National Payment Provider NonPayment to Employees

This is completely true and know for a fact that Alex Pitt has and does commit fraud by nonpayment of employees, software, and other services. Many days the network/internet would go down for non payment to cox communications and payment for numerous services has been insufficient. NPP will hire you, expect you to work, and then not make payment. I know of several complaints to the California Labor Board and they can be searched for at the following link.

National Payment Provider unpaid employee wages

I began working with national payment provider (Alex Pitt, Moises, Cory, Peter) on may 3rd. Worked my regular work hours for two weeks until I got paid only to find out that my paycheck would be returned twice as NSF. We as a group were told that it was an accounting issue and would be fixed asap. Another pay period comes around and there are no checks. Now we are owed a full months worth of pay. They then tell us it would be another 15 days! We are again coming up on another pay period and told that we can take a leave of absence until paid. That was the last time I have heard from them. They will not return our calls and completely ignore any of the employees. We were promised wages and all fees due to past due bills and nsf charges. I have filed a complaint with the Labor Board and awaiting resolution. Do not do business with this company! I will also be filing a negatory complaint with the BBB.

I have consulted the Labor Board and they have filed an investigation. Im really hoping they get this taken care of as soon as possible. Thank you Brenda!

I was also one of the employees they did not pay still waiting for my payment that's owed to me from National Payment Provider.

National Payment Provider Fraud - Non Payment To Employees

This company operates under several DBA's (NPP, National Payment Provider, Payment Provider Intl, Pay Pro Solutions, The Latino Coalition, Paypro MD)
Owner Alex Pitt/Alexy Pitt DO NOT do business with this company! I was one of the 30+ Reps that was let go with no pay on June 6th 2011, this posting is on August 4th 2011 and I'm yet to recieve any funds from this company. I've done research on the Owner's track record, He previously was with a Firm called National Merchant Center, just google Alexy Pitt and Roman Balanko ! I advise any Merchant or Bank not to do Biz with him . He also writes Pay Checks that bounce ! His HR dept emailed letters 2.5 weeks ago stating they would pay us in 90 days and that we would get an update every 2 weeks - that update did not happen ! Alexy Pitt is a Russian immigrant taking advantage of US Cititzens !

The complaint is not against The Latino Coalition however employees of National Payment Provider made calls on behalf of the Latino Coalition and The Latino Coalition operates out of the same office with Alexy Pitt aka Alex Pitt

Several cases are pending at the labor board against this company in CA
its a shame that they are calling in a select few and making them sign that they will take down truthful postings in order to get pay checks they are owed ! Also note the Latino Coalition also operates out of this office !

National payment provider is paying ex employees money to remove negative post - So Alexy pay up !

I am still waiting to get paid on my wages from this company, i am getting sick of waiting around for this company to pay up so my next step is to file a law suit against National payment provide, paypro, payment provider and all the other dba's this company goes by. At least ill be able to put a lien on this man property if he wishes not to pay now.

National Payment Provider Fraud Non Payment to Employees

Owner Alex Pitt/Alexy Pitt DO NOT do business with this company! WARNING I was one of the 30+ Sales Reps that was let go with no pay on June 6th 2011 (the day before my 1st Son was born), this posting is on August 4th 2011 and I'm yet to recieve any funds from this company. I've done research on the Owner's track record, and he has been known to process merchant funds, and run with them, then file for Bankruptcy (which is probably what he is going to do to his Sales former Staff). He previously was with a firm called National Merchant Center, just google Alexy Pitt and you will see the Court Motion. I've filled a lobor dispute against this compnay, and advise any merchant that are considering doing business with him, or people replying to a job posting to RUN and HIDE!

I attempted to remove this complaint multiple times, this is the only thing I can do to rectify my post. Since Alexy Pitt's Lawyer is threatening to sue me, I state that this company finally paid me over two months late my wages without any penaltys and owes me no more money. I reverse any complaints written about National Payment Provider and Alexy Pitt.
