Charges keep appearing on our AT&T billing for The NORDAM Group. This has been happening for almost 2 years now. It has gotten to the point that our AT&T account rep has to monitor the invoice every month and request a credit. We did not subscribe to their voice mail services and want the charges stopped. Both myself and our AT&T rep have contacted this company several times requestning that this service be discontinued and the billing stopped. Each time they agree to refund the charges on the current invoice and say they will no longer bill, but they do! AT&T tells me that there is no way to put a 3rd party block on these enhanced services. I would very much not have to look at this every month.
