I was mailing out marketing postcards for my company. Was running out of time so I decided to use a mailing company a postal service to do it for me.
The postcards are odd size so the cost would be 39 cents for each and I had 738 cards on top of that I would pay 5 cents on each card for the service. Total $324.72
Ok... I pay them for getting my postcards out in time...or...Until... I start to get them back into my mail box...they where mailed out with a 24cent stamps...not the 39c that I payed for.
My marketing is ruined the postcards are trashed my time is thrown out the window and most did not get the invitation to my exhibit opening at A plus D museum (architects and designers museum).
I have been trying to talk to both the person that I originally talked to and to the owner and they are not willing to take responsibility.
So they stole my money and my marketing is out the window.
we too moved to l.a area and pay rent at a local post net we paid or rent for feb and the mgt company said they didnt recieve it we went to court and were evicted on this issue.because we paid cash the judge didnt protect us he protected the mgt company and post service then we were watchin the news on med july and found out that the same post service had two empolyees workin together they would every other month or so take advantage of the clients by stealing money and items from the mail boxes never from the same acct not to draw attention to them self's.. property mgt teams that use post service's should make a system to account for items they receive, we always paid in cash because it wus accepted in there agreement they should have atleast had the post service give a receipt for received items .or made available the video footage they had .but did not have to show. we have a eviction on our record now and have been homeless since no one will rent to us because of this it has truly unfairly changed our lives we dont have money to take them to court the LAW failed us my children suffer and we dont have many options does any one no what to do to get this reversed ... mike and sara robertson
