NbCheck.com Unauthorized Checks

This company has drawn a check on my checking account to the amount of $53.99
I dont know where they got my checking account information or who authorized anything for this company.
The date of the check is 10/23/2009
I have been out of my home since 10/08/2009 and have not had access to a computer until 10/26/2009.
I have called the number listed on the check and all I have gotten was an answering machine telling me that they are experiencing high call volumn so please leave a message. I left a message and a number where I could be reached on 10/26/2009. Today is 10/28/2009 and I have not had a call back concerning the draw on my account. I also sent them an email and have had no response...

This is a scam company/site...

I was hit by www.nbcheck.com on 12/14/2009. They withdrawn $100 from my checking account. Plus I was charged by a 33 dollar overdraft fee.
Tomorrow I call Chase Bank's Fraud Department. I hope I will get my money bank (from the bank),

NbCheck.com unauthorized transactions from checking acct

Listen everyone who is unable to cancel nbcheck.com automatic deductions from checking accounts: I tried their site: nbcheck.com, and it wouldn't work. Then I went to secure.nbcheck.com & clicked find transaction, entered my email address & ORIGINAL TRANSACTION NUMBER(from when I first signed up for membership) and they cancelled my membership. Dont k now if it'll work yet, but at least I accessed a website that would let me try it.

NbCheck.com Unauthorized checking account transactions

Company has been taking 23.95 a month out of my checking account without authorization. I never signed up for an account with them. I finally found out how to cancel subscription. Waiting to see if any other transactions come out of my account.

I'm still in the beginning stages, so we'll see how NBCheck handles my dispute sent directly to them. However this is NOT NBCheck's fault in my case, and I imagine in many other above listed cases as well. NBCheck handles the accounts of websites, have you joined any 'discreet' websites? Dating services, porn industry, adult toy sites? THAT site is the one that charged you, possibly without your consent. If NBCheck is taking a regular deduction from your account on a monthly basis, chances are you signed up for a membership with something that runs their charges through them. Didn't sign up for a membership with that site? They think you did. Contact them before wondering how they got your information, see who is really to blame for your charges. I am certain I know who my charge came from, I have contacted my bank about the charge AND NBChecks, if they work with me I will not believe them to be even the slightest bit in the wrong, but if they try to claim I authorized a charge I did not agree to, despite my dispute? I'll have to believe they're just as much a scam as others say. For now I'm putting my trust in them as a third party, and nothing more... we'll see.

Sounds like someone in your household has been signing up for online adult dating services, or porn sites. NBcheck handles the money portion for such sites. Woman I would be questioning your husbands boyfriends, guys, vice versa.

I'm not sure were they got my info but I never gave them permison to take my money. On top of that they are only going to give me back this last time they took money out so Im in the hole 186.94. Just think if this company keeps doing this they are going to be worth millions and we will be seating here wandering what the heck happen to are money.

I believe that NBCHECK.com is a bogus operation working out of weak NC banking laws. I belive one source of their getting information from PayPal using payment from checking accounts. Don't let them get you, if you are using PayPal, delete your checking account.

NbCheck.com Taking $29.97 out of my checking acct. every month without authorization, I don't even know who they are!

This company "www.nbcheck.com" is taking $29.97 automatically out of my checking account every month and I don't even know who they are or what the website is. I don't know how they got my bank acct. #, or my routing #, because I never, ever use checks online. I called my bank, "Bank of America" to file a complaint against the Co. and they told me to log onto the website to "unsubscribe" to the company's services. I logged on to do as my bank requested and the website has NOTHING, NO INFORMATION about them, how to "unsubscribe" WHICH I NEVER SUBSCRIBED TO IN THE FIRST PLACE! so now I'm stuck with some stupid company taking money out and making my account overdrawn because I never knew I was being charged until I noticed I had an overdraft one day and KNEW I had, had enough money in the bank to cover a bill I was paying. I am FURIOUS and don't know what to do now!?

I'm pasting the exact website with this complaint to show that there is NO information on how to get rid of them, or another link attached to even advertise who they are. I am pasting it below my e-mail. I need help immediately, I can't afford to pay this Co. $29.97 every month.

They took money from my 81year old mother's account without. When I called they claimed she had ordered a subscription, BIG LIE. She was in residential rehab at the time recovering from and heart attack and other medical issues. They claim they will refund her money, we will see. Do they even bother verifying these so called orders? Snowflake

The easiest way to determine what the withdrawal is for is to get a copy of the statement from the bank, on it there is a transaction #, contact NBCHECK.com and go to the bottom of the page where it says contact us.Click on and go to near the bottom of the Q&A section where it syas why am I being billed such an amount.Click on it, you will be ask for your e-mail, bank account # and transaction #.
This will tell you what web site is billing you through NBCHECK.

my bank sent charges back as late return and money was restored to my account. Will have to watch to make sure this doesn't happen against next month. Stop payment will be next step.

I also have been hit with the same thing. Will have to close out checking account. Never used on internet. Don't know how they got it, but it is somewhere in Sunnyvalle, CA. No phone contact, no name. My bank is trying "a late return" so that whatever bank account it went into will be charged and money taken back.

Oh my god I though I was the only one having this problem these people tried to take out my account 3 times in the amount of 117.00, 25.00, and 10.00. And the only reason why the checks were returned was because I didn't have no money in my account...I was charge $35 each for all three checks. And I called Bank of America and they took all the over draft fees off. I'm going to get to the bottom of this and find out how these people are able to just tap into people accounts if you never even signed up with them.
