My eshop has NOT been avaliable for the last 5-6 day
My Account number is 25276485
I changed the eshop from Nebair.com to nebair.co.uk and since that time my eshop has not been working
I understand from you staff and log details that the problem is being worked on by your people in Germany- and it still not working!!
The attempt to get the eshop working has now resulted in my email adam@nebair.co.uk not working since the 11th August.
As my business needs my emails this is totally unacceptable and I cant seen if orders are been place and actions need to be taken
Initially I need 1&1 to be actioned to put my emails back on line and someone in authority to oversea the people in germany to get my eshop working
I pay money to have these services and the technical support by the programmers is very poor
The staff the I have spoken to initially can not do anything and they are very helpful, but the technical people and letting you down
PLease resolve these issues, but get my emails back on line asap
