system is not connected to the system which I placed my order. So, I called 24 hours later. Still my order did not appear. I expressed to both CSR's how I was concerned that the order would ship before I had a chance to cancel the order. Both CSR's said that I had plenty of time because they were backlogged by 6-8 weeks. I didn't get a chance to call the following day, Saturday, because I was busy. I called again Monday and was on hold for over 10 minutes. This time, the CSR told me the order already shipped. Let's just say, this CSR got an earful before he hung up on me. I checked my credit card and saw they didn't charge my account yet. So, I hurried and called my bank to put a freeze on my account. So, the joke is on them this time. The bottom line is these people are a bunch of liars! They trick you into buying stuff you don't want and put their employees up to lying in order to make sure that you are stuck. Their product must be junk if they have to resort to such tactics. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

This is an update to my original post. Unfortunately, blocking my card did not work because they already had a preapproval. So, I am stuck with 2 Neckline Slimmers. I'm not returning them because I don't want this company to get $25.80 in shipping charges for nothing. Anyway, I received the product on 8/3. I pulled up the tracking number on USPS website. I found out that the order did not ship on 7/25 as the last CSR told me. They charged my account on 7/30. But, the order shipped 2 days later on 8/1. Therefore, they lied to me in order to prevent me from cancelling the order. When I last called them on 7/27, it was most certainly not to late to cancel my order.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

My experience was identical to Julie728.
WARNING! Do not purchase from BuyNecklineSlimmer.com they use deceptive practices to overcharge you. The cream is not optional and the system is designed to trick you into purchasing a 2nd Neckline Slimmer. Customer Service is a joke. They do not have a record of your purchase until the order is already at the warehouse so by then it is too late to modify or cancel the order. I am doing a charge back to the credit card after making multiple attempts to reach a pratical solution.

You can find this product on eBay with reasonable shipping. AVOID the website: BuyNecklineSlimmer.com

Neckline Slimmer Warning Charge more than they advertise

Neckline Slimmer advertises $7.95 shipping and handling and then charges $15.00. On top of that, they include an extra Neckline Slimmer and up the shipping to $26. So, something that you think is going to cost $26.00 ends up being $68. Their is no order review before they process the order and they don't disclose this up front. Then you can't get anyone on the phone in their customer service to cancel the order. Bottom line, they are scam artists. Do not order from them, whatever you do. If you made the mistake of ordering online, contact your credit card company and refuse to pay.

The BuyNecklineSlimmer.com is such a fraud site. Be aware buyers. I placed an order today and have answered NO to their questions that I didn't want any extra set, yet, it charged me 2 sets. They don't give you a review page. Once you entered your CC, that's it. When I called their customer service, they told me that I had to call back after 24 hours because my order hasn't been uploaded to their computers. They are just a scam.

I got charged $65 for a $19.99 neckline slimmer.I called them immediately. Said they were not responsible. Said to call the office on Monday. Said they were not responsible. Called when I got it. Said they were not responsible, plus they were charging me over $30 for s/h. That included the items I did not order.First they ask for your credit card, then assuming you have to tell them how many you want to order, you click 1, not knowing they already have put you down for one, then you click no, on every question they ask, then they tell you to hit the send button, then you see what you just ordered, which they should show you what you ordered before you hit the send button, in case you want to change it. I reported this to the Wisconsin Better Business Bureau. They told them that i yelled at them.

Website states that the product is 19.99 + 7.95 for shipping and handling. They charge you 35.89 after you click order now. I called and was told that " thats just the way it is set up right now" you get an additional " toner" that I clicked " no" I didn't want ... but you get it anyway whether you want it or not AND you will be charged for it. Their answer was " sorry" you can cancel the order once it arrives and get a refund on ALL of it... what a rip off ! So be prepared to pay 35.89 or not get it at all !

I placed this order by phone. They get you by asking for your cc# and info then you place your order. They keep offering other products and when you say no or press the approirate button they continue anyway and don't give you a chance to respond. Very misleading. I tried to call and cancel order but you have to wait 24 hours according to the the automated recording. Once you get a customer service person they say you wait 72 hours. So I called and called they couldn't cancel my order until it was processed. Well my ordered finally processed but guess what I couldn't cancel it! I went round and round with the cs lady, whose name was Michelle and finally asked for a supervisor, whose name was Tonya and her id# is 8108. Neither one was any help. They charged me for 2 slimmers when I only ordered 1 and they do mislead you on the s&h and they also charge you s&h on a bonus product that you can't even refuse. I will be calling the better business bureau in Wisconsin. That is the state they said they operate out of.

When I called to correct (was not allowed to correct on web) cust rel person "Richard" said I have to call back. No contact or edit assist on web. Very poor form and very misleading. I ordered the neckline slimmer at the beginning of May and have never received it - every once in while a charge will come up on my credit card of $37.95 (as a pending charge) - I have no idea what that means, since the product is $19.95 and S&H is $7.95 = $27.90? but then the pending charge always drops off. I have never been able to reach customer service [protected]) they just leave me on hold forever.

It is very frustrating to see their commercials on tv constantly, knowing other people must be getting caught up in this mess. (the confirmation e-mail they originally sent me has no information on it, no order #, no phone # to call)

VERY POORLY RUN COMPANY!

Beware of this company when you place an order online and reply NO for the additional items. They request your credit card information first before you can proceed to order. They never give you a order confirmation page to see what your getting and exactly what your credit card will be charged until then end. In this computer age, when you call customer service they can't see your order for 24 hours to correct, before shipping then it's magically shipped already. It then takes 2 weeks to come in the mail. To bad for you, since I will make sure you get this blasted on a major news outlet of your scam.

Their website did not disclose the correct shipping and handling fees during the order. They listed the shipping and handling as $7.95 and I did not find out that the shipping was 15.90 until I received their confirming email for the order. I never saw the shipping and handling while on their website. Before I finished the order they forced me to consider buying additional products on at least additional web pages - overall this is high pressure, somewhat deceptive sales practices! I will try contacting my bank to dispute this charge.

I bought a neckline slimmer some time ago. It comes with 3 resistance spings. I use the advanced one which became quite loose and stopped providing a proper level of resistance.
I attempted to order this axillary part alone but was told by a customer service representative that it can be ordered only with a whole machine. So I ended up ordering the whole machine for almost 40$ instead of ordering a 1 small part at a lot lower price.

Has anyone added this website to some of the other websites such as: www.scambusters.com, /link removed/ (this one is one of my favorites - I usually check anything out here first before I buy it). Believe me, this little ritual has saved me a lot of money and disappointment. There are also other websites to go to after the fact.

Of course there are lots of ways to check out the legitimacy of companies, but I find that places such as the complaintsboard, [redacted]s, planet feedback and my3cents are some of the best.

Getting your complaint heard by the right person is often the main frustration experienced when filing complaints. www. Planet Feedback.com helps consumers write and track letters to a specific person in a company that can provide a solution to their problem. They also allow for public opinion on the validity of the complaints listed, which can sometimes be interesting to read.

My3cents.com is a leading source for consumer advice. Visitors come to learn, interact and voice opinions regarding companies, products and services in an open community.

Many companies know that one disgruntled customer may persuade others to go elsewhere. Why not give them an opportunity to resolve your complaint by talking to them and then if they fail to help, shop elsewhere.

But then again, as Many people here have so openly discussed - sometimes the company gives you the run around, and never ends up giving you any satisfaction. Well my fellow consumers, we all have a voice, and yes just 1 person can make a difference. Take a little time to make sure that your bad experience is well documented. It may just save someone else the hassle that you have gone through. It may also get the ear of someone who can actually do something to make the situation right. Just don't get too frustrated, that's one of their techniques. They make it so difficult for you to jump through all their hoops, they count on most people just giving up and not following through.

Kindest Regards,
CharRo

My story is like many of those listed, I placed an order for a Neckline Slimmer and said no to many of their other offers. When my final bill appeared it had several things listed that I did not order, ( 2 jars of cream and a 2nd Neckline Slimmer with shipping charges).

The site does not allow you to change or correct errors on the bill so I called the company. I was told that I would have to wait 24hrs for my order to show-up in their system, when I called the next morning, ( before 24 hrs), I was told, "Sorry, your order was shipped, but you can return it!" When I asked for a number to return it I was told that they would not refund the shipping charges or pay to have the merchandise returned.

I had my credit card company pay for everything except the 2nd Neckline Slimmer and the shipping charges. However, they don't want to pay to have it returned.

Also, its been several months and no signs of the Neckline Slimmer working.

Neckline Slimmer Insufficient Disclosure

The website indicated that shipping and handling would be $7.95 - it asked for name, address, and credit card number and then never disclosed that S&H would actually be $15.90 until the order had already been placed. It then only displayed the receipt page for a short time barely allowing it to be closely examined. So far I have not yet received a receipt by email even though they requested my email address. Before I could place the order they forced me to consider buying additional products on at least additional web pages - overall this is high pressure, somewhat deceptive sales practices.

The webpage is deceptive in the extreme. The implication is that the cream is optional, and they are banking on the fact that people will read it this way, even though they can use "weasel logic" to argue that it's plainly stated the "Bonus" is a part of the deal. Secondly, any website that traps you with a "confirmation" box when you close the page or tab is automatically classified as sleazy in my book. Too many complaints. The simple fact that the device itself is nothing but snake oil is the final nail in its coffin. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this website, and from useless products in general.

TV advertisement is a SCAM. I called order in for a neckline slimmer, declined the "free" cream. I expected charges totaling $32.89. On Sunday I checked my credit card and found I was billed $64.80. Monday, I called compay and was told I had to take the cream with an additional S&H fee of $7.95. In addition, they had included another Dream Cream ($9.99 + S&H $1.99) and a Dream Lash ($9.99 & S&H !.99). I did not order these products. I told the representative to cancel the products I didn't want and was told I have to return them (additional postage and inconvenience).

I requested a supervisor but got no help there. She just told me to return the items and said that even though I declined the "free" cream it was automatically included.

This company is really a rip-off.

Same happen to me, 100% AGREE... Their website did the same thing to me---> listed the shipping and handling as $7.95 and did not find out that the shipping was 15.90 until I received their confirming email for the order. No order confirmation screen. I called customer service they said that have with cream and its shipping also 7.95$. It did not look [censored] this web.
Then I waiting my product 1 month then received yesterday. But it did not have any cream. I called customer service again they said, return whole thing back we send other one with cream and waiting time also one months. It is so crazy. I went ti post office put return lavel try to return it but post office said i need to pay shipping 10$.
I called customer service again told them about that they said yes you have to pay that shipping. It was not my fault it was company fault but i have to pay that. I never see like that business. They liying people making illegal money.
We need to run these guys out of business. They are downright dishonest.

I ordered this product last week and when going through the order I hit no on everything they offered me. I only wanted 1 of the neckslimmers. When I got to the last page, it showed that I ordered 6 different items and had been charged $85.67. I wasn't trying to pay for that! I tried to go back to see if I could change something, but guess what? That was my final order! Somehow I ordered six items when I went online to just buy the 1. I was overcharged and was wrongly done. I immediately called the company and they told me I had to wait for my order to show up in their system. So I called back the next morning, they said they didn't see anything yet so give it a few more hours. I called on my break and they said that there still wasn't anything in the computer showing that I had placed my order. They said they can't do anything until it shows up. I then checked my bank account and found that it had been processed through them. I immediately called them back and they said there wasn't anything they could do. The order was already being shipped out and I had to wait until I got it in order to begin the return process. I was so mad! I asked for a supervisor, who didn't do anything but tell me the same thing and that's how their system works. So I reported them to the BBB, and now I'm waiting for something to get done. I just got the pkg today, so I'm going to see about returning it. Will keep you all posted.

this people are total scammers. I was told that I could not cancel my order until 24 hours had passed and it showed up in their system. Called back 5 times. Of course the fifth time, I called they said my order had been shipped and it was too late to cancel.
Spoke to CS Supervisor Umberto, who was arrogant and rude.

I have filed a complaint with the Internet Crime Complaint Center and I suggest everyone else does the same this

I had a similar situation develop with the online order people they have contracted. Everything researched shows it works and I read from other blogs and sites (other than theirs) that it really works. However their customer service and the blocks set up smack of total upsell by deception.

I cancelled my credit card when then same thing happened to me. I'll get a new one in three days and thats that!

If you want the product without the BS and inconvenience, walk into Walgreens and pay 19.95!

Plain and simple. The rest of their scam

I just ordered the product a few weeks ago and noticed the same thing when I was "checking out". You get sucked into buying the cream and paying the shipping on the cream. After I noticed that, I was a little disturbed, but let it slide. I was able to keep the confirmation page up (it didn't automatically refresh or close on me) and I printed it out.

What I was NOT prepared for what additional charges showing up on my account. I bank online so I check this regularly, almost daily. I noticed 2 internet companies, one called 3 Buying club and the other called keydiscount1.com that charged my bank account. One of them took $2.48 and the other was $19.82. In my online banking there were two 888 numbers for these companies. So I called them. One of them, I kept getting the same guy (He answered as "This is Trevor" or Travis I think?) who repeatedly hung up on me, and finally swore in the phone, using the F word and eventually hung up on me, ignoring me as I tried to ask him what company he worked for. The second one, I got a girl, Ashley, who only answered the phone as "This is Ashley may I have your phone number please". I gave her a phone number and then she asked my name. I only gave her my first name, she then told me my last name and my address and my email address and phone number. I asked her what company she worked for and she wouldn't tell me. She said "We are a membership company". I said what's the name and she repeated what she said. I told her how angry I was and asked her who Trevor was and what company took the $19.82 from me. She said she had no idea who they were she just was authorized to do refunds. I asked if she had a manager I could speak to, and she said she WAS the manager and no, there was absolutely no one else who could help me but her. I demanded my money back and demanded that they close whatever account I had. She told me the 2.48 was for shipping and handling and the 19.82 was for the membership services that were being shipped to me. I asked how a person becomes a member of this company and she said that it was when I ordered the Neckline Slimmer product. She did not offer me any clear answers or any information and when I said that she doesn't know who this company is she just gives refunds, yet she knows that I became a member through the Neckline Slimmer order, she shut up. I am never rude to customer service people as I have worked in a call center before, and I worked for billing and refunds so I know how it works. But I was very rude, and I yelled at her over and over and over. She eventually just said "ma'am is there anything else I can do for you?" and I said no, I'm calling my bank, the police, the Neckline Slimmer company and the Better Business Bureau. If anyone else has had this experience with this company please let me know. But also REPORT IT. It is not authorized and it is illegal!

In fact when I pointed out that their order page never confirmed my order with an order number or Thank you, it simply refreshed (so I assumed the order didn't process), I didn't even get an email confirmation ... imagine my surprise when it showed up at my door. AND THERE WAS AN ADDED CHARGE ON MY BANK STATEMENT!

This is EXACTLY what happened to me! However, I caught it before they mailed out the shipment to me. In my case, the page did not refresh and the company charged me for TWO orders of the Neckslimmer WHICH I DID NOT ORDER! Again, the representatives are extremely self righteous and it took me 6 separate phone calls to get through to a supervisor who supposedly cancelled BOTH ERRONEOUS ORDERS and was to call me back. I am still waiting to hear from her. I did find out the call center is based in Wisconsin. I would advise customers who have been misinformed etc., to begin contacting their respected state attorney general offices so a record can begin on the fraudulent practices this company engages. Good Luck to Everyone! AND BEWARE OF NECKLINE SLIMMER!
