I placed an order on November 30th 2015, for a t-shirt. The order came on time but was the wrong size, I attempted to submit an email to customer service which is what the shipping slip recommended and now it is going on 2 weeks without a response. I tried calling the only customer service number listed and I put on hold for 10 min and then the line disconnects. I have called other NBC store numbers in an attempt to get tips on how to get assistance and they say they can't help at all. It appears my only option is to order the right size and eat the cost of the item, instead of getting the exchange I wanted. So frustrated, I cannot believe a company as big as NBC can not provide any customer support.
