Natural Source International Store unordered item

I am receiving items i did not order and this company will not return my money. I have spoken to 7 customer service reps to date and they are rude and lying...plus I cannot understand them. I want my money back for items not ordered. They insist that I return the item for refund, but the law does not require that I return anything I didn't order. They have used the usual excuses: I signed up for anything they want to send, the time limit is up (although the item arrived yesterday), they do not have the authority...in fact, I have spoken to 7 supervisors out of 7. What luck!

My card has been charged $80.00 for product that I didn't order and they won't return it. To complicate things, none speaks English well enough, so Sean, Michael, Preston, Thomas, etc aren't really SEan, Michael, Preston, or Thomas. One unfortunate rep got my call twice. They have accused me of being rude, and I haven't. They have accused me of not understanding and I have a PhD.

I also spent hours and hours, talked to 7 different "Sean"s, "Kevin"s, "Michaels"s, "James"s, etc and NONE spoke English and ALL were supervisors! I was threatened, hung up on, lied to, and told I didn't understand English. I am about as WASP American as anyone can get.

They didn't believe that I didn't need to return the product, they would not cancel my account, and I got caught with TWO unwanted charges before I caught it. The products have still not arrived that I have been billed for. I finally closed my credit card account of 12 years to stop their access to my account. SCAM. You go, guy, and give 'em heck. Maybe we can all get our money back...although I won't hold my breath!

Thanks for hanging in there with me to get heard!

Its a fraud company, the terms and conditions are your trial starts the day the shipment is shipped from thier store, how can a person try when the shipment is on the way, and they save our card numbers and bills us automatically, , , ,

I placed an order on the 5th of January...it is now the 21st, and I STILL haven't received it! I called the number several times and it said "due to high call volume, if you wish to leave a message please press 1 now"--when I pushed 1...it then proceeded to say "you've wished to stay on the line...a service representitive will be with you shorty." BS! I ended up canceling my card through my bank...and disputed the charge of $3.95 for s/h. Then this morning, I opened an email from Natural Source saying that they are aware that I wanted to cancel my order...and to send the empty bottle back to them. Funny how they knew I was trying to cancel, when I hadn't spoke to not even one rep. from that company. And empty bottle? How can I do that when I didn't get my FULL bottle I ordered almost a month ago.

They are utterly bogus and clearly a scam. And I guarentee that the people writing comments on here speaking highly of this fraudulent company...and none other, than the scam artists themselves!

I had a charge from this company, listed as NSS ACAI on my statement, for $6.95. I also had charges hit the same day from three other companies, two of which also appear to be a scam, CAPSTARDIET (www.capstar-diet.com) and Amino Skin Care based out of CA. The fourth company was American Utility and they appear to be legit. They told me this was a PayPal hack and that's how the thieves got my info. Anyway...I called all three of these companies, including Natural Source Store, to dispute the charges on Monday, July 27th. They assured me that the charge would be removed and that someone from their fraud department would contact me. As of today, neither has happened, so I called back. They told me to be patient. Then when I mentioned I already reported them to the FTC and to my bank, they said they could not do anything about the charges now, b/c the bank would have to represent me. Then she tells me they have a tracking # for a package that was supposedly sent out on Monday, but as of today, has no info. Hmm...

I URGE ALL OF YOU (IN THE US) TO CONTACT THE FTC, YOUR BANK/CREDIT CARD COMPANY, YOUR LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT AND HECK, WHY NOT CONTACT 20/20 AND YOUR LOCAL NEWS STATION. These people need to be shut down!

5/4/2009 I am having the same problem as others have described. Multiple mailing of products and three charges to my Visa account totaling $198.92. All because I agreed to a "free" trial of teeth whitener. Now I am attempting to return all products and nobody will give me the return address. In fact, I was told that even if I did return products I would not be credited for them. I attempted to talk to several different people and they all had an Indian accent. This is a SCAM. BEWARE!

I am experiencing similar problems. I ordered a product from NSS for 14.95 and received it. They charged my account accordingly. However that was two months ago and now I have two new charges adding up to almost 200.00. I cant believe this. I have called during normal business hours and left messages. No reply. I want a refund! I also emailed them. I am so frustrated! Please help!

Well I called the "Executive Response Department at [protected] during normal business hours" and of course no answer, just a machine. Left a message.

Can someone send me the original terms page they had posted before they decided to change it? send it to whyme @ insightbb.com (remove spaces)

Well I'm off to find as many people as I can that were scammed by
South beach smile, South Beach Acai, Cosmetyn intense stretch mark therapy & Cosmetyn intense anti cellulite therapy. I'm sure sure there are plenty to add to the list to report.

This company says they canceled your order but for get to cancel your membership so they send the product anyway its a scam, now you have to refuse the package and wait for them to cancel your membership and wait to get your money back $79.99, what a bunch of BS.

Natural Source International Store south beach smile

It's a rip off !
I also got hooked by this company. They sent me a "trial" kit of their South Beach Smile product and charged the $6.95 shipping, then before I could try it, they charged another $27.00 . I called and finally got ahold of someone and I asked him what the $27.00 charge was for. He said it was for special access to their "club" and proceded to tell me about all the benefits. I explained I hadn't ordered it and didn't want it. He said he would cancel the order but couldn't remove the $27.00 charge. He gave me the cancellation number. Two days later I received another South Beach kit and I've been charged $79.99, when I didn't order it !

Yea, great company! They give you a 14-day trial and then you can't get in touch with them if you want to cancel, so guess what...you are automatically enrolled in their club and will be billed 89.95 per month! This is such a rip-off! I have been trying to get in touch with someone since 12-8, have put my number in the que to be called back twice, and nothing! What a joke.

Natural Source International Store unauthorized charges

I ordered a trial whitening products. according with the terms of the trial, I could cancel it anytime, by phone, email or letter.

I already canceled by phone and I am continuing receiving products for 10 times more initial value.

Also, there is another company myfitness charging me $27 for this product. they said they can't stop charging me because natural source is asking them to do it.

I am canceling my credit card, since I can't stop the debits but I don't know if this is right thing to do...

Natural Source International Store fradulant company

This company lures you in with a free trial offer. They will send you their product for a "free trial" if you pay only the shipping. I just received my product and tried to cancel by calling their number given. They leave you on hold for hours and never do answer the call. The recording says you may leave a message and they will call you back. But if you press the number as instructed, in the recording, NOTHING HAPPENS! (except the hold music just keeps on playing) I can not get a return authorization number, or cancel anything if they will not answer the phone or emails. After investigating this "to good to be true" free trial, I find it is a scam and I will be billed in the next few days for 79.95 and another time for 39.95. I plan to get in touch with my bank and stop this before I get charged. Hope others are smarter than I was. WHAT A SCAM!

the same thing happened to me with south beach. I had to cancel my credit card and get a new number. The phone number they provide is a HOAX, you will never get through to them to cancel whatever membership you unknowingly signed up for. Best thing to do is immediately cancel your card number and have a new one reissued.

Natural Source International Store teeth whitening

I too am having a problem with this company. I asked for the trail & paid the shipping. The product was shipped a week before the 2 week trail peroid was over. I did not even have time to test the product. I looked at myu bank acct and saw a charge of 79 plus bucks pending. I tried calling and the company was closed. I emailed them explaining that I havenot had time to test the product due to shipping. No response. I called and spoke with a rude customer service rep named Kevin Marshall who would not let me talk and explain the situtition. he just kept talking over me. I asked for a supervisor and was told that they go come in until 10AM. I asked for a supervisor name which he gave me Peterson Frank and the name of the owner John Douglas. Now those names sound really fishey. I have called my bank and they can not do anyathing until the charges hit my acct and them I can file a complaint. I am going to call back a supervisor and see what they can do. If I get the run around I will be looking for the owner's information and also calling Florida and hopefully finding a fraud department.
All of this is happening 3/30/09.

DO NOT GET HOOKED INTO THIS SCAM.

I am very upset over the lack of decent customer service! I received my "free trial" 2 days after the trial period was over. when I call the customer service line - I have never gotten an answer, I have left several messages and am assured I will get a return call back. no one has ever called - and I have yet to make contact with someone.

When I ordered the teeth cleaning products, advertised at around $3, I got a call to "confirm my address" which was really a call to get me to sign up for continuing shipments. I refused but was put on the program anyway. I then got a charge on my credit card for $158 which was a complete surprise to me. I got suckered once and I will not order anything from the internet again.

Their product, cosmetyn, doesn't work, and worst of all, after canceling my membership within the 14 days, I am still being charged for products that I didn't order. when I try to call, no one answers. you are put on hold for eternity and no response. I had to get a new credit card to stop the fraudulent charges. this business needs to be shut down!

I was recently scammed from the Natural Source Store in Florida for a teeth whitening trial that was very misleading and turned out to be very expensive. This is clearly a trial rigged to trap people. When you try to cancel the product they don't answer the phone or fax but continue to charge your credit card. I had to finally cancel my credit card in order to stop the charges.

Bottom line, scammers. do not order anything from them. they will charge you for things you never ordered, and when you call and ask them to refund you, they will give you every excuse in the book as to why they wont. horrible customer service. when I asked for a manager, the twerp said no, sorry. what a crock of crap. horrible people...

I hope you feel good at night knowing you rip people off.

Do not think that you are getting a tube of toothpaste for a buck. It becomes a long maddening process of getting back, all the super fine print charges I got sucked into.

Had to join three clubs at 14.95 month. plus NSS charged me 79.95 for ?

Cancell now and get your money back, or your in for a ride.

I returned my product about 2 weeks ago as order to do. And when I spoke to a live person. She told me, that they will refund my money, but until now there is no sign of that.
I also tried calling them, but nobody seem to pick up the phone. I just want my money back. This company is a total scam. What a rip off..

I am being charged for teeth whitening supplies not received and not ordered. I had ordered a trial. Now, I am being charged monthly fee of $79.99 and have not received any product other than the initial trial supply. I cannot get them on the phone to cancel. Rings and rings forever, and no one answers!

I ordered the free trial and long story short I cancelled and asked if they would charge me anything else and the told me "no" but the next day my credit card was charged 89.95 "TWICE" and I called to tell them and they said I had exceeded my trail period and they would not help me "at all" and Im just wondering why are the still getting away with these crimes!

Natural Source International Store - cannot reach customer service to cancel membership

I ordered a free trial of the tooth whitener. When I tried to call and cancel the membership, the one and only phone number given either had a message or there was no answer (during business hours). Let it ring for 10 minutes one day!!! Have had monthly orders sent to me that are being charged to my credit card because I cannot cancel membership.

Natural Source International Store ripoff!!!

I was pulled into an advertisement which had a young lady saying she used two different teeth bleaching kits (for the cost of S/H) and it showed a picture of her remarkably white teeth. I got taken. I ordered the free sample and a few weeks later 3 full kits were sent to me @ $75.94 each! I tried to call right away. I was on my cell. 25 minutes later I hung up after leaving a message to call me back. Same routine for a week and a half. No one ever called me back. Today, I finally got through and was talking to someone in India. He said he did not have the authorization to refund all 3 sets, just two. The first one I had to pay for because I had now missed my 15 day free trial period. I kept telling him I DID try to call to cancel, but could never get through. All he said was "I understand ma'am, but you did not call to cancel within the 15 day trial period." I asked for a supervisor. Same story. So now I am out $75.94 for this product. How many people are getting taken by this scam? By the length of time I was on hold all those days I would bet an awful lot. I am not done with them. I am going to track their business to their address in Florida (6565 Taft St #204, Hollywood FL 33024) and get my money back. If not, I will report them to the BBB. SCAM!

Natural Source International Store no return phone calls/ never reach customer service

Is there any chance that I will get my money back if I left messages well before my trial was up to cancel? They never returned my calls, I don't know what the RMA# is. All I have are the order number and customer number and the date it was purchased. Will these work once I return the product? I just want my money back and don't know why we the customers are still being charged if we left messages stating that we wanted to return the product, when if someone real answered the phone the first time, and process our request of cancellation the first time, there would never be an issue! Why are we still charged if they tell you to leave a message and they will call you back to handle your situation and they never do? They obviously know you want to cancel if they listen to the message you leave, so why not spare the customer and not charge the card, and just return the phone call as their recoding says someone will! Thanks for the new contact numbers. I will be calling them tomorrow. If I liked the product, I would not mind continuing buying it, but since i don't I want my money back! No one stills my husbands hard earned money and gets away with it!

This company is such a scam. I wanted to help any of you that I can. I just called [protected] and told them that I canceled my order within the free trial period. The women (Valerie) insisted that she could not cancel the order and that I'd have to call Cosmetyn directly, I'm not sure who she was with. Anyways, after she she told me this I told her "I'm going to tell you right now, I've read online what a scam your company is and if you don't cancel my order I am going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. She then proceeded to put me on hold and lo and behold came back with a cancellation number and said the order was canceled. We'll see what they try in the future but I will be saving my documentation just in case.

going through the same thing right now, got the product on dec 18 2009 called the same day to cancel. Called 7 times and left 4 msg's no call back. Thankfully I had to cancel our credit card for other reasons so they only got the shipping out of me :o) But NOW they are threatening to send me to collections if I don't pay the $70. They won't let me speak to a supervisor or give me the address or phone number of head office!

I have the same problem as everyone on here! I called two days before my free trial was up. I was asked to leave a message. I called back the next day and still no answer. So I left another message. Two days later I recieved a phone call from the company and they said they would honor my cancellation because I had called several days before. The lady I spoke with garanteed that I would not get charged for the product. I cancelled my card because it was stolen shortly after this. This was in December 2009. Today, March 26th 2010, I recieved a letter from a collection agency stating that I owed $129.95 for the product. I called and talked to them and they said that they couldnt do anything for me. They had to contact information for the company---no address or phone number! They didn't even have the companies name! Alls they could say is to pay the balanced owed! I told them I was not paying for a product that I had cancelled! This is nothing but a scam! I am going to contact the BBB! None of this should have happened if I cancelled my order! So why am I still being charged for it!?

I tried contacting these people and I can speak to anyone. I leave my name and number as requested and still no hone call. I tried canceling the stretch mark cream before I even got. How do I send this mess back and get my money? You reap what you sow COSMETYN!

I contacted my bank and reported this company to the Fraud division. Also, I submitted a complaint to the FLorida State Attorney General under "FILE A COMPLAINT", Internet transactions etc. I know for fact that NSS still has India as a third party biller. I just called today to dispute an unauthorized charge. The rep was Indian and very rude. I am cancelling my debit card and having my bank reissue another. I suggest you all do the same and take the steps that I've taken to expose this terrible internet company.

I originally signed up for the Publishers Clearing house Sweepstakes and as a result ended received numerous e-mails for trial offer and surveys. I have suffered with some overweight and minor cellulite over the last several months and decided to give the trial offfer. I am also a smoker and have not yellow teeth but slightly creamy. I ordered the Cosmethyn Cellulite therapy as a trial on 3/08/2009 and received same one week later. However my credit card was billed on 3/24/09 for $27.00. Upon advise by a rep from my bank, I contact the distributor at [protected] on 3/28/2009 requesting a refund. I was unable to receive a credit for $27.00 since they had already shipped another tube (one which I will never be able to use). The Rep at MY FITNESS COMPANY GAVED ME A CONFIRMATION NUMBER FOR MY CANCELLATION ( Will provide same to you at a later date) AND SAID I NEEDED TO CONTACT NATURAL SOURCE. I contacted natural Source both by phone and by e-mail. On the phone, I texplained to the agent the reason for my cancellation and about the red bothchy marks, the burning pain and that foir me, the product made my skin softer causing the minor cellulite to show worse. As of today, my family are all saying my cellulite is much more worse than it was before since I tried the product. I am now even more embarassed to pull on a pair of shorts.

I needed to cancell with the 14days. I then contacted Natural source both by phone and by e-mail requesting a cancellation of membership. On 3/30/2009 I received a confirmation regarding my cancellation but no credit to my bank account. To further this matter, I returned from a small vacation to find my credit card debited for $69.95 again on 4/10/2009.
It is my belief that these online marketing and destributing companies are so unethical, their Q&A need to be reviewed and TRIAL PRODUCTS TO ALL CONSUMERS SHOULD BE 30DAYS NOT 14DAYS. I always feared online business and never did until of recent being 3/08/2009. I surely will never conduct another online transaction or any mail or tv promotion. I rather go to a store and conduct a purchase. I surely and will recommedn this as the best and safest way to purchase or try any product.

I as of this date still have much more than half a bottle of the trial offer and a full tube which I would enjoy returning for a full refund of my $27.00 charged to my credit card on 3/24/2009.

ALSO, my credit card was billed on 4/10/2009 and to date, I have not even received another shippment. So here I am being billed for something I did not received.

fsgsydney you are fake, stop trying to defend a scam you are part of, people can see your posts from other pages you know. Do you really think anyone believes you ordered all of their products as you state in your posts ? What a joke!
