I to just got my Second order of a diet patch that i only agreed to try on a, pay for shipment only..well that was 79.00 not the 14 that they claimed would be charged..Now I have another "shipment" that I didn't order or want..This one will be a surprise billing as they didn't state what or how much it was../:( scammmmmm full time..their addys no good nor is their phone..Have a new one !-[protected]..like central time..they are suppose to be in L.A..All the diet patch did was make red welts on my skin..:(

It's such a shame they overcharge! It's the only product that I've found that's worked on my elimination and regularity since I've had my gallbladder and apendex taken out. They charged me $89.00 1 month for 2 or 3 bottles. Then about 2 or 3 weeks later again for the same supply that Iwasn't even ready for yet. I cancelled the shipments because I was pregnant, but then reordered again after my daughter was born and they overcharged my credit card the same routine again. They do overcharge and send too much product, but it works great so I just buy it from ebay now when I need it. It's about half the price and on MY schedule and no hassle to cancel. Dawn

The same thing happened to me except I was charged $60.00+ twice, both after I had already canceled on the last day to cancel without being charged supposedly. I didn't make an issue about trying to get my money back the first time but did make another phone call to make sure it was canceled; that I didn't want any more shipments and no more charges. They assured me it was canceled. I then received another shipment in the mail and I marked it "Refused--Return to Sender." The same day there was a "pending" charge to my checking account for another $60.00+. Once again I called this company and told them to contact the bank and stop the charges. They assured me they would. Well, they didn't. So I called once again, and they said they would refund my money, but it would take 4-6 weeks. It hasn't been quite 4 weeks but I have my doubts that I will see the money. I have not taken this product as I am suspicious of the actual ingredients. There is a "NOTICE" on the label stating, "This product contains Rhubarb, Senna, Aloe Vera, and Rhubarb." Why did they print Rhubarb twice? Not very good oversight. Makes me wonder what's actually in this product. I am throwing it in the trash.
