Hi,

I am the owner of a kia sorento 2012 and I wish I could continue supporting Kia as my preferred car.

My car suspension is having noises when driving over a bump / uneven road, the problem remain unidentified despite numerous complaints that i had raised to several kia service centres in Klang valley since year 2015.

I've been told to change some parts however the noises are persist and I gave up to raise concern at Kia service centre at last especially the new dealer center are charging RM70-80 each time when I requesting them for diagnosis.

Now my car has just passed the 5 years warranty I guess, but some centers told that the warranty is still valid as long as the mileages is within 150, 000KM. ( currently 113, 000KM)

I've consulted several private Hyundai Kia Specialists recently while I was doing the service cost survey for my next service due at 120K.

I was very upset as all the private workshops were managed to tell that the problem is 90% from the steering rack. However, none of the Kia service centers were able to identify the problem.

I have done all my periodically servicing at Kia Service centers and I really hope you can somehow consider my request to replace / repair my steering rack. You may refer the complaint records that I had made through several kia service centers since 2015.

I still prefer Kia as my daily uses car for the future as the performances are satisfying so far except this suspension issue.

I hope Kia will fulfill the peace of mind service to the Kia user as promised.
