Failed to send ordered merchandise (dvd's), after charging credit card on 11/19. Company claims that merchandise was sent on 11/28, but still no delivery as of 12/28. Consumer contact phone gets no response. Emails get no response except to claim that merchandise has been sent, which obviously hasn't happened.

how can i get my dvd's or my money back. i have been checking the boud UPS tracking daily, same thing "billing information received". i just want my stuff. where do i go from here??? i'm amazed they can still stay on the web & keep ripping people off. isn't anyone watching them? i just CS@NAXPMEDIA.com another message, they never answer. your thoughts.
