Started using these products about two years ago, and I was very satisfied until they sent me two bottles of narcissist that had no sense. They refused to listen to my complaint, and refused to replace it. I even offered to send it back. I could not use it and I was out $40 plus shipping. Just recently, I ordered lavender sage and straight up savage. And I make laundry soap with this and I have a friend the same we both discovered that whatever carrier oil that they’re using in their product is not water-based and it has destroyed our product We are left with unusable unsellable soap due to whatever they have done to their oil. I’m reporting them to the FDA as well as anybody I can because they not only have a horrible customer service but who knows what they’re putting in their product.
