I called for service on one of my applicance. I was told my information wasn ot in their system so I had to fax my receipts for proof of purchase. I did so. Then I was told it could take 3-5 business days to process the information someone will then get back to me to schedule a service call.
when I purchased the warrantee I was told its worth it they have the best service. What a mess! very poor service and rude people.
