Naqel — mobile qukitel c12 pro 2g 16gb
The courier in charge is hesitant to call the customer. He sent msg telling to pick up the item. I dont know where to pick up. This should be delivered as i understand to the client/ customer. this is the first time i encountered such online situation. other service provider is always ready to call me and ask my location. but for naqel no care about the customer.This will effect the jollychic business. And then the put on the remarks "Bad Location" not delivered.

The assigned service provider as mentioned failed to deliver the item and then he put "Bad location"not delivered.he even dont contact me only he send msg i dont know his mobile no.so i could follow up he even msg me to pick up.where shd i pick up the item.he shd call me and ask my location but not bother to call my two numbers.how many times i called their nos but no one succeded in helping me to deliver the item
