Naxpmedia Fraud and scam!

On Feb 16, 2017, I placed an order for The Wonder Years DVD set with NaxPMedia. I made the mistake of not researching the company before I placed an order because I erroneously relied on the Google Approval of the company. I received the DVDs in less than 3 weeks. The DVDs and their containers all contained the label, The WOder Years. WHEN I PLAYED THE DVDS, ALL CONTAINED THE CAROL BURNETT SHOW AND NONE OF ANY WONDER YEARS EPISODE.

I called the 1800 number several times to no avail. On March 7, I sent the company a complaint thru their website and have emailed thru my personal email account, as well, regarding the DVDs I received and requested that replacements be sent immediately. On the same date, I received an email confirming receipt of the complaint I sent stating that my complaint will be responded to within 48 hours. It has been over a month since then, well over the 48 hour-period that Naxpmedia advised me of and I have yet to receive a substantial response to my complaint. I have sent Naxpmedia several complaints since my first complaint but I only received the same auto-generated reply each time.

Prospective customers of NaxPMedia, BEWARE!

This company is shady, shady, shady!

I recently ordered a DVD package from NaxpMedia, and received an e-mail that my order was processed. They even attached a UPS tracking number for the package which never was activated. Upon trying to contact the company, no one ever answers the phone, nor can you get a live chat person on-line. Upon going to the site to contact this company, I have run upon a number of complaints from individuals with the same problem. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD!

I ordered a DVD set on 1/6/08. I have e-mailed and also called the company to determined the status of the order. They tell me it has been shipped by UPS and gave me a tracking number. In calling UPS, they have no record of such a tracking number. Still I have no shipment of the DVD!

I ordered the complete 6 season DVD set of Third Watch from these people on December 5, 2017. They took the money off of my credit card on December 6, 2017. I've been e-mailing repeatedly as I still haven't received my merchandise even though it says it was shipped on my account. I kept getting a notice from them saying they would reply to e-mails within 48 hours. A week later I would be e-mailing again as I hadn't received a reply. I finally told them I wanted my money back. After a couple of weeks I finally got out of them that it would be returned to me by their bank but it would take up to 5 weeks. I told them that I wanted interest added to it since they will have had my money for 15 weeks at that point.

My advise - don't waste your time or your money on this site. I should have known it was too good to be true to get the whole 6 seasons for $50.00.

It's nothing but a scam.

I ordered 2 DVDs to be used to entertain children who have appointments in our office on January 1, 2017. To date the order has not been received and the UPS tracking says only "billing information received". I did get an e-mail saying the order had been shipped on January 10, however if it had been shipped UPS should have the package and 4 weeks seems too long for delivery. I hope this is a company that is truly overwhelmed by too much business and that they are legitimate. If not, others beware before ordering from this website.

I also have not received my order placed 12/22/07 and just filed a report with the BBB. I share the same story as others, ordered, emailed, received story about Hawaii shipment, UPS, emailed another 10 times (at least), more excuses and lies, etc. I only found this complaint board and other complaints about naxpmedia.com after entering their company name in Google search. Wish I'd seen those before Dec. 2017. Money's gone, no product, scam, fraud, thieves, jerks and many more terms come to mind for them. Their company is still online, still stealing. I am contacting my lawyer on Monday. My son is a director with PrePaid Legal and they have helped me several times with legal action. I was so looking forward to Malcolm in the Middle.

Naxpmedia Overcharge / no product!

On Dec. 17 I placed an order with naxpmedia. Their site indicated orders placed by Dec. 18 would be delivered for Christmas. This hasn't happened. It is now Jan. 10 and I've not heard from this company despite repeated attempts to contact them via e-mail and telephone. They have also charged my credit card $98.98 4 times for the same order.

I ordered a set of Boy Meets World in early December as a Christmas present. As the time got closer and closer to Christmas and the product had not arrived by the promised delivery time, I tried to contact the company. The telephone number listed on the web site presented a message saying that the phone system was being redone and would be back in service soon: contact Customer Service at cs@naxpmedia.com. This resulted in a form response saying that my message had been received and I would hear from someone within 48 hours. After no response after 96 hours I wrote again and got the same response. On December 20, I got the following response:

NaxpMedia.Com
------------------------------------------------------
Order Number: 2853
Detailed Invoice: https://www.naxpmedia.net/account_history_info.php?order_id=2853
Date Ordered: Friday 14 December, 2007

The comments for your order are

UPS 1Z55V9Y70394029642

Your order has been updated to the following status.

New status: New Order Sent

Please reply to this email if you have any questions.
------------------------------------------
It is now six months later and the merchandise STILL has not arrived. I HAVE gotten the autoresponses saying that someone would contact me in 48 hours but that has not happened. There STILL is no response at the phone number listed. There is now no such website as www.naxpmedia.com. They initially double billed me for the order but that was straightened out. Frustration is not the right word.

Naxpmedia rip-off

Pretty much the same as everyone else. Here's my complaint to Paypal: "I made a purchase via Paypal on Dec. 14, 2007 for "Boy Meets World" from Naxpmedia.com using Google check-out,
AFTER viewing the "Buy-Safe" guarantee on their website. I have tried repeatedly to get in contact with them via e-mail
and telephone -- I have received NO RESPONSE to my inquiries, and when I try to view "My account" on their website,
no account is found. The amount they received via paypal for this purchase was $38.99 and is shown as "COMPLETED"
in my Paypal history... Please deal with this issue immediately and see that I receive an immediate refund OR the long overdue merchandise.
In addition, I have found MANY complaints about this company and I wonder why Paypal continues to allow them to utilize Paypal for their transactions.
Info regarding the transaction is included below:

Ordered video on December4, 2007 was charged via credit card on December 5, 2007. After checking found out that video was not even released until Feb. 2008. Now out still no video. Company will not respond. At first it showed up as shipped bu UPS then dropped off, but not the same format of shipping usually used by UPS. This was via a google site.

My original order was placed in November, after several emails and a dispute with my charge card company, I was sent my order 2 months later. The order was incomplete, the DVD,s were copies off the TV (the disney channel) symbol at the bottom of each DVD. The picture is poor quality and the jacket covers containing the DVD's are copies with several mis spellings. It appears that the company may be a fraud as I cant find anything authorizing sales of copied DVD's off the TV for profit. I strongly discourage anyone from purchasing from this site without serious investigation into the legality of DVD copies.

I ordered a DVD of Boy Meets World from NaxpMedia on 12/12/2007 ORDER #2735 and although they state that this was shipped via UPS, I have yet to receive this DVD. UPS indicated that the message means that this the product has not arrived at their office to be shipped. This company has immediately charged my credit card. If they are back logged they are not informing their clients of this. Nor do they answer emails or phone calls. In fact their voice mail is full. This company should be reported to the Better business bureau and shut down and the owners prosecuted for stealing money.

On 1/9/08, I ordered a couple of DVDs from them online (naxpmedia.com).

On 1/10/08, I received this email:

> Your order has been updated to the following status.
> New status: New Order Sent

On 1/24/08, after not receiving the product, I emailed them. This is the reply I got on 1/28/08:

> We are being as honest as possible with our
> customers regarding our current status in
> shipment. We are still in the process of
> sorting out this situation. Our Hawaii office
> shipper's are backed up on shipments because
> we are low in supplies. You have two options,
> you may wait for your shipment, and keep
> checking the status with your ups tracking
> number. Or our bank can gladly refund you.
> Please let us know your response.
>
> Thank You
>
>
> Mary Smith
> cs3@naxpmedia.com

After requesting a refund, I got this email almost immediately:

> Sorry for the inconvenience, you will receive your refund.
> Our office is no longer issuing the refunds, our bank has
> now taken over and will be issuing any refunds that need to
> be made. It will take 1-2 weeks to post to your account.

Shortly thereafter, they stopped responding to any of my requests for a refund.

What a load of scam,

Geoff

I wish I would have known that there were sites like this before I ordered from this company Naxpmedia. I have the same story as everyone else. I ordered on Dec 27th and I got the UPS tracking number and kept checking the UPS site and it just said 'Billing info received' So I contacted the company in Jan and got an email saying that they were backed up in Hawaii. So I waited again and then in Feb contacted them again and they were vague. And then that was the last email I received from them. I've done the same as everyone else tried the phone number and it doesn't work now, and more emails with no response. I've learned a good lesson about ordering from a company I don't recognize. I am glad you have this site, at least I know now what was the real scoop on this company. The sad part it the DVD were a gift and I kept promising them to my friend, telling her they were coming. Lesson learned well!

This is Hsieh Kai Hok. I received my Third Watch DVDS on wednesday, 12/12/07 at 2:16pm arizona time after almost a month of delivery time. The DVDS are in good condition. Because I want to update my previous complaints as early as I can I did not inspect all discs. However, the several random discs that I played looked good. They worth the money I spent. I have 21 discs with about 6 episodes each and looked like I have all my episodes. Because of the 5 situations cited on Yahoo questions and the fact that I did not receive my order for about a month that I filed my first complaint. I honestly don't know whether I would have receive my discs had I not file the complaint. Under the academic system I would give the quality of the video a B+ and the service and delivery time a F ( which is the reason why I thought this company was bogus). Case closed. Merry christmas and happy new year.

To whom it may concern:

I was wondering if you could help me with the problem that Naxpmedia caused me. You see I ordered a product from Naxpmedia called the Smurfs Collection on dvd that they ripped me off on some episodes. I sent in a complaint to them, but they haven't contacted me back to help me.

All I want is my money back because they caused fraud, theft, and rip-off episodes. I paid $44.99 ($35.99 + $9.00) for it that I didn't know they were ripping me off.

Please email back to me to let me know if you can help me get my money back. My number is [protected]. My email address is aprilramos.ramos@gmail.com. My mailing address is: 506 West Adams, P.O. Box 209, Iron River, Michigan 49935.

Thanks,

April Ramos

I ordered Third Watch DVDS, the box set in November for Christmas. I have yet to receive them, or a satisfactory explanation as to why. I contacted UPS, and according to them, the dvds have never left Hawaii, I ordered them from Florida, but they are shipped from Hawaii. I cant get in touch with the company, their phones have been turned off. This is the first time I have ordered anything on line and it will be the last. I have requested a refund, again, no response.

I purchased a product from NaxpMedia on December 24, 2007. Three months later, I have still received nothing. I'm a patient person & I understand that small companies can get overwhelmed. But I have received few responses to my inquiries and cannot contact them. I wrote them over 10 days ago asking for a refund, telling them I will file complaints against them, but have received no reply. Their phone center is closed. They shut down their online chat (if it ever worked in the first place). So, as much as I hate doing this to a small company, I have just filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. If they'd only been honest...

Can anyone recommend a further course of action? It's a shame that so many people are being scammed...

I ordered the "Collectors Edition" of the TV series Third Watch. The first set of DVD's played fine, good picture - everything. The next set of DVD's wouldn't even play ( I even bought a new DVD player thinking that that might have been the problem). When I finally got another disc to play, it is actually a recording off from the cable station A&E ! And it's not even a good recording ! In the lower left hand corner, it even has the CBS Peacock logo and an advertisement statement about Christmas 2002. I would really like my money back and to see this company put out of business before someone else gets scammed.
