My experience with Mercantila ( was so bad that I have to let other people know they should stay away. First, I had issues with their web site order entry and ended up purchasing two items rather than just one. Then I tried to contact Customer Service and they were virtually unreachable by telephone (hold times of over an hour on more than one occasion) and purely one-way communication via the web site (could not reply to any e-mail that was sent). Finally, when I was trying to return items, I encounter the egregious 25% restocking fee and two-way shipping fees. You end up paying nearly half of the purchase price for something you did not want.
