Nationwide Credit / Violating the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act
Nationwide credit contacted me regarding a credit card debt past due. They contacted my place of employment and requested to speak to my supervisor as well as contacted my 72 year old father (who does not live with me). They NEVER contacted me at the number associated with my account. Upon calling my company, I immediately called them back - got voicemail and left a specific message on what numbers they could call me at and not to call me at work. They again called my work number, refused to leave a message in my voicemail but requested to speak to my supervisor. This is a CLEAR violation of the FDCPA. I would like action taken against this company.
