If this truly is a legit business why so many different names, locations and phone numbers? Besides that they made over 400, 000.00 in one day yet they hold the sweepstakes every 18 to 19 months? Whats that all about. Oh thats right they just want to get fat of your hard earned dollar!

I have read many of the comments above & I Thank each and every one of you for reporting this scam. I agree that there needs to be a place besides BBB that can put a stop to these kinds of companies that take advantage of people. So, I searched high and low & after researching today this is what I found...

Contact your Attorney General of your state can & will investigate these types of companies. I live in Utah so here is the link for that state just search for your state...

https://attorneygeneral.utah.gov
https://consumerprotection.utah.gov/consumers/
File a report. Then something I received in the mail is what to click on next.
Then click on the option I received a notice saying I had or could have won something...
It then asks Did you enter a game, drawing, or sweepstake that resulted in the prize notice being sent to you?
Other than Publishers Clearing House I did not enter a game. But if I click No then it goes not where.
So I clicked Yes... It then asks Which of the following best describes your issue? I clicked None of the above
We need more information in order to assist you.
Please call us directly at [protected] during normal business hours to speak with an investigator.

btw
A New Division of Corporations has been added to their options;
https://attorneygeneral.utah.gov/about/dept/criminal/wcce/

In addition, the Commercial Enforcement Division of the Attorney General’s Office enforces the antitrust laws of the state and participates in multi-state antitrust enforcement. Finally, the Commercial Enforcement Division prosecutes securities fraud, consumer fraud, and other white-collar fraud cases, both civil and criminal.

Big Scam! I am so glad I looked up these reviews. I tore up the letter and tossed it in the trash, which is where National Magazine Exchange should be. Thanks to all who posted their interactions with this company because it has helped people like me when we look up the reviews from others. Sorry, this has happened to you all. Good Luck in getting refunds and canceling your account with these scammers.

I just received a call from an attorney office stating that National Magazine had given them my name.. this is such a SCAM! I was told that I would be entered in a sweepstakes contest and no purchase nesessary----now they want me to pay $34 for magaxines I never got! I have called and called theNational magazine company many times, and many times I have left messages stating that I never received the magazines, if they would send me the magazines, I would pay for them.. this was from the year 2005--I am not a magazine reader, this is a scam

This is obviously junk mail. The address of the company doing this is on this website. Maybe we should send them our junk mail back. Let them waste their time and money dealing with it.

I have numerous memberships and had accepted to be charged 3 times monthly by this company. When I decided to end my subscription with them, still they’re charging me and they did it 8 times already I have send them lot of emails but no single respond from them. I’m demanding them to stop charging and give back the other charges I did not authorize because now I face serious problem with my bank I have overdraft of $450. I cannot find a way to contact them, their number is always busy.

I received my "winning" notification in mail saying to call 800.307.6247 to confirm my address. What a crock? I didnt waste my time PCH was no different, return your order form to enter to win HAHAHAHA. How many times do you have to request to be removed from mailing list before they get the hint, I am not falling for their scam to make them rich? Companies who sell my information to these marketing scam companies should be sued for supplying my information to unscruplous people. People who are only trying to take advantage of the all american dream to win BIG, but guess what itll cost me 1st. I am so tired of being spammed by emial and by federal snail mail, someone needs to come up with the do not email or mail me list like the no call list. Furthermore, there should be a way to trace the companies who sell my address so they can be fined for selling my information that is not even listed in phone book.

Recently a neighbor was conned into purchasing something from the National Magazine Exchange/[protected] our to Largo, Florida and they then asked for the last four numbers of her ATM card after which she decided not to use her card but rather to send them a check. When she told me about this, I then told her that it was a scam and the next day, she went to her bank and discovered that they had already debited her ATM account for the amount. Fortunately, she was able to reverse the charges. Please, please DO NOT fall for this scam. Please alert everyone about this scam being run by the National Magazine Exchange out of Largo, Florida. Thanks and BEWARE of this scam!

I got the same letter .I was hopeful because times are hard, and people like me need money and Christmas is near. I have to reread the letter four times . I was hoping that it would come true, but when I check there were a lot of complaints already.! My God! These people should be ashamed of themselves.
