I ordered a t-shirt from NeatGrab on July 23rd (order #1806) and contacted them every couple weeks after that to check on order progress. I either received no response, a stalling "we're busy" generic response, or a jibberish email that made no sense. They said they would provide a refund because of the "made to order" nature of their business and because my order would expedited. It is now November 23rd and I have no product, they have kept my money, and I receive no responses to emails. I request a full refund.
