Sounds like you want to put the blame of your foreclosure on someone else. You couldn't make the payments on your house, so why is it someone else's fault that you lost your home to foreclosure? Did this person try to help you save your home from foreclosure? You have to accept the responsibility of your own actions if you could not make your monthly bank payments. It is the banks that you should be upset with in how they have handled your foreclosure. Remember, it was your loan, and not the responsibility of anyone else. You had to make the payments, or lose the property.
